Viste fantastiche abbondano dall'ampio soggiorno ben arredato e dalla camera da letto principale della Princess 1402! Entrambe le camere hanno porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono direttamente al balcone di 288 piedi quadrati sulla spiaggia dove splendidi tramonti sono abbondanti! L'ampio balcone offre una vista libera sulla spiaggia e sui tramonti notturni! Puoi quasi allungare la mano e toccare la sabbia. Prendi una bella coperta morbida e rilassati tutta la sera o diventa sabbiosa!

Puoi anche vedere i tramonti e annusare l'aria fresca dell'oceano dallo spazioso soggiorno con molti posti a sedere mentre guardi il tuo programma preferito sulla grande TV a schermo piatto. E, non dimenticare i lettori DVD in ogni stanza per quei film di cui non puoi fare a meno. La sala da pranzo e la cucina adiacenti sono aperte sul soggiorno. Questo è un piano aperto che vive al meglio. Qualsiasi famiglia o amico si adatterebbe perfettamente in questa casa vacanza; ci sono molti letti e posti a sedere. La grande cucina è perfetta per intrattenere e fornita di tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno per divertirvi. I frullatori sono inclusi !! La lavanderia di grandi dimensioni ha un ottimo lavandino e una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard. Questo condominio ha piastrelle in tutto ed è pronto per tutti quei piedi sabbiosi e giocattoli da spiaggia che sicuramente accompagneranno le tue escursioni in spiaggia!

La grande cucina è stata aggiornata e ha tutti i comfort di cui avrete bisogno per aiutarvi a rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Anche il mobile bar con lavello e mini frigo è stato aggiornato con nuovi armadi. Gli aggiornamenti non si fermano qui. Il bagno principale è stato aggiornato per includere una grande DOCCIA DOPPIA con due soffioni !!

Princess 1402 è meticolosamente mantenuta e pulita secondo i più alti standard. Non ci sono angoli sporchi o vecchie lenzuola qui. Il gestore ispeziona personalmente il condominio dopo ogni pulizia e prima di ogni arrivo! Il manager vive presso la Principessa ed è a disposizione 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, per prendersi cura di eventuali problemi. Quello che vedi è quello che ottieni quando affitta questo condominio!

Il balcone 10 'per 30' è fronte mare e si affaccia quasi a sud. È il luogo perfetto per cenare all'aperto o guardare quel tramonto perfetto.

Questo condominio viene fornito con due sdraio GRATIS con un ombrellone dal 1 marzo al 1 ottobre.

Il PARCHEGGIO è limitato a 2 auto dal 1 maggio alla Festa del Lavoro di ogni anno. Auto aggiuntive possono essere consentite per $ 30. 00 per macchina. Il costo aggiuntivo per il parcheggio non è incluso in nessun preventivo su VRBO.

Any closer to the beach and you'd be sleeping in the sand!

We had a great experience. Family members have traveled to the PCB area for 20+ years and are now going back with the next generation. Princess condos have been a choice for many years after trying various locations due to being on the quiet end of the beach away from all of the traffic. A big seller for everyone is the indoor and outdoor pools being heated as this time of year is always questionable for weather. We struggled on this trip with the outdoor pools being unbearably cold for half the trip. This is an issue with the overall Princess property, but one that needs to be addressed by the condo owner as it was a main factor in us selecting this site and would prevent us from returning if not fixed. Things directly within the control of the owner and management property were great. Communication was clear, access was granted easily (even available early although we weren't in town early), and the information was readily available for codes and contact info. One thing that I have encountered at other properties but haven't seen called out here in reviews is that this unit is on the 14th floor of the 17 floor property. We never had any issues with elevators going up or down. There are 3 and they are quick. That was amazing for us in coming and going as well as having family staying on the 9th floor where we wanted to go between the units. No Vegas or Disney property style where you may end up waiting forever or it's too full when it arrives!

Fall Break

It was a wonderful condo! Spacious, clean, and has beautiful views of the beach! It was very quiet and peaceful. We had two people in our party that had a hard time with mobility, and they had very little trouble navigating the campus! All of the rooms are close to the elevators, there is a ramp that leads to the beach, and the pools are easy to enter and leave. The condo is adequately stocked with everything and anything you need. One of our favorite condos in PCB! If they’ll have us, we will definitely be back!

Best place on the beach

The hosts are so easy to work with! Very smooth check in and check out process. The Princess has the nicest and cleanest condos that we have stayed in at PCB by far! We love this place and will definately return!

We loved this condominium!

I can't say enough good things about the Princess! The condo was spacious and comfortable (there were 9 of us). Nicely decorated and clean. It was nice to have a full-size washer and dryer. The beach was not crowded. We have already booked for next year.

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, and my wife and I appreciated the updated and spacious walk-in shower in the master. The living room and master have beautiful views of the Gulf. We also loved having a separate laundry room to store our beach supplies. The outdoor patio is large and provides a great place to relax in the evenings. VIP Resort Properties provided us with 2 beach chairs with an umbrella for the week as well as numerous vouchers and coupons for activities in the area, which were very welcome. Check-in was a breeze - management texted us when the condo was ready, and we were able to go straight up. Communication was excellent, and everything was in order before our arrival. We had no need to contact maintenance for anything. The Princess is in a quiet spot that is close to many attractions and restaurants. It was so nice not having to wait long for an elevator at any time, even check-in and check-out, since there are 3 fast ones serving a relatively small building. We also enjoyed having the gated parking lot right in front of the building. The Princess has 2 small outdoor pools and a larger indoor pool that never seemed overly busy. We spent pretty much all of our time on the beautiful beach. Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation and hope to stay in this condo again!

Wow! What a unit! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, and sleeps 10, there's plenty of room for everyone in the family. With the balcony being 288 square feet, you can all hang out in the evenings here and watch the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!

The kitchen is equipped with a Stainless Steel refrigerator and new stainless steel dishwasher, all the small appliances your family will need to prepare the evening meal. Or, you can order out and just enjoy being in 1402.

If you rent Princess 1402, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on you vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO.
