Great Location, easy walk to all the restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Short walk to the beach and pier. The beach that has multiple access points. Great time in Folly!

Lovely apartment in a great location! We rally enjoyed our stay. Super clean as well. There were only 4 of us which was the right amount for the space. We‘d stay there again for sure.

The house was very clean. Everything we needed was there! Checkin was a breeze. Communication was good. Location was good.Only issue is the bathroom is upstairs! Wish there was a half bath down where the huge laundry room is-then it would be perfect!!

Being in a residential area and yet a short walk to the beach, food, and fun is very convenient. We apologize if it was unclear that the bathroom is on the second floor; we do strive to provide clear photos and descriptions of the home, and will review these details and add a more clear description if needed. We have several homes with downstairs bathrooms and some with no stairs at all. We would be thrilled to host your next stay in any of our beautiful homes.

Couldn't get the ac to adjust in middle bedroom. No toilet paper. We used all the appliances and it was so helpful. It's fun to walk just the road to all the places. It loves the beach buggy because we used it and it was very helpful. Maybe put a sign on the fridge for when there's power failure. Because there was significant lightning, but I figured out the alarm on it. Love sitting outside at the patio.

We are sorry there was lightning during your stay, and we would have assisted with any alarms or power loss if we had been made aware of them. We provide many amenities including a starter supply of paper products and cleaning products in addition to many small and large appliances in the home. Great stay!

Great location, convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. Loved that it was so close to Charleston, too (only about a 15-20 minute Uber). Hope we can make it back soon!
