Questa bella casa si trova direttamente sul Golfo del Messico. Le sue grandi dimensioni del lotto e la posizione sulla curva della strada danno la sensazione di essere l'unica casa sul blocco. Leggero e luminoso, offre sei camere da letto e quattro bagni completi distribuiti su 2.921 ', che possono ospitare comodamente fino a 12 persone.

600 Ariola Drive è gestito professionalmente da Paradise Beach Homes.

I gradini anteriori conducono ad un bellissimo ingresso, pavimenti in legno e piano piano aperto. L'ampia cucina è ben organizzata con una grande isola di preparazione e fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo è generoso e confortevole con tavolo per 10 persone. Una sala da sole con più posti a sedere e una seconda TV a schermo piatto ha doppie porte che si aprono sulla prima camera da letto. Questa camera ha un letto king size e un bagno privato. Nella sala è il secondo bagno con una grande vanità. Questo bagno offre una camera da letto 2 con un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera ha un letto a castello con un gemello nella parte superiore e un letto matrimoniale nella parte inferiore. Camera da letto 4 ha due letti matrimoniali e parti e bagno Jack-and-Jill con camera da letto 3. Le camere da letto 5 e 6 hanno ciascuna un letto matrimoniale, anche un bagno Jack-and-Jill e offrono splendide viste dal ponte sul lato del Golfo. Questo ponte coperto corre per tutta la lunghezza della casa e ha molti tavoli e sedie per rilassarsi.

Sotto la casa è un parcheggio coperto per un massimo di sei auto. C'è anche un recinto per la privacy con tavolo da picnic e scale che conducono alla zona del portico. Questa è la casa vacanza in famiglia perfetta con i suoi numerosi tavoli da gioco e aree salotto, ed è solo una breve corsa in auto o in bicicletta da ristoranti, negozi e vita notturna in spiaggia. 2024 Family Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this house. We have been return guests for 5 years and are already booking for next year. Whenever we have had an issue, very prompt attention has ben paid so as to not interrupt our stay.Everything is great about this house except the grill, oh how I wish a new grill would be purchased. There are no bowls and over the years the larger serving platters have gone. We recognize the knives we have purchased and left over the years as well as other kitchen utensils, but a new blender will be needed soon. Small suggestions of an otherwise perfect house.

Perfect family house!

Our family had a wonderful week in Pensacola! The house was laid out well with bedrooms and bathrooms for infant to teenage cousins and adults. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the we loved the outdoor storage for our chairs, umbrellas and toys. Quick easy beach access too! Hope to visit again soon!

And then BRBo doesn’t send the $ it collects to Paradise quickly to hold the spot. Thank goodness for Paradise checking my age or we would not know and lost the reservation even after putting up a credit card depositThe only recommendation would be some type of shelf or pantry. Every cabinet had things in it so we had to rearrange things when we got there in order to not have food on the counter (a lot of food for 12 people)

Communication and directions from Paradise were clear and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, pretty and close to a downtown area with the pier.

Our stay was great! Family said, “If we’re going to do the beach, this is how we want to do it!”

The location of the home and its proximity to the beach was perfect!! The size was just right for our family. Several family members commented after staying here they will never stay in a beach condo again. The house was extremely well stocked, and we loved all the available parking space! However, I have two areas for improvement: the stair railing on the west side of the balcony as well as that on the front entrance to the home is not sturdy and is in desperate need of repair. It really is a safety hazard. Also, there was a huge dark spot on the bottom right of the main television screen. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!!

Great views and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are amazing and the location is so close to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 14. Great enclosure underneath to keep all of our beach gear for the week. Only a few things needed: more cooking utensils in the kitchen, need to bring own spices (maybe add this to the list of not provided), stairs and railings need some attention for safety reasons, door locks with a passcode would be more convenient than actual keys.

We split the family between two houses and this is where the older generation stayed. It was right on the water so perfect to enjoy the beach. It hasn't been updated but it was fine for a couple of days. Not great for just couples but great for several families.

Labor Day Weekend 2021

Very Spacious! Loved being able to walk right on to the Beach! Family & Friends enjoyed the stay and the home accommodated everyone’s needs! Fully equipped kitchen was a plus as we grilled during our stay!

I had to call to get the two slow draining bathtubs serviced, the noisy icemaker compressor serviced and the toilet in the master bath needed fixed to the floor. All items were handled expeditiously. Nothing I can do about tropical storm for the first half of the week. No regrets!

He was stationed there in Penscola last year so it was nice to meet back in Penscola. Last year we were there when covid hit. The house was extremely clean and spacious fur all 9 of us. Great family time

The beach is right outside. So nice to walk from the house right on to the beach. There is access to the beach from the back porch & door under the house. The pictures looked like you had to walk around the front of the house to access the beach but you don’t. Loads of storage space under the house, hose for equipment & feet, grill and tables. The house fit all of us easily and we didn’t feel cramped. Kitchen was well stocked, could of used a few more dish towels and regular size bowls for cereal, but we all managed just fine. Add a pool & we would be there every year. A great house for sure!!

Wonderful golden girls weekend

Some ladies went to bed earlier than others and weren’t disturbed by the noisy night owls. Everything perfect
