Great for large groups

Nice large home enhances our family vacation. It was not lavish but it was clean and well appointed and well located. Its proximity to the Winter Olympic training facility was a real bonus. We spent many hours watching the athletes train. The stop for the free tram to Park City was close by.

Our family has rented many VRBO homes. I have to say that Bear Hollow was by far at the top of our list. Kris was easy to deal with. The views were spectacular and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. It was great that the kids had their own area to watch tv and play this allowed to adults to have grown up conversations with minimum interruptions. Both hot tubs were a hit. The biggest plus was allowing more than 4 vehicles. Other homes in the area have a maximum of 4 vehicles and was strictly enforced. With a group of 20 we needed more space for parking. We were all in town from the East Coast for a wedding in Park City. The location was perfect Thank you for sharing your home. We will be back !!

Perfect for our large family

Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone in our large family. Amazing views, very clean, beds and bedding were comfortable, close location to shopping, hot tubs were great, fast and understanding communication with the owner, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our thanksgiving meal. Loved our stay!!

Great location for friend-cation!

Beautiful home in a central location with easy access to downtown Park City and nearby hikes and resorts. Jason the prop manager was really easy to work with and very responsive! We had 5 couples and there was plenty of space to eat, sleep and hangout.

Great location, beautiful home with with lots of room.

We had so much fun on our trip. The home is beautiful, has great views and is a lot of fun. We enjoyed playing pool, relaxing in the hot tubs and walking the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a large group

We had a great time at house. The three levels worked very well for our group of 15. The rooms were tucked away from the kitchen/living area and he kids loved the bunk beds and hot tub. The location was also ideal. Super close to Canyons and PCMR and quick access to Kimball Junction for any last minute shopping we needed. Overall the group loved it and we plan to come back again.

Large Group Reunion

Spent Labor Day Weekend here with a large group of friends (18 of us total). We absolutely loved our time in the house and never once felt like it was overcrowded. The proximity to activities, stores, and the airport cannot be beat. Everything about the house made our weekend the best. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the SLC area.

The house is really good. Its a rental, so some items are a bit rough. However the kitchen is well stocked, everything worked, the location is great.

Great home in a great location

The house is amazing, located about 10 minutes from Main Street, but only a few minutes from several restaurants and bars in the Kimball Junction area of Park City. The house is large with good amount of space. No one felt crowded, and we have plenty of room. The hot tubs looked new and decks provided sweeping views of the Swaner Nature Preserve. Great place a large groups of people traveling together.

Wonderful place for Family Reunion

We had a group of 22 for our family reunion and this place was perfect. There was lots of places to gather and it felt very spacious. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. When we had a problem with the dishwasher they responded very quickly and told us what to do if it happened again. Communication throughout the whole process was great. We would definitely stay her again.

Fabulous home for a family reunion!

This clean, spacious home has a wonderful great room where our entire family could hang out all at the same time - cooking dinner, working on a jigsaw puzzle, watching women's world cup soccer, enjoying the lovely view over the valley and to the mountains beyond. We didn't use the family rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors, but the extra oven and fridge were very handy. We're hoping to go back soon.

Just Right! Fun for our Family

We had a wonderful time. We have a large family and it was big enough for every family to have a room. We went boating, Alpine Slide, Ghost Tour, and then came back and enjoyed the hot tubs. We went on a nature walk, mountain biking, teens went swimming. It was clean and lots of room. Plenty of room for our family to sit for dinner. The Kitchen was well stocked. Loved it! The house was a great place for our family reunion. It fit 10 adults and 20 kids comfortably.

We had a wonderful reunion at this spacious house. It was clean and well maintained. We were able to congregate for meals as a large family in the spacious upstairs kitchen and family room. We enjoyed the majestic views outside the picture frame window. The pool table and many televisions, and two hot tubs served as great entertainment for everyone. We loved the near-by walking trails and proximity to all the Park City Venues. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and clubhouse in the neighborhood. It was a great place for our large family for our reunion.

Lots of Space. Great Location.

Bear Hollow Village was the perfect family/friend ski getaway. Beautiful house with lots of room for a big group. The many different levels worked perfectly allowing separation into small groups not to disturb sleeping babies. Excellent location and easy access to Canyons Village slopes. Kitchen was well appointed for making meals and the two hot tub was a great treat after. Also had lots of spaces pool table room was a hit. The communication with the host from reservation questions to departure was seamless. They were very responsive and attentive! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this property!

Family Wedding

The house is truly incredible, amazing location, wonderful views. The layout could not be better for our large family with grandparents, kids and grandkids. The owner and staff were so accommodating to our needs. They checked in to make sure we arrived and let us know that they were available if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed from pack n plays to high chairs. Our family made so many incredible memories after not being able to see each other during COVID. I have to say this is the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. I can’t wait to come back.

Our house is conveniently located within 15 minutes of three major ski resorts (Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley) and within an hour of more than a dozen. Our location is also close to shopping, restaurants and within 45 minutes from Salt Lake City airport.

Great for multiple families with two full kitchens, pool table, two outdoor hot tubs, large open space for entertaining and separate space for kids. We have just remodeled with new bed linens, drapes, carpets, flat screen TVs and more!
