L'Aspens si trova in una posizione ECCEZIONALE sul pendio, con vero accesso sci-in-sci fuori. Attenzione agli altri condomini nei complessi vicini NON lo sono! Vai fuori dall'unità, prendi il tuo sci dal deposito sci gratuito, avvolgi gli sci e vai, sciare a 100 metri dalle nuove seggiovie Blackcomb Gondola o Magic. Il Wizard Express è stato sostituito con una nuova Gondola da 10 persone della stagione 18/19. È possibile accedere all'intera area sciistica di Blackcomb e Whistler Mountains.
La nostra struttura può ospitare fino a 4 persone, con una camera da letto con 1 letto kingsize e un divano letto queen (con materasso nuovo) nella zona giorno.
La nostra unità è stata rinnovata con cucina in granito e top e piastrelle in granito. Nuovi tappeti, elettrodomestici e TV a schermo piatto.
ABBIAMO ARIA CONDIZIONATA
C'è una TV HD a schermo piatto da 36 pollici nella camera da letto e una TV HD a muro da 46 pollici nella zona giorno. In aggiunta vi è un lettore blu ray / dvd e stereo con connettore iPod. L'unità dispone di accesso wireless a Internet ad alta velocità gratuito (50Mps)
L'unità dispone di cucina completamente attrezzata, zona pranzo e camino a gas. La vostra famiglia può anche godere della piscina riscaldata tutto l'anno, 3 vasche idromassaggio che sedersi sul bordo della pista. C'è anche una sala fitness e un servizio lavanderia.
Scuola di sci si trova anche 100mt di distanza alla base Blackcomb.
Forniamo anche un portiere locale gratuito, che sarà lieto di organizzare skipass, noleggio sci, scuola di sci, altre attività, ristoranti, alimentari consegna ecc, prima o durante il soggiorno. Essi possono anche consigliare.
Base Blackcomb offre alcune opzioni per la ristorazione locale, il Chateau Whistler è accanto ad altre opzioni per la ristorazione o shopping.
In alternativa, il Whistler Village dista 7 minuti a piedi da negozi e ristoranti, mentre il bus navetta gratuito per il villaggio ferma a 100 metri dall'ingresso di Aspens.

This spot was fantastic. From check in to check out, everything was very easy. Room was very clean with every amenity you could need. From the room we would take the stairs down to the main level and walk out the pool exit right onto the Blackcomb hill. 1-2 minute walk to the Upper Village, 7-8 minutes down to the Lower Village, perfect spot. I was able to park my half ton truck in the underground parking without issue and walked over to the Fairmont Golf Course for a round in 7 minutes. We will be looking to stay here again with the family our next time out to Whistler. We had two adults and 2 teenagers in the room and it was a perfect size.

Condo was exactly as described, the bed was extremely comfortable. It would be nice to have some blackout curtains in the bedroom to help with the lights from the entrance. New frying pans would be a bonus as well! Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Lovely comfortable apartment in excellent location

We loved the apartment which was comfortable, well equipped and peaceful. Just right for our spring break. A 5 minute to the Blackcomb gondola and just an easy 10 minute walk to Whistler village centre. Communication with Brendan the owner was excellent. Also, Shirley who manages the property was very responsive to our texts.The underground parking was expensive at 26 a night but was worth it for us as we knew the car was secure.The Aspens complex is very nice with plenty of communal space and a bike hire shop in the building.We used the hot tubs a couple of times. There are 3 so plenty of space and they were pretty hot! Buying the lift pass for the week (190) was a great idea as we used the lifts every day to walk the well marked trails. It was money well spent as the lifts are superb and it also includes the chairlift up to the skybridge and peak to peak gondola.We didn’t hire bikes for the downhill trails (looked fun though) but did rent mountain bikes for 2 hours to cycle the green trails in the Lost Lake Park. The trails were brilliant fun for us older bikers and pretty quiet. We also tried out the Evo cycleshare bikeshare. They were okay for paved paths but not great on the gravel tracks.We had a great week and would definitely recommend the apartment, and Whistler. The scenery is out of this world and everyone we met was very friendly.We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Great Ski storage and ski in/out that made every day turn key. Hot tubs are huge and great for after skiing right to it . Owner and manager very engaging but we never needed their help.

Great location, decent condo

The Aspens is in a terrific ski-in ski-out location right on the slopes, with a ski valet to hand your skis to when you come off the slopes. Shirley, our contact was very helpful when needed. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, and the condo was clean and comfortable. That being said, the Aspens is about 30 years old and the condo shows its age in places, and is a bit cramped. Also, the fridge struggled to keep things cold - some things went bad early - and although Shirley contacted the repair service as soon as we let her know, a part had to be ordered, so it still was not fixed 4 days later when we left.Overall, my wife and I were happy with our stay, but we've definitely stayed at nicer places.

A great ski spot for a couple or small family

The condo is clean, has everything you need and the property has a heated pool, 3 hot tubs, a ski valet and is ski in/ski out, making it an easy place to land for a ski vacation.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, clean and a convenient location. Easy walk to the village and right on the mountain. Perfect for a family get-away. The kitchen was well stocked all though would have been nice to have some coffee filters for the machine. (Bonus if there was coffee as well!). Concierge service was very polite and quick to answer us. Overall it was excellent and we would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in whistler.

Whistler condo

This condo is in a great location, in a quiet area and still close to all attractions. The pool area was a favourite for our kids! The unit was very clean and well maintained, and communication from the property manager made our check in effortless. As we had a few very warm days, the air conditioning in the bedroom was appreciated! We hope to visit again next summer!

Wonderful place. Perfect ski in ski out. Very handy that parking is available for multiple vehicles. Super convenient that there is also a ski rental shop in the complex.

great location for a weekend of skiing in Whistler

clean, with everything you need for a short winter break - we particularly liked the ski in and ski out and the fat that parking lasted until 11:59 on our last day so we could leave our vehicle without the hassle of moving it...I shared with a buddy and he had the bed and I had the couch which was perfectly comfortable - ski valet seemed efficient and there were three hot tubs to chose from!...we both said we would stay there again.

Great place at a great price

This was our second time at the Aspens, which is a great ski-in/ski-out property on Blackcomb. My 11 year old daughter had as much fun in the pool and hot tubs as she did on the mountain. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us and an adult friend of the family- the king bed is comfortable, and our friend had no complaints about the sofa bed. We used the kitchen and were pleasantly surprised to find it stocked with a number of essentials- the only thing missing was oil, which we substituted with good Canadian butter from the FreshMart in town. The condo is conveniently around the corner from the elevator (but not noisy), and I was happy to find a parking spot that made it easy to go up and down the stairwell when needed. The concierge was responsive and helpful prior to our arrival, and while the VRBO auto-info was out of date, the info in the condo binder and from the concierge was spot on. A great find!

Fantastic!

Sweet place! Super clean and comfy! It's a true 1 bdrm with plenty of space. Check in was a breeze! Walk out the lobby, past the pool & hot tubs, click in and you're at the Blackcomb gondola in 10 seconds. Typically on a mountain like this, if you're a serious skier, you'll be spending your time much higher up. You'll only be back down at the end of the day, at which time you be soaking in the hot tub in minutes! Afterwards, it's < 5 min walk to restaurants and bars in the upper village. A ski valet and a ski shop n the lobby are really welcome added bonuses.

My wife and I had our honeymoon in Whistler in April 1997 and fell in love with the village. We spotted the Aspens and the hot tubs from the Wizard chair (now replaced) and dreamed of owning our own place. We returned in 2000 to purchase our condo and returned once again with our first child in 2005 when he was 4yrs old. We have continued to return annually with our 3 children up until the last few years. We have used our unit for many years. Our children all learned to ski here from when they were 3-4 years old and are all now very good skiers thanks to Whistler kids ski school program but more recently through the 'ride tribe' program for teenagers.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We spotted the Aspens when on honeymoon in 1997 and came back to buy our unit due to its unique ski in ski out position on Blackcomb mountain. It is ideal for families or those who may not wish to eat out every night. The hot tubs are in an exceptional setting right next to the piste. The position on Blackcomb mountain allows you to access the whole Whistler / Blackcomb terrain from outside your door. You can avoid the longer queues at Whistler base and Ski Blackcomb or alternatively get the new Gondola up to the peak to peak gondola and then across to Whistler
The Benchlands area were the Aspens is situated is quieter than the village which is a 5 min free bus ride away or a 7 min stroll on a lit path through the woods and across Fitzsimmons Creek. It is positioned right next to the Chateau Whistler which allows general public access to their bars and restaurants which is a 2 min walk away.

Convenience for skiing and ski school, nice sized units, ideal for families or couples, great pool and hot tubs. Walk to town, beautiful Chateau whistler shopping, dining, bar and Spa next door. Quieter than the village but convenient access to it
