This is a great property to stay at. It was clean and easy to get to. Access to the beach and your pick of indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. The only complaint I have is that none of the restaurants in the building were open but luckily there were other options for us to pick from on the strip.

The actual unit is fine. It is pretty clean. However, the property had no hot water two days out of four. The property outside of the unit is rather dirty and run down. But the access to the beach is fantastic.

10 days at beach

Had a great time, room was as advertised. Clean & comfortable. We had no complaints. Property manager was great to deal with& supper friendly. Plan on going back this fall.

It would have been nice if it stocked essential spices for cooking. Also it had no dish soap to wash dishes!No hand soap! The bath tub was very slippery- my husband almost slipped!

Host was great! Unfortunately the rental had an unpleasant odor when we arrived. The host informed us to run the HVAC system to help air out the apartment, but after several hours the odor was still embedded. Similar odors could be found throughout the hotel. Host kindly refunded the cost of the remaining nights. We ended up getting a room at another hotel the same night we got there.

We loved our stay. We had everything we needed and more.

This room was very convenient for us. We were provided all the cleaning and dining products we would have needed. The view was fantastic from the balcony and it was overall fairly easy to navigate with the directions we we're given. We brought extra towels just in case but we didn't even need the extras as we were provided with plenty enough for the week. The only extra towel you might need is a beach towel. Other than that, this place was great! I would recommend to anyone.

The previous renters were still in the unit when we arrived, indicating that the time sensitive security code really wasn't functioning. Our check-in was 4:00 but we didn't get into the room until 6:30 as we had to wait for the previous renters to leave and for the room to get cleaned. There needs to be better control over the renters ability to stay past check-out. Otherwise, the unit was very nice. Centrally located to the elevators for the parking garage or the elevators to take you to the beach. Beautiful beach view! Owners were very responsive when the door locking mechanism stopped functioning due to an internet outage. My husband and I had a great time.

They didn't have dish soap, and the coffee maker doesn't work—it leaks water and is tiny. There was no dishwasher either, so my vacation turned into washing dishes.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

The woman who runs this hotel room is a damn NIGHTMARE, our key was stolen, this woman had the nerve to laugh on the phone about the fact that we could no longer entire our room for the night with all of our belongings, told us to rent another room! The most unprofessional, rude, and disgusting excuse of a host I’ve ever encountered, she will not be offering us a refund or any compensation, if you value your belongings, your money, and your vacation, DONT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Would recommend for those with teenagers

This building is near the Myrtle Beach airport. It is in an “older” section of the grand strand. The building was clean but older and could use some minor repairs here and there. The unit/condo itself was nice with updated features. There was a ton of kids there so if looking for a very quiet place, might not wanna stay here. The building has off street parking which was free. The only minor issue we had is that everything seemed “damp”. Again I think it is because it is in an old building. We weren’t in the room too much so we till her a lovely time. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful. My teen age daughter and her friend thought it was great as many of the attractions such as the boardwalk were close by.

Family Vacation

The whole process of reserving this property was extremely easy. The property is exactly as listed, the only problem we had was since it was reserved as a condo unit we didn’t get to use some of the hotels offers, like the Starbucks. Other than that we loved the location and the room it self was just right.
