The property was clean and spacious. Amenities were very nice. Did take about 20 minutes to drive to the beach due to traffic.

Our family had an incredible time at this spacious townhome in Bay Forest. Incredible, convenient amenities. The hosts were very responsive to questions. While there, we used both pools. The lazy river and water slides were so much fun and perfect for kids. The lap pool was great for exercise on the hot summer day. The tennis courts were easy to use - not crowded. Lots of walking paths, firepit at night and everyone was so friendly. Weis and Giant supermarkets are just down the road. We loved going to Millville nearby if we didn’t hike all the way to Rehoboth or Bethany Boardwalks. Location was great. We just wish we had remembered the Rokus as we could only use 1 tv to watch Netflix / cable even though every room had a tv.Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Just a convenient, fun family stay. Thank you, Helen!

Great location in a great community

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Bay. This townhome was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was convenient location to the pools and fitness center. We enjoyed the walking paths, access to the bay and the lazy river pool. It was a short drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Helen was a great host who shared a lot of information about the community and the townhome.

Great Place to stay!

We had a great time at this location. It was close to the swimming pools which my daughter's family enjoyed, especially the lazy river. My wife and I was able to workout at the workout center and we also enjoyed the swimming pools. The grocery stores were very close. I would highly recommend this location especially if you have young kids in your group. The beach was also very close.

The property was in a beautiful community with lots of nice amenities. The home was well appointed, spacious, and located near the pool, gym, and shuttle stop. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It worked out very well for our group of 7. It was close to the beach, Bethany Beach town center and many restaurants. A word of caution that the beach traffic is heavy and Bethany beach fills up quickly during peak season. We would stay again.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Alana! We're so glad to hear that your group enjoyed the home, the community amenities, and the convenient location near the pool, gym, shuttle stop, and of course—Bethany Beach. It’s great to know the home was a comfortable and quiet retreat for your stay. You're absolutely right about the beach traffic during peak season—it can get busy, so we always recommend guests plan accordingly or take advantage of the community shuttle when possible. We’d be thrilled to host you again in the future. Thanks again for choosing our home! Warm regards, ~ Helen

House was perfect! Every ammenity needed, beautiful little community. Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to still get to places. Only thing i would change is to have linens and towels included.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us feedback! It was our pleasure to have hosted your family during the Memorial weekend! We are so glad that you enjoyed the stay! Regarding the linens, since most of our guests would like to bring their own, we have not made this a standard offering. For those guests who have such a need, we have a list of trusted local linen rental companies which will deliver to/pick up from our villa. So far our guests have been very happy with our recommendations. Thanks again for choosing to be our guests & have a great summer! ~ Helen

First trip to Bethany Beach

The property was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for more people but I think the HOA limits this. We couldn't have been more pleased with the space and community. The lazy river was perfect!

Cozy, relaxing visit

Helen was a pleasure to work with. Quick to answer questions and great at providing necessary information. Our family was more than happy with the accommodations in the home. Loved the layout as it provided enough privacy but also common areas to spend time together. Bay Shore is a great Bethany Beach community. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 6, which includes 4 teenage/young adults men, had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Bethany Beach. Being Marylanders all our lives, it was our first time to Bethany Beach and we loved it. Such a quaint town with great restaurants. The atmosphere of the Boathouse Restaurant was our favorite in addition to the 2.5 mile kayaking trip we did that took us to Fenwick Island. The resort complex was so quiet and peaceful. We spent a majority of our time at the pool since it was such a great facility. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent vacation home in Bayforest. The house is very clean, spacious, quiet and exactly as described. The wifi is strong should you have to work and there is ample space to spread out. The amenities at Bayforest cannot be beat, with the home in walking distance to the pool and gym facilities, and child friendly activities. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with.
