Questo condominio splendidamente arredato ha un'atmosfera tropicale toscana ed è situato nell'edificio Coronado, che è il più vicino alla spiaggia in fase 2 a Las Palomas Beach e Golf Resort. Godetevi le spettacolari viste sul tramonto dal balcone di questo condominio rivolto a ovest. Questo appartamento con una camera da letto può ospitare 4 persone più 1 per un piccolo supplemento per notte. Condominio ben tenuto con molti extra extra richiesti per le vacanze in piscina per goderti la tua vacanza direttamente sulla bellissima e più famosa zona di Sandy Beach a Puerto Penasco! La prenotazione include le pulizie giornaliere, i cinturini da polso e gli asciugamani per la piscina e l'accesso all'intero resort. 1st time staying at Las Palomas. Beautiful unit and complex. Didn't feel like a rental. Felt like I was staying at a friends house. Everything you needed was there and in great condition. We are long term Rocky Point visitors and we have found a new home on our list. Communication was excellent and made our trip very enjoyable.

great place with great views of the beach/sunset

This place was bigger than what the picture showed and had everything we needed. The sunset views were amazing!! I would highly recommend this place and we plan to come back next year.

Oh yes, those sunsets viewed from the patio are just incredible! And, even though this is a one bedroom condo, it has lots of room and many ammenities provided beyond what the rental pool requirements are. We agree that the location of this condo offers a great view of the sand and the surf and the sunsets! The location also allows for easy access to the pool area with hot tubs, beach, and bar/outside dining......just take the elevator down to S2 level, walk a very short distance across the garage and there you are! Come back again for a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed and well stocked condo!

We had just departed there from our winter visit to take care of projects and get the property ready for high season. It's a yearly occurrence to keep the condo in tip-top shape! We met in Virginia Beach, Virginia, married, and moved to Albuquerque, NM. Our love of the Southwest has only grown over the years but we knew that someday we would want to be somewhere close to the water again. Several years ago, friends brought us to Puerto Penasco and we spent the weekend looking at all resorts here on Sandy Beach. We had never been to Rocky Point before but ended up buying that weekend! That experience
was many, many sunsets and moons ago and we love it here. We hope that your time here on the incredible Sea of Cortez will result in wonderful memories for you as it has for us! Albuquerque is still our home with spectacular sunsets but Puerto Penasco has surely tied for first place with awesome photography opportunities of sunsets as well!

From our Albuquerque home to this little slice of paradise, it is a driving trip that is easily managed and we can come enjoy a Sea of Cortez ocean front property. A one hour journey South of the Lukeville, Arizona/Sonoyta, Mexico border and well maintained Hwy. 8 combine for a chance to unwind as we anticipate our arrival in the seaport town that we love with its laid back lifestyle.

Large bedroom. Great floor plan in this spacious condo.
Excellent 8th floor location within the Coronado oceanfront building. Safe, gated development. Only Four-Diamond resort on Sandy Beach. Beautiful sunset viewing from the balcony. Great star gazing at night time. Incredible outdoor fun-in-the-sun town. Upgraded internet for the best internet on Sandy Beach. Plethora of tv stations for down time in the condo.
