Teton Cabin in the Pines

La cabina Teton è una cabina con quattro camere da letto e due bagni nascosta tra i pini, lontana dalle strade. Può ospitare fino a 14 persone. Dispone di una camera con un letto king size, un'altra con una regina e due camere da letto, ognuna con una regina e un letto a castello. C'è anche un divano letto queen size, con materasso a molle interno aggiornato, nel soggiorno.
Cucina con una cucina completamente attrezzata o mangia fuori nei diversi ristoranti di Greer. La cabina ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice, camino a gas, Smart TV, WiFi, veranda coperta con barbecue a gas e mobili da giardino. Mette in mostra un falò, un ferro di cavallo e un'area di pallavolo. Siamo a pochi passi dai laghi riforniti di trota Tunnel, Bunch e River per la pesca o semplicemente per una bella passeggiata con il cane durante la bella stagione e un breve tragitto in auto di 15 minuti per Sunrise Ski Resort ,. Le piste da slittino ufficiali e le piste da sci di fondo sono ancora più vicine. Le nostre cabine sono nascoste tra i pini, lontano dalla strada e offrono ai bambini molto spazio per giocare.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Teton Cabin, very nice cabin for a group or family. Close to Greer, good hiking, sunrise is close. Good size parking area, we had 3 trucks plus a truck and trailer with no issue.

Teton is such a cute cabin! And dog friendly which is huge for my family and much appreciated. We visited over Labor Day Weekend, extremely last minute booking and it was flawless! My request was approved quickly as check in would be 24 hours away. When arriving please follow directions that are given otherwise it can be confusing. Also notice the signs outside the cabins you are approaching as there are 4on property. Very clean, quaint and the furniture/decor/bedding has been updated since the listing pictures which was a pleasant surprise. 2 bedrooms and both bathrooms are downstairs. Two identical bedrooms on second floor. Nice large covered patio with chairs to sit and enjoy nature. My only con- since there are other cabins nearby, there are no window coverings in the main living area. It would have been nice to have some extra privacy. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had a nice time during our stay at Teton Cabin. The weather was beautiful and it was peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the camp fires and seeing Elk.

Nice cabin! I would stay here again anytime. It's about a 15 min drive to the sunrise ski resort. Overall great experience!

Friend Retreat stay

Three of us enjoyed the comfortable cabin in the pines. The Manager was very attentive with communication and suggestions. We would definitely stay again.

Great Little Place

Cute house, Nice and shady in the trees. Easy in and out for town access. We loved being so close to the lakes, went fishing for a few hours every morning before breakfast. Easy communication with the host. This house had all the things you needed. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean. We enjoyed our time there for sure!

Fun Memorial Day Weekend

Clean and comfortable for six adults and three children. Over the course of the three days, we used all four rooms and most of the amenities. Appreciated the fire pit and lots of space on the property for fun and dog play.

Great place

The place was nice and the area was clean. My family enjoyed the stay. One tip... if u have elderly people or ones in your party that can’t do stairs the Teton cabin is not for you. They have some really steep stairs to the bedrooms upstairs. Overall this place was great.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay in our cabin! This cabin does has two of four bedrooms that are downstairs (one with a king and the other with a queen) so it has not been a problem for our guests that may have trouble with stairs. :)

Heaven in the Pines

Deer right up to the cabin, elk bugling in the distance. Quiet, a bit of heaven. Lovely surroundings. Hated to leave but hope to visit again soon.

Lovely cabin

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Teton cabin. It was clean, well stocked, and plenty of beds for the fam. Very beautiful during winter with all the snow around but I'm sure it's just as lovely during the other months. Host was easy to reach and responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Family time

I’ve always camped in Greer, AZ when I was younger and I wanted my family to enjoy what I did. Myrick Cabins provided that memory for my family. Great place to stay and location was perfect. We say deer had great walks and best of all enjoyed time together in a warm cozy cabin. Best time ever!!!!

Fall break

We had a wonderful stay at the Teton Cabin! There was a bit of a snafu with the code to get in but the owner answered her phone immediately and we were able to solve the problem. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything and was very quiet. We would definitely rent this cabin again! Thank you for a great stay!

Family reunion

Easy to find location just outside Greer. 10 miles to Eagar if you want a store, gas, restaurant or park. Enough room for kids to climb up and down the hills. Trails nearby for short hikes, and taking kids along the creek in Greer for them to play in the water is fun. Greer lakes require a car; I would not call them within walking distance.

It sounds like you had a good time exploring Greer and the area we have around our cabin—we’re a o glad to hear it! To clarify…Bunch Lake, the closest of the 3 Greer lakes is a 2 minute drive and about a 1/4 mile walk from our cabins. River lake is the farthest—about a half mile from our cabins. :)

This was a very clean and comfortable cabin. It was an excellent location for driving to our many hiking trailheads. Note that both bathrooms are downstairs and the stairs to the upper bedrooms is rather steep, which can be an issue for older folks. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dishes, cookware and flatware. Both there isn't much else, only salt and pepper and coffee. We needed to add kitchen storage containers, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, tissues, condiments, laundry detergent, etc. Just be prepared.

Relaxing in Greer

Our group of three senior ladies enjoyed our stay at Kathy's place. It wasn't as supplied as much as we were used to; ie in kitchen, plastic containers, plastic zip lock bags for left-overs, trash bags, etc. I usually bring these things, but didn't this time and wished I had. No big deal. We had a wonderful, peaceful, quiet visit.

I'm glad you had a good time! We provide trash bags, coffee filters for the drip coffee maker and a roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and a couple of small courtesy bath soaps. As a courtesy, we put plastic storage containers in the cabins periodically for our guests to take home leftovers--I'm sorry there were none left when you came to stay with us. We ask our guests to bring foil, baggies, spices, sugar & flour, and containers to take home leftovers, etc. if they want them for their stay.

Kathy and Cliff were born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. They met while working for Southwest Gas Corp. The cabins are named after some of their favorite areas in the Yellowstone National Park area. We both love the outdoors & fly fish, kayak, canoe, backpack, hunt and hike.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

My grandfather purchased 38 acres in Greer in 1948. This land has stayed in our family ever since. My father and I enjoyed many times of camping out on the property and fishing the Greer Lakes and the Little Colorado River. The old Greer Road, used during horse and buggy times, is still visible as you drive up our driveway looking to the south. Until recently, there were still two old cabins partially standing along with two 1920 vintage cars. If you climb the ridge behind our cabins, you'll be able to see a beautiful view of the Greer Lakes. There are also little cave places up there. Our kids loved to grab a lunch and head up there to play. Lone Wolf (the famous artist)and my grandfather were friends, and Lone Wolf used to rent one of the old cabins on the property. If you head to the Butterfly Lodge Museum, you'll find some of his art work.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

My wife I designed and built these four cabins. We enjoy 32 acres of undeveloped land of which we are part. The Greer Lakes, which are on national forest land & stocked with trout, is just across the road--a short walk. We are two miles from Main Street, Greer. The shortcut forest road to Big Lake, Alpine, and the heart of the White Mountains begins 200 feet from our driveway. Some of the most beautiful country in Arizona is up that way. On a recent drive and hike near Big Lake, May, 1, 2015, my wife and I saw one very large black bear, elk, mule deer, turkey, blue heron, osprey, and geese. We love where we are because we are in the middle of it all.

The cabins are all chalet style with large front windows to watch snowflakes fall, stars glow, and trees sway, and also... the aspens on the ridge. Enjoy your kids or grand kids start their first campfire, play horseshoes, have BBQ's , and volleyball games. One particular early December, a large family reunion enjoyed an evening of early snow. One little six year old boy started the largest snowball fight I had ever seen. We ask that you try to do different things when you are here at the cabins...where magic can happen.
