The condo was excellent, especially proximity to beach and parking. Very quiet and family oriented. Would recommend placing towel holders in bathroom and more comfortable pillows. Very nice stay and location.

Room with keypad access, so check in is super easy and no physical key to keep up with during your stay. Excellent view with plenty of parking available. Large main pool. Separate adult only pool Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The condo has a great view and location and That area of Gulf Shores is nice and peaceful. The stay would have been better if our condo was properly cleaned before we arrived and a couple minor changes. The floor was sticky , the plastic shower curtain was covered in mold and soap scum (there’s no way it wasn’t noticed by the cleaners) and there was no hook or shelf to hang your towel without having to set it on the toilet when taking a shower. The outside patio area had sand on the chairs and floor and no table so when drinking my coffee in the mornings I had to set my cup on the floor, last but not least some of the glasses had dirty finger prints so we basically did a pre cleaning the first day to feel more comfortable. Maybe it’ll be better for the next guest.

beautiful location

Location says it all! Away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores... The complex is safe, as there are check-ins with a gate guard. The coffee shop, "Selah" made it extra special!

Gulf Shores Retreat

This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores and it was just what we were looking for. We had an amazing view of the gulf and enjoyed our daily walks up and down the beach. The condo was perfect for the two of us, and we enjoyed the quiet location.

Fort Morgan Vacation

So many wonderful things about our stay! This place was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of the busier beaches , definitely what we were looking for in our getaway! Definitely will be coming back! Thanks for such a wonderful getaway! We had a blast at the beach and loved being close to the Ferry to Dauphine Island!

Quiet place with ocean beach front views. A ways out but if you’re not into the hustle and bustle of Orange Beach you’ll love it.

We had a great time staying at this property. The owner was extremely kind and helpful and the property was exactly as listed. The view and the beach access was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely the Best Beach!

The condo is small but adequate especially if the beach is your main reason for going! Just a short walk out to white sand and blue water. Walk a little further down the beach and get away from the crowd.

Gulf Shore Plantation

Definitely will stay here again! Great room and perfect location. My husband and I are already planning our next getaway….. hopefully with family! Host was easy to get ahold of, no troubles. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Relaxing Retreat

Perfect for 2 or a small family. Lots of pools to enjoy. Especially enjoyed the "adults only" pool. If you have a car it is not far from Orange Beach with lots of things to do and amazing restaurants. There is a restaurant on site, the Sassy Bass, and and ice cream parlor. Highly Recommend.

LA Trip “Lower Alabama”

This unit is very well kept; AC, hot water heater and all appliances work great! Easy access to the beach and laundry room. The Sassy Bass restaurant is a two minute walk and the food and service is outstanding! My wife and I had a great time!

Gulf Shores Plantation condo review

Beautiful setting for this condo, and the owner couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. However, the mattress and the couch were extremely uncomfortable. The location of this condo within the resort is great- beach view, so close to both the inside pool, hot tub and sauna, as well as the outdoor pool and boardwalk to the beach.

Best Vacation Ever

Prop manager was very responsive. The unit was very clean. Beach access was very good. This is the best beach I've ever been to (I've been to Hawaii, France, Mexico, Florida). My sister and I loved this condo and beach. We have already planned to come back. The condo was just as advertised. Prop manager/Cleaner - Job well done!

Birthday week

Very nice room beautiful ocean view. There's not as much to do in fort Morgan like orange beach area but we enjoyed the quiet. It'll be nice to have a new sliding door the old one takes effort to operate. Needs a new outlet in the bathroom the one there doesn't work. We would return some day

We've been vacationing here for years and now we live just down the beach from this resort. My wife is from Michigan and I was raised in Iowa. We have grown children in Wisconsin, Georgia and Alabama that love to come with their families to this special place on the beach. We have two condo's at Plantation East that we've completely remodeled. We use them for family and rent to guests that are a 'a bit more particular' about where they stay' as my Southern Grandmother used to say. In addition to this unit, we have a roomy two bedroom condo in building two VRBO Listing #612777 Because we live here, we enjoy being a resource to our guests. We can tell you where to find just about anything, including where to fish.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This unit is all about the spectacular million dollar view from the balcony. We completely remodeled and redecorated the entire unit this fall (14). Now the inside is as amazing as the view! You won't find a better family oriented resort anywhere on the beach and when you want a 'couples get-a-way' there isn't a more perfect hide-a-way than Boat Drinks!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Only 20 units at this resort have a similar private view of the beach, but none have the first class accommodations! And only Plantation East guests enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub.
