Questa bella casa su misura (3600 SqFt, costruito nel 2005) è abbastanza vicino ad Atlanta (1 3/4 ore) e Greenville (45 minuti), ma appartato su un terreno di punti con 220 piedi di fronte lago in una tranquilla baia di acque profonde (22 piedi fuori fine del molo a piscina piena lago) con grandi vista sull'acqua. E 'il luogo ideale per un gruppo di ex allievi Clemson o una famiglia in cerca di un posto per godere di una vacanza sul Lago di Hartwell.

Situato in un quartiere tranquillo vicino al Martin Creek Landing, Clemson University (4 miglia), molte attività e servizi sono convenienti. Ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi e attività per godere in 10 minuti di auto.

Location is excellent. Gentle walk to the lake. Dock is ideal but wear sandals cause it gets hot. Lake views are ideal from the house which is well equipped. Furniture is a little dated. Upstairs bedrooms are all connected with only one bathroom which is a bit different. All in all a nice place

This lake house has beautiful views, a stable and well-built dock, plenty of beds and seating, and a huge master bed and bath. It’s a short 10-15 minute drive to campus through rural backroads and was exactly what our group was hoping for in a weekend away.

Our host Jeff was excellent! I would recommend better cleaning prior to staying. Kitchen had everything but was a little unorganized. Would have preferred to put our boat in the boat slit but owners boat was there. We did have a wonderful time, just a few minor suggestions.

The host was very responsive and our stay allowed for an early check-in, which was nice because we were coming from NH and landing on the earlier side. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay for our daughter's Clemson graduation. The house was big enough for us to host some family but still allowed enough space for people to sneak off for some quiet time. It had everything we needed whether staying in to cook or catering. The lake front views are a wonderful bonus.

My family of 12 stayed for the weekend of my daughter’s Clemson ring ceremony. The house was exactly what we needed. It had plenty of room and we enjoyed the fire pit at night. It’s one of the most comfortable homes we’ve ever stayed in and will definitely book it again in the future.

This house couldn’t be in a better spot—super easy to get to campus for the game or to meet up with our Clemson student. It was the ideal setup for bringing together friends and alumni from both teams. Tons of space to relax, enjoy the lake, and celebrate before and after the game. Great mix of comfort, location, and tailgate vibes—highly recommend for football weekends or family visits!

Our family had a wonderful stay visiting our Clemson student to celebrate her birthday and to go to the football game! The house is very well equipped with comfy, large living space, large stocked kitchen and lots of comfortable beds for our family! We brought our boat and spent lots of time on the large dock and enjoyed the paddleboard and kayaks!

We had such a great time at this lake house. It was the perfect place for our group—super close to Clemson so getting to and from campus was easy, but also a great hangout spot on its own. We spent a ton of time on the dock and around the fire pit. There’s plenty of space both inside and out, and everything was super comfortable and well set up. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a fun, relaxing place near the lake and the university.

Family, Friends & Football!

The perfect home to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. Great kitchen for cooking and comfortable dining areas for gathering. Playing games and sitting around the fire pit was awesome. Convenient to Clemson making attending the football game easy.

Fantastic time at the lake

Had a wonderful week on Lake Hartwell at this property. Two adults and three kids, and we all had a blast. The house is spacious with plenty of room, and very kid friendly. Jeff was very responsive to a couple questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the lake. The house was great-, but my one suggestion would be to add another fridge- for our large group and a week's stay, another fridge would have been helpful for drinks...The house is big and easily accommodated our group of 14. And the dock was the perfect place to play, swim, paddleboard...Great vacay at the lake.

This place far exceeded my expectations. For a week on the lake, in the middle of the summer, the price was very reasonable. The house itself was immaculate. I cook a lot, and this property has one of the best outfitted kitchens I've seen on VRBO. And their grill was the cleanest and easiest to operate of any place I've rented. As for the details, communication was outstanding. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and reasonable. Every bathroom had 2 rolls of TP. The kitchen only had two rolls of paper towels, which we ran through very quickly, but there's a Food Lion 10 minutes away, or a Walmart, 18 min away. When it rained, there were plenty of games for the kids to pass the time. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, as it is close to Clemson. If you want to try some of the best BBQ I've ever had, visit the Smoking Pig in Pendleton. I think it's 12 minutes from the house, and even my picky eater kid loved everything he had. Regarding the property, looking out the back, it's just so beautiful. There's a really nice deck to relax on. A firepit to sit around if you want (we didn't use it, but it was a nice option to have). The curving walkway down to the dock and the secluded location on the lake is just picturesque. My kids had an outstanding time. We even did a night swim on July 4th, watching the neighbors launch fireworks over the lake. It was just incredible, and I highly recommend this property!

Clemson University visit

The property is beautiful and the home was extremely clean. It was easy for my children to get Ubers to and from downtown Clemson University, even late at night. We came down for the week to enjoy two football games and the stay couldn’t have been more perfect!
