Include un divano letto queen size :-) C'è una TV a schermo piatto da 65 "con una linea completa di canali via cavo più un lettore DVD e alcuni film. :-) Il grande tavolo da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 6, più altri 2 al bancone del pranzo. Ottimo per cene o aree di lavoro. :-) Full size Lavatrice a carica dall'alto ed efficiente asciugatrice Camere da letto: :-) Camera da letto principale - C'è un letto king size, 42 "Televisione via cavo, cabina armadio, comò di grandi dimensioni e una zona lettura. :-) Seconda camera da letto - C'è un letto queen size, 42 "TV con cavo, armadio e comò :-) 3a camera da letto - Ci sono 2 letti singoli (che possiamo essere trasformati in 1 letto king size con un ponte di gommapiuma). 42 "Televisione con cavo, comò e armadio a tutta altezza. ����:-) Abbiamo una qualità fresca, biancheria da letto con un numero elevato di fili, piumoni alternativi, cuscini e morbidi asciugamani - tutti forniti come un nostro alto standard di servizio per i nostri ospiti. bagni: :-) Il grande bagno principale ha 2 lavandini, servizi igienici privati, una cabina doccia e una grande vasca idromassaggio. :-) Il secondo bagno ha lavandino e doccia / vasca combinata. :-) I bagni sono provvisti di soffici asciugamani freschi, piccoli saponi e shampoo. First, this house is in a cute little subdivision. Very cute and easily walkable. It’s close to Grand Junction and all the shops, also close to hiking trails. The water and ski park was great for the kids ! The house is well laid out and perfect for families. I would 100% stay here again. It was quiet and peaceful and a perfect getaway.

Great location, plenty of room

This home worked out so well for our family. It offered plenty of bed options and was very spacious. We didn't feel like we were tripping over one another. The location was also very convenient to get to and from our various destinations. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

Beautiful property inside and out. Everything we needed. Very comfortable and inviting. Very well stocked. Very safe neighborhood and close to family and town. We had an amazing time. The staff was very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. Hope to stay there again in the future. Loved it!

Excellent stay.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property. It’s so comfortable and has everything we need as well as the location to visit our family that live there. Might want to have the pest control treat as we found several spiders inside. We will be back. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Unprecedented !

This property was amazing! Everything about it was fantastic. The rooms were very large and inviting and very clean. I kept saying to everyone over and over that I loved the layout of the house and wish I could have this same place at home. Knowing that we would be spending quite a bit of time there due to a family members limited mobility I did buy a few extra kitchen supplies that someone else may not have needed. Such as: more dish soap, garbage bags and dish towels. I wouldn't think twice about staying again. Congratulations to the owners for taking such good care of the place and offering such great service.

Nice house

It was a nice house. Overall, it would be a five star rating if the listing was accurate. A hot tub is a hot tub not a Jacuzzi tub in the master bed room. spent 45 minutes plus cleaning off the patio furniture so we could sit on it. It was filthy. I understand Paulin, but this was straight dirt and dust. It is the summertime and that’s where we wanted to spend most of our time. Not a big deal the house was comfortable and nice but the for the price we paid. I shouldn’t have to clean a thing when I get there.

Great Location. Bathroom essentials lacking.

House was in a great location. Nice neighborhood and clean. Management was very responsive.and check in was easy. We would have given it 5 stars, but bathroom supplies were lacking in quality. Toilet paper was so thin (the National parks even had better toilet paper) and they only gave us a hotel size container of shampoo to last a week that was very poor quality, it didn't even suds up. We ended up purchasing our own shampoo since what they supplied ran out in just one day. Paper towel was as cheap as you can buy. Our suggestion to the management- provide descent paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo, even if you need to increase the price by a few dollars.

Thank you for the feedback! We use ecofriendly paper towels and toilet paper therefore it is a little thinner but for the most part our guest typically have no issues. I apologize we were not more clear with toiletries we provide. It is more of a starter pack for longer stays. In all I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your time at Velo. Fruita Velo house

Great quiet neighborhood. Close to walking & biking trails. Great that it was pet friendly. Would have like a larger yard, but privacy fence was a plus. Well equipped kitchen. Nice cruiser bikes included. The self locking front entry lock was almost an issue, but wasn’t. Back porch was nice to have for shade and a place to play with the dog and kids (it wa hot!). Comfortable furniture including beds. TV was sort of an issue, (needs an antenna), but my daughter used her Nextflix account and the kiddos were happy. One chair on back porch is missing a screw for the arm. Everything else was great! Thanks.!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We like the location because of the quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home. The interior of the home is a single story and has an open feel. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is enormous.
