Situata direttamente su Santa Rosa Sound, questa casa (fuori terra nel giugno 2019) offre una vista eccezionale sul bellissimo Santa Rosa Sound e un ampio balcone coperto su cui gustare il caffè del mattino o le bevande pomeridiane e immergersi nello scenario. Barbecue a gas sul ponte. Un ampio cortile conduce a gradini nelle acque che lambiscono il suono del suono, ideali per nuotare, andare in barca, kayak e paddleboard. Questa casa offre anche un molo adatto per la pesca e la pesca. 1205 Panferio Drive è gestito professionalmente da Paradise Beach Homes. L'ingresso in casa è al piano di sopra. La cucina è di buone dimensioni con un sacco di spazio per la preparazione dei cibi e una zona bar per coloro che desiderano socializzare con lo chef. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale, letto singolo giorno e condivide un bagno con la zona giorno principale. We got to sit on the dock and watch the sunset and it was a short walk to the gulf side to watch the Blues fly. Makenzie was amazing and answered all of our questions leading up to our stay. Great FL Getaway!

This house was perfect for an offseason visit. We were able to enjoy the heated pool, fish and kayak. The beach was walkable and restaurants were close. Overall great stay.

Great location right on the bay and close to the beach. Property management took great care to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay at one of their rentals again.

Family Vacation

Our family of 8 adults and a 6 year old had a fabulous weekend in this home! Plenty of inside and outside seating, the dock was nice, we enjoyed the grassy yard and loved the pool! We hope to be back in the Fall!!

It was the 1 year anniversary of my granddaughters passing from leukemia at 19. We all Gathered to celebrate her life. Perfect place do this event because she loved the beach.

Great house that accommodates large families

The views from the kitchen were amazing. The house could use some proper upgrades as there was some patchwork done that wasn’t very aesthetic. But it was a great house for kids and dogs right on the water.

Vacay

This property was in a great location. It is right on the Santa Rosa sound and about a 5–8 minute walk to the beach. The amenities were great and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is provided except a baking sheet and there was no Keurig coffee maker as listed. All we brought were K-cups, and therefore ended up buying a Keurig and bringing it home. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the property and would recommend it.

We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting outside watching boats and other water activity on the sound. We HIGHLY recommend this property!

Best Beach Vacation Ever

The sunrises and sunsets are fabulous.Everyday there were dolphins that swam by also Would definetly give this a 5 star plus Can't wait for next year!!!

Perfect Location for Girls Weekend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, beautiful, and right on the water. The patio was the perfect place for meals and hanging out. Also just a short walk across the beach! Only cons are it says it sleeps 16 but we really only comfortably fit 13 in there with the small size of some of the beds. Also just note to add toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and trash bags to your list!

Great for family!

Our aunt, sister, kids and grandkids joined us for various times during the stay. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool every day. We walked to the gulf, baby beach and park. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The location was great, and a quick drive but a little far to walk to all the restaurants. The house is older but very clean. The management company was very responsive to all our requests. Overall I would recommend this for a great family vacation!

I guess everyone expects something different when they rent a house. I’ll start with the positive. The pool and the area around it were really nice. Totally fenced in yard was great with our dog and we enjoyed riding the bikes provided. The location was great for getting to an uncrossed beach. The master has been uodated and was so much nicer than the rest of the house. The house has so much potential but it’s in need of some work. Kitchen cabinets were old and sticky and the back of the island was nothing more than a piece of plywood, tile missing around one of the toilets. The floor in one of the bedrooms is painted cracked and scratched concrete. It reminded me of an old church camp. Sailboat decorations in kitchen windowsill were filthy as were the 2 square ottomans in the family room . Cushions on the chairs at the dining table as well as those outside have mold on them. One of the showers is nothing more than a small shower stall and wasn’t shown in pictures. Paint on the deck is peeling. At the bottoms of the door when the laundry is located appears to have mold. There were gaping holes under the door jams, the perfect spot for bugs to get in, and they did. I will say that Paradise worked with us and gave a partial refund. VRBO was worthless and I’m not sure that after 10 plus years of using them I would ever do it again. Again, everyone likes something different and this is solely the opinion of myself and my husband.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay with extended family. Really enjoyed the dock and water with fantastic views. The ceiling fans had a lot of dust on them, the fridge shouldn't have been turned off before we came (it took all night to cool our food-when I called this happens all the time). There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Both toilets needed jiggling all the time! Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

We certainly would have sent housekeeping back to the home to address the dusty ceiling fans and would have also sent maintenance over to take care of the toilets.
