Casa della regola dei 5 passi! Scendi dal ponte e fai clic sugli sci !! Questa residenza splendidamente arredata ha accesso diretto alle piste da sci a un sentiero privato che porta alla cabinovia Jordanelle ad alta velocità. La casa con 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni può ospitare fino a 14 persone, ha una vasca idromassaggio privata, una magnifica cucina gourmet ed è la casa della regola dei 5 passi: scendi dal ponte e fai clic sugli sci!

La casa è Mountain Modern, completamente arredata, completamente attrezzata, sci in e ski out, 5 camere da letto, 5 bagni ed è situata nella suddivisione Cresta dei cervi della Deer Valley. Duel camere da letto matrimoniali con più balconi. Grande sala drammatica con enormi soffitti a volta con camino in pietra dal pavimento al soffitto e molte finestre. Porte in legno massello e dettagli in legno sbucciati a mano. Cucina gourmet con bordi in granito e ripiani. Accesso diretto alle piste da sci da una pista privata e partenza per la cabinovia Jordanelle ad alta velocità. Vasca idromassaggio. Due box auto con un sacco di spazio di archiviazione. Eccellente esposizione solare a est. Viste spettacolari sul lago e sulle montagne. Tre caminetti a gas. Ponte privato con barbecue fuori dalla zona giorno, secondo ponte al piano inferiore con vasca idromassaggio.

Entrambe le master suite dispongono di letti king size e camino. Una master suite può essere convertita in due letti singoli, se necessario. La camera da letto superiore ha letti a castello (letti gemelli superiori e letti full size inferiori). Ottimo per i bambini! Questo livello ha anche una camera da letto extra con un letto matrimoniale. Un bagno è condiviso per l'intero piano. Le altre 3 camere da letto offrono bagni interni. TV a schermo piatto sono disponibili in tutte le camere e nella grande sala. Inoltre, l'area Deer Valley offre una serie di attività per tutti!

Deer Valley è una stazione sciistica. Sono ammessi ospiti con attrezzatura da sci alpino, telemark o mono con piedi affiancati e rivolti in avanti. L'uso di snowboard e tavole da intaglio è limitato. Saranno realizzati alloggi ragionevoli per dispositivi adattivi per lo sci; tuttavia, l'attrezzatura deve essere conforme alla politica di solo sci del resort.

Beautiful home! Sadly, it has been a low snow year, so we drive to Alta to ski. Hosts were responsive, The home had a well equipped kitchen and is nicely furnished. The beds are comfy and it’s quiet. We would stay here again.

We loved the location, easy to catch the Gondola. The house was well stocked and enjoyable! Hot tub was great with view of lake and mountains. Comfortable beds with Alot of space. Had a wonderful time skiing Deer Valley and loved Park City for shopping and great food!

The place was fantastic! It had pretty much everything, great views and great amenities! The beds were very comfortable, the showers were great, and the hot tub was terrific! Due to the lack of snow you could not ski “in” because neither the lifts nor trails leading back to the unit were open…The fireplace in the living room wasn't working as it was going to be replaced, but it wasn’t a huge deal, just a “nice to have”…

The house was comfortable and as described, though the interior showed signs of wear and is in need of an upgrade. The gas fireplace and main floor HVAC stopped working during our stay, causing a temporary lack of heat; repairs were completed quickly, but both were reported by the repair guy as needing maintenance. Ski in/ski out access was difficult, but this was at least partly due to limited snow.

We enjoyed our stay in Deer Valley. The location of this townhouse was wonderful. The house was clean and the ski in ski out feature was a real plus.

Excellent location. Very clean!! Right on a groomed access trail. It is a blue square. Very narrow and steep drop off with no rails or foliage in some sections but one of our favorite runs every day to hit since it was always freshly groomed. I’d recommend it for confident intermediate skiers or better. The house itself was very warm inviting and appropriately appointed with everything one needs for a couples ski trip. Bedroom 5 is a little small with no window so someone may be drawing the short straw if you have more than 4 couples. Fine for teen boys etc. The owners were very responsive to our needs and great to work with. Will return if the vacation time allows.

Ski vacation with family

Condo met all of our needs. Family of 7. Enjoyed to location and the ski on ski off onto a private trail.Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. All rooms comfortable. Would stay again

Great location and easy ski in/ski out. Kitchen equipment needed replenishment/updating; many light bulbs out; hot tub needed servicing; living room furnishing could use some updating. Overall, the house was comfortable.

Ski week with Family

The property was a perfect fit for our 3 generations of Family. With our schedules all being different the Ski in Ski out was a real savior for flexibility. The house was well equipped and everything was operational. We had a great time and also had a week of snow about 3 feet total.

Great property

Clean and easy to access space. A little off the beaten path and a lot stairs but an overall great stay. Had everything you need and certainly won’t disappoint. Good ski access but limited in the warmer ends of the season as it is at a low elevation relative to the rest of deer valley and park city so there is less snow.

perfect house for annual reunion

our two families have traveled together annually for years. Its been hard to find a home large enough for us to have our own space yet cozy enough for games nights and dinner together. This home is nicely decorated, comfortable, well stocked and in a great location. The managrment team was organized and easy to work with. We highly recommend.

Great condo Great location

We enjoyed this condo and its ease of access to the gondola in the morning. The sunrise is beautiful! It is spacious, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, roomy, comfortable living area, great hot tub. The property manager was easy to contact and promptly replied and took care of a minor issue for us. We would definitely stay there again. The amount of snowfall made the ski home run a little difficult but doable.

A lovely home with the property being properly described. The property management company was easy to work with and the ski-in ski-out was great. We had some beginner skiers that were not able to do the ski-in but could easily do the ski-out in the mornings. We all had a wonderful time and loved the property. We would definitely stay again.

Better than expected

I have stayed at several ski ins- this by far was the best. From the time you click on your skis to the time you are getting on the gondola is about 1 minute. It's a true ski in meaning you can literally ski in and out of the backdoor. House was perfect for our party of 10. We never felt cramped or cluttered. If ever visiting Deer Valley in the future we would pick this same house.

Convenience in every sense

The house is very nice, just as advertised, location is perfect allowing all skiers to get home at different times not needing to use the car. Communication with Jami was great (we had only one misunderstanding because we were supposed to find the remote control for the garage door and we didn’t), she was always available and even going above what we expected. I would recommend this house to my closest family and friends, and would love to come back.

the property was great except for the ski in ski out location. due to the lack of snow it was difficult to ski in and out from the house. and definitely not a beginner trail even if there was more snow. ended up driving to the snow park lodge or gondola. the slopes were very crowded due to only 60% of the mountain being open but can’t control the weather. overall a great rental.

Great vacation in Deer Valley

The property was perfect for the 12 adults/teens for spring break skiing. There was a few issues that were resolved when we arrived- DirectTV was not functioning (in the middle of March Madness football!) and there was no toilet paper refills. Both issues were resolved in the first 24 hours. Otherwise, the place was great. The ski out was easy for all the guests but the ski in was a little more challenging for the beginner/intermediate crowd. Overall, a great place to stay!
