Questa nuova casa "verde" è stata costruita nel 2014. È situato SOH, a soli 3 isolati da una delle spiagge più belle degli Hamptons. Include un moderno barbecue su un grande ponte esterno al largo di una spaziosa cucina completamente arredata, perfetta per intrattenere. Puoi anche goderti i posti a sedere in conversazione con vista sull'acqua da un altro ponte situato al di fuori della zona soggiorno. La casa è dotata della più recente tecnologia di intrattenimento, incluso un sistema di intrattenimento abilitato Bluetooth e WIFI (accedi alla TUA musica / video tramite smartphone o tablet). Tutte le camere sono dotate di SMART TV LCD. This beautiful rental was wonderfully appointed and spacious indoors and out! The property is located within a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Amagansett. Also centrally located between Montauk and East Hampton. We were a party of 8 and all very comfortable. Hope to return!

We had an excellent stay in Amagansett. Our host was welcoming and extremely responsive, much appreicated, thank you Gerri. The check‑in process was very easy, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped.The kitchen was especially great, fully stocked and perfect for cooking. Even though we spent a rainy Memorial Day weekend with friends, we really enjoyed the access to the beach, the cozy living room, and the warm, inviting atmosphere of the home.We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back to enjoy the terrace and the barbecue when the weather is nicer!

This home is beautiful and has everything you need for a great beach trip. Everything is comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group to coexist without being on top of each other the whole time. Plenty of parking and a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Gerard was very responsive with questions leading up and during the trip.It is a great house for a big group. We had a group ranging from toddlers to grandparents and everyone had a blast. The walk to beach is short. You have to use a bike lane on side of montauk highway for about 100 feet, but the rest is 4 blocks away from a serene quiet clean beach. Perfect spot between Amangansett and Montauk. every place is 5-15 drive away and uber/lyft is very easy from here.Truly excellent place to stay and will love to come back

Our annual girls weekend was a great time in this home. It was the perfect fit for us. The home is beautiful, very clean, great open concept for a large gathering. Terrific beachy vibes. The neighborhood was beautiful, walking to the beach was so easy, and beautiful scenery.
