The place is spotless and had absolutely everything you needed. restaurants and Grocery stores are very close and if you needed anything done from the owners, they were there very quickly. Great place to vacation. The owners are very nice people making the experience that much better

We had an excellent time for our big family gathering. The property is beautiful with the lake right in front. The house is immaculate and well stocked for everything from water toys to kitchen supplies. It was 30degrees during our stay and thankfully kept cool w the AC inside. Definitely recommend.

Clean property, beautiful views of the lake. 20 minutes away from Talking Rock. Host was very communicative and fantastic to work with! The showers did not have shampoo and body wash, however, so bring that accordingly! Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay here in Blind Bay was a great mix of relaxation and adventure. Jody was very inviting, had excellent communication throughout our stay, and was very helpful to address questions or concerns. The home was perfectly positioned on the lake for amazing views of the island and surrounding hills, with pleanty of privacy on the backyard patio to relax. We enjoyed taking the provided boats out on the lake, hiking the island, and sitting on the deck to enjoy the view of storms passing by. We would highly reccomend this stay to anyone looking to get away to a slice of paradise.

This property and our vacation in the Shuswap was everything we had been looking for when we booked this trip almost a year ago. We were a large party (13 people plus a dog) and you never know until you arrive if everyone is going to find a comfortable place to sleep. This house provided a comfortable place for everyone without feeling crowded. The house also had everything you could ask for in a lake side home: kayaks, paddleboards, a canoe, etc. The dock and waterfront are easily accessible from the home. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking for a big group and the house is located within a 5 minute drive to a market for emergency food needs and adult beverages.Jody and Stephen were awesome hosts. Easy to communicate with, always available to answer your questions and made recommendations of places to visit in the area for a group that had never been to this spot previously. We can't wait to visit this home and this area again!

We had an amazing week at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking—even for vehicles with boat trailers—and it's conveniently close to a grocery store, restaurant, and a gas station.The lakefront views are spectacular, with the water right outside the front window. We especially enjoyed the beach access, dock, and fire pit, which made for perfect days on the water and beautiful evenings watching the sunset. The property is well-equipped with water toys, beach chairs, and everything needed to enjoy the outdoors.The house itself is spacious and perfectly set up for groups, with plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked with everything we needed, so we never felt like anything was missing. Jody was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions.This is one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at. We can't wait to come back!

Our family group of 12 stayed at Jody & Stephan's cabin in July for a week. It was PHENOMENAL! The entire process from booking, checking in and having any questions throughout our stay answered was seamless. The communication was prompt, friendly and helpful. The home is immaculately clean & well stocked- better in both departments than all of the many others we've rented in past years in the area. It was truly set up for as many as it sleeps - there was ample dishes, cooking equipment and even two bbqs. We appreciated all the different seating areas in the house and on the various balconies and patios (even additional lawn chairs to bring to the beach). Our group included our dog, 4 children and a newborn and there was something for everyone - a pack and play for the baby and so many water toys and life jackets for the kids. They had a blast on the water trampoline and paddle boat. Everyone in our group was very impressed and so thrilled that we stumbled upon this listing, would definitely book again.

Our family loved staying at this location and look forward to rebooking it for next summer. The public boat launch and grocery were just minutes away.There was tons of seating for the outdoors and lots of water toys and activities to be had here.Thanks for the stay!

Blind Bay Visit

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Beautiful views, good location and a nice spot on the beach to enjoy some toys and sun. Close to the golf courses but private enough to not be bothered as we enjoyed eachothers company. Hosts were very friendly and helpful to accommodate our stay. Would definitely come back!

Our family had a wonderful time at this excellent vacation house. The house was well equipped and served our large family well. The back patio was large and had tables for everyone. Owner response to our questions and requests was very timely, and they showed care for our stay. We enjoyed the pedal boat to get out to the trampoline and back. Definitely would come here again.

Extended family getaway

Our group of 17, ages 7-66, really enjoyed the property. Highlights were: 1- the water trampoline, water toys, and easy access to the lake2- the plentiful indoor and outdoor seating options so we could have space together and apart3- a big kitchen and 3 fridges around the house We’d definitely consider going back again.

House was as advertised. Lots of toys for playing in the water. Lots of space for all of us in the house. Well-stocked kitchen with everything needed to make meals. Jody was attentive and communicative and just all around nice.

Lots of room for large Family/group!

Beautiful accommodations and great for a large group. Beach access was challenging for us due to young children and a legally blind adult as the steep, rocky path was slippery and challenging just walking let alone carrying any water toys across the road and back up after stay.

Great place with great hosts

Overall everything was great, wonderful house with large outside areas for entertaining a large group, really loved the double doors that opened to the upper deck, made the people cooking feel like they were part of the party outside. One small recommendation would be to provide soap in the bathrooms, we had none in the showers . I would highly recommend this place to friends and family .

An awesome time was had by all

This was the perfect spot for our 3 families to enjoy. Location and accommodations were terrific. There were plenty of rooms for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, plenty of gear to enjoy the water and amazing decks to enjoy meals and some relaxation time. We can’t wait to go back.

For a family reunion, 12 people came together at this wonderful home. We all had our own space and it never felt too crowded. Having a hottub and a few kayaks was an extra treat! The hosts were amazing and super accommodating!

Great spot for a multi generational family vacation

Jodie and Steve could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Their home is pristine clean and extremely well equipped: we had everything we could want for wonderful family vacation. There are enough spots to have some separate time if needed and the water trampoline was a massive hit with all the children.Worth noting that the road between the house and the beach is busier than we had envisaged, with many cars not obeying the speed limit.

We had a group of 14. Lots of room for everyone. Back yard area is perfect for hanging out and playing games. The hot tub was an amazing touch! Water trampoline was a huge hit with the kids. Paddle boards and peddle boat was pretty great. Jody and Steve were great to deal with. Super responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We purchased this home as a summer retreat to share with others to get away from everyday stress, it has the best of all worlds, rock beach front, dock, private yard, privacy, spacious accommodations, short drive to shopping, restaurants, marina, 20 minutes to Salmon Arm and friendly people!!

This property is in a great part of the Shuswap and is perfect for biking, fishing, hiking, relaxing by the lake front, going for long walks down the shoreline and watching the amazing sunsets over Copper Island.
