Amazing View, Wonderful Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous river views from the entire back of the house, with easy access to the community pool and dock. We loved spotting dolphins both from the house and while paddling in our kayaks, which we launched from the community dock. Overall, a beautiful place to stay!

Wonderful stay at Kiawah! The remodeled house was lovely and spotless! Nice appliances and televisions. Overhead fans in all bedrooms. The screened in porch was peaceful for morning coffee and views of the river. We saw dolphins daily and many varieties of birds. Sunsets were magnificent!Close to the pool and a short bike ride to the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

Reviewer Comments: I HAVING BEEN ONE OF THE ORIGINAL OWNERS OF INLET COVE 18 IN THE 1980s FEEL DISAPPOINTED IN THE MODERNISATION OF THIS BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!HOT WATER PROBLEMS FOR THREE DAYS, SHOWERS WAY TOO SLIPPERY, REMOTE ISSUES, DRYER DIFFICULT TO REACH FOR TURN ON.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Kiawah through ESPM Vacation Rentals. As was our previous stay, everything was wonderful! The house was immaculate with lovely, comfortable furnishings (great beds) and a kitchen with all the equipment you could want.The Weber grill l(with an extra propane tank) is a grill master's delight...another great stay. We'll be back.

NONE of the doors shut properly including the front door. The owner has a door problem! We were not made aware of that. It does not appear the fireplace works. We bought new batteries which did not make a difference.

Best Vacation Cottage

We enjoy the living area in the back to take full advantage of the river view and beautiful sunsets. The cottage is so well decorated andfully supplied with everything we needed. We had no problems, as usual, with the cottage, everything was in excellent working order. We want to thank the owners and Hillary for letting us stay once again. We look forward to returning again.

Kiawah Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderfully-appointed home with an amazing view of the Kiawah River. The online photos truly represent the interior, with its high end appliances, comfortable furnishings, and luxurious baths. Plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils to prepare a great meal, plus an outdoor grill. The views from the living space and master bedroom are incredible. What a great site to wake up to! Whether spending time on the screened porch or down by the dock, Kiawah living does not get better than this location - watching dolphin, fishing, crabbing, kayaking. If you prefer the pool instead of the beach, it is conveniently located just steps away. I highly recommend renting bikes to make a quick trip down to the beach (just minutes away by bike) and to explore the bike paths around the island. Be sure to explore the many small ponds and nature habitats and gardens. I also recommend a low tide, late afternoon/early evening walk to the point where the ocean meets the river beyond Beachwalker Park to watch the dolphins and hunt for shells. If you are lucky, you will be able to see the dolphin strand feed (unique feeding ritual). This rental is a great place to enjoy all the beauty and nature of Kiawah Island with family and friends. In regards to the property manager, I cannot say enough about the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of Hillary. She certainly helped to make our vacation all the more enjoyable! We will certainly return to this rental.

Beautiful GetAway

The community is quiet and great for walking or biking and bonus, the home is right next door to the pool. Easy access to grocery stores and dining. Our only 2 minor hiccups were the fireplace not working and they need more lighting in the bathrooms. I would rent this home again.

Sunsets spectacular, night songs, a few steps to the pool or dock, all this and everything kiawah has to offer. The house is the highest quality construction and condition we have seen.

They were able to get on the island and survey the property and get it ready for us to come ASAP. I highly recommend using their company when renting. They went above and beyond. Hilary sent me a link when learning I was looking to rent a house in the Charleston area, and I knew immediately that we would love this home. I would suggest getting a King size bed for the Master Suite, and leaving directions on how to access the plugs in the bathroom. The fireplace was perfect. The doors not shutting properly could be an issue for large groups. I’m planning on renting this home again for a girls weekend. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Location-Great Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are return vacationers to 18 Inlet Cove. The home is updated, extremely well cared for, and well appointed. To add to that, the view of the Kiawah River is amazing. Hillary, from ESPM, provided us with the best care. This trip was delayed due to Hurricane Florence but Hillary kept us updated in regards to when we could arrive, helped us with some gate code glitches, and even helped us in the end when we reached out with a dead vehicle. So from start to finish she was there to help! For activities other than the beach and swimming pool area, we highly recommend biking the island and taking in a little fishing (Canvass Pond is a great choice but beware there are alligators in the pond). Cannot wait to return to Kiawah Island.

We have stayed in this cottage a couple of other times and it has always been such a pleasure to be on the river getting to see the sunsets and the activity on the dock and river. We were so pleased with the new décor and the beach theme. We never had a minutes trouble with anything with the cottage and had all the comforts of being on vacation. We definitely recommend this cottage for a memorable vacation. Thank you to the owners for making this cottage available for rent and thank you to Hillary for all the help to make the vacation an everlasting great memory.

Another Fabulous Vacation on Kiawah and Inlet Cove

We appreciated the furniture updates as well as the well-appointed kitchen updates. This allowed for a very comfortable vacation. The location is perfect for our family (6 adults)...close walk or bike ride to the beach and the convenience of the pool and dock right outside our doorsteps. Sunsets from the screened porch are not to be missed. Inlet Cove community is a great place to unwind and relax. We highly recommend booking through ESPM Vacation Rentals. They are always great to work with. We look forward to our next vacation to 18 Inlet Cove and Kiawah.
