Nice quick escape for our family of 4 with a dog. The location was great and the beach items available including the cart were great. Overall the location was clean, there was sand in the sheets in the top bunk but other than that everything was good.

Great vacation spot close to the beach

Nice property a short walk from the beach. We have stayed here the last two years for our summer vacations and have had wonderful times!

Great trip! Everything we needed!

The house was nice and we appreciated having beach towels, beach chairs and the beach wagon to carry it all provided for our use.

Perfect Little Vacation Home

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the Playful Pelican. Everything was as stated in the listing, the beds were comfortable, and everything needed was available. The owners were great to communicate any time we had a question. We highly recommend Playful Pelican!

Great Holiday Weekend

The property was clean and neat and in a great location away from all the busyness of the holiday weekend crowd. Just what we were looking for to spend July 4th holiday and celebrate with family. Highly recommended!

Beautiful & peaceful

We absolutely loved this property! It was beautifully decorated and clean! We spent a a lot of time on the deck of an evening! They had everything we needed for our stay and then some!

Wonderful week at the beach

This beach house was perfect for our family’s week stay at the beach. The house is clean and stocked with everything you need. It is close to the beach which was not crowded. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Playful Pelican, the owner’s have done an outstanding job in updating and maintaining the property. Perfect Location, Comfortable Home!

This is our second time staying at Playful Pelican. We highly recommend this wonderful house! Location is such a short walk to the beach and house is so comfortable. Owners are very friendly and helpful! We had another fantastic, relaxing week! Will be back!

The Playful Pelican was wonderful! Our stay there was so enjoyable.. The house was very clean, really cute beach decor and had absolutely everything we needed. Location to the beach was only a short walk. We definitely plan on staying there again!😎

Cozy clean and dog-friendly home in quiet location

We love the Playful Pelican for its quiet neighborhood and close proximity to beautiful dog- friendly Ft. Morgan beach. The house has every modern convenience, is squeaky clean, and beds and furniture are very comfortable. We have stayed here before and would love to stay again. One of the most well maintained VRBOs we have ever stayed in!

Fantastic beach house

We have been vacationing at Gulf Shores (Fort Morgan area) for at least 8 yrs now. This is hands down the best place we have stayed. Very clean and just as described. The owners were so nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Cute house that was perfectly appointed! We also liked that the instructions were clear and Everything was labeled. Close to the beach. Quiet dog-friendly beach that was great for walking and shelling.

Beautiful Home with great access to beach and more...

The Playful Pelican was a great home for our family vacation to the beach and Ft. Morgan area. The house has a very nice layout with all the furnishings & extras to enjoy your stay. The owners are great at managing your booking and explaining the check-in/check-out steps. They are excellent to deal with. We will definitely return to the Playful Pelican for our next beach stay in the Ft. Morgan area. 5 Star plus rental - Highly recommended.

Nice house

The house is as described in the listing. Actually seemed larger in person. They have everything you would need for days on the beach. There are a few restaurants nearby or you can drive 25 minutes away into Gulf Shores. Beach was not crowded and it took about 5 minutes, probably less, from door to beach. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely return.

Fantastic beach getaway

My family and I visit Fort Morgan at least once a year, but this was the first time to stay at this beach house. It was exactly what we hoped for. Spotless, well-maintained, and well supplied with everything we needed to truly get away. The walk to the beach is very short and the beach itself was clean and lightly populated with other families being respectful of everyone’s experience. We were there to relax in the sand and eat excellent seafood and we checked both boxes. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had prior to arrival and during our stay. We’ll be back.

Playful Pelican Stay

Playful Pelican was perfect little getaway. The owners have done an extraordinary job capturing the beach atmosphere and creating a little haven to enjoy just relaxing on the coast to enjoy the beach and all it entails. The owners made check in easy and were always available if a problem should present itself. The house had everything you would need, including beach stuff. Highly recommend putting this one on you list to check out when visiting Fort Morgan. Its not directly on the beach but the one way in and out street created some seclusion and everyone we met to and fro were extremely pleasant to talk to.

Great Experience

Playful Pelican home was wonderful! It was clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen. There is lots of outdoor space to enjoy and it is only a block walk from the beach! There are so many chairs, toys, and beach items to use. The owner, Mike was available anytime we had a question. The yard was mowed making it great for our dogs. We enjoyed our week there and highly recommend this home for your vacation! We will be back!
