My family and I love to stay at Bayside Resort. This was our third time visiting this property. The pools are second to none the tiki bar workers are always pleasant and the drinks “grapefruit crushes” are delish. Julie was easy to communicate with prior to our stay. I enjoyed the home but, it wasn’t as inclusive asI would have liked. We spent as much to rent this property with no bath towels, sheets, dish towels for its guests. It’s a lot to have to lug towels and bedding on vacation with an entire family and all of its needs. The bathroom on the left once up stairs the tub could been cleaner there was hair I the tub. The bed room aligned with the stairs had a mattress I could never let someone sleep on especially when they have to go in and make the beds only to see urine and whether else was on it just there exposed in plain view. I had to flip the mattress and sleep on the side that’s not meant for sleeping. I covered it with the mattress protector and put my sheets on it. We had to order pillows for this room as well as they weren’t too comfy, really flat. Overall we enjoyed the home it was perfect size for my family as far as number of beds snd bathrooms. The bikes were an added touch for my son and I took play around on.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Bayside Resort for your family vacation again. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the home’s layout, the bikes, and the wonderful amenities Bayside has to offer. Regarding linens, I understand that bringing towels and bedding can be an added consideration when traveling with a family. As noted in the listing, this property does not include linen service, which helps keep the rental cost lower. Homes that provide full linen service generally have higher rental rates to cover the additional cost. We try to clearly outline what is included so guests can choose the option that best fits their needs and preferences. I appreciate you bringing the concerns regarding the bathtub and mattress to my attention, and I will follow up on those items. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. I’m glad the home was a good fit for your family overall and that you enjoyed your stay.

Super fun awesome time with lots to do in the area. Rental was larger than it looked. My only complaint is that the 4th bedroom had 2 pull out couches but could not open both at same time as the room is not that big
