Amazing Stay!

We have spent our second year at Jameson & Julia’s property and our kids had an absolute blast- they were extremely accomodating and friendly throughout our stay and we are thankful for another beautiful family week spent at their home!

Nantucket oasis

Perfect place to get together with family, super private, clean and tastefully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. Jameson and Julia were incredible hosts!

Great property, I just wished that the weather cooperated so we could have used the pool and other outdoor spaces. Everything else was great ! Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay

We had such a great time at this special house. The perfect place for our family to create long lasting memories. The house was very clean, a great layout for our family, and the grounds were beautiful and well-kept. There’s a lot of love poured into this place. We’ll be back!

The Perfect Family Home!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. We have stayed all over the island and this by far was the perfect balance. All the activities to keep our children occupied but close to town. The host couple were such a delight and shared a great list of must dos around the island! Can’t wait to come back!!

Another great stay!

This is our second time at this fantastic property. We love the layout of the house which manages to feel cozy and spacious all at once, with a beautiful living area on the top floor. Great playground for kids and quiet street. Hosts couldn’t be nicer. Look forward to returning again!

Great stay for a family vacation

We loved our stay in this house - the layout was great for a multi-generational family with the parents on the same floor as kids with a suite in the basement for grandparents. The living area upstairs is open, lovely and kitchen is very well-stocked! The outdoor area is the true star, with a gorgeous pool and playground with a HUGE yard and outdoor seating. Our hosts were friendly, responsive and provided helpful tips and info for our visit - would highly recommend them!

Great stay in Tom Never

Our family had a great stay this past week. The property fit our needs perfectly. The pool was warm and remarkably clean. The kids loved the playscape and big yard. The home had everything necessary for a great stay on Nantucket. We plan to return next year.

Tom Nevers property

The upside down house hosted and owned by Julia and Jameson was exquisite. It was beautifully maintained and an absolute pleasure to have our 31st Nantucket vacation. Our entire family loved their stay and we certainly look forward to next year.

Excellent get away

Located outside of town with easy drive in and out and great access to sconset bluff walk and multiple beaches. The hosts were very responsive and also not at all overbearing. They made several recommendations upon request that were also all excellent. I would absolutely stay again.

Another great vacation

Thank you for our second summer here. Everything was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the nearby beaches when we were able to talk the kids out of the pool. Count us in for next year.

Has it all

Great property, has a heated pool, basketball court, large yard and outdoor play gym. Couldn’t ask for a better layout! The house is well maintained and very comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 7.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

Julia and Jameson's home exceeded our expectations. The home is decorated perfectly, impeccably clean and well stocked. The layout worked perfectly for our family and the pool and basketball court were both larger than what looked in the photos. We will definitely be back and we'd highly recommend to others.

Outstanding Spot on Nantucket

This was an outstanding trip. Nantucket is a magical place to begin with but this stay lived up to that description. The house was great, we used 3 of the 4 bedrooms, our kids loved them, super comfy. The living area is open and comfy with a well equiped large kitchen. To top it all off our kids loved the swing set and more than anything the pool. All around a great spot and one I would definitely come back to. Our hosts were great as well, very communicative and responsive. All around a great experience.

Well, I've been home a few days and am still missing this beautiful home on Nantucket! House is extremely clean and comfortable (loved the mattress in master suite!). Every single thing you could think of needing (beach chairs, beach towels, ice packs, cooler, deck of cards, coffee grinder, fans, even nail polish remover!) is all there. The layout has a lot of flexibility. My family's plans changed somewhat last minute and so I wound up welcoming several small groups over the course of the week--two moms and daughters, my sons and their friends, my sister and her family--and it worked for everyone. The house is spacious (I am dreaming of a Thanksgiving there one year!) but also has enough separate spaces for guests to have their privacy. Our group took full advantage of the beautiful pool, the basketball court, the outdoor shower, the swingset. I had never stayed in Tom Nevers before but I loved the location. You are so close to beaches and also to Sconset...wound up making the short trip to Sconset Market almost daily for coffee and pastries (the blueberry muffins are famous but actually it was the cinnamon buns I can't stop thinking about!). Millie's at the rotary was a great surprise, too, I hadn't realized there was another Millie's so close! Perfect for takeout or quick meals with small kids. Finally, Julia and Jameson were top notch hosts from Day 1 of planning to the final day. There were helpful and kind. What a beautiful home, I hope to be back one summer soon!

Excellent!

Excellent property, pool is fantastic and house is great - exactly as described, very clean and has everything you need/would hope for. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. If traveling with a baby/toddler this is a great option, they have the necessities so you don’t have to bring them with you (and you’d never know if you didn’t need it!). Great location, easy to get to and central enough to get around the island easily, nothing took us more than 20 min and we explored everywhere. Hosts are incredibly nice, helpful and responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!!

Nantucket Sanctuary

Julia and Jameson are the most gracious hosts I've ever come across on VRBO. The go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, which it was for our family! Their beautiful, spacious home feels like a resort retreat! The house is incredibly well stocked - you literally can find anything you need in their awesome kitchen. What I really appreciate about the home is that is very well maintained, and feels like new! The basketball court was such a bonus for our boys. That said, the entire landscape is gorgeous and pristine! The pool is amazing as well! We cannot wait to return! Than you Julia and Jameson!

Busy Ladies escape to Nantucket

The house was as described on the website. Lovely house on a large lot in the Tom Nevers Area - quiet area, not much close by, but a short drive to town, many fun beaches and Sconset very close by. House was very clean, check in easy, owners delightful and very responsive. I have only two suggestions for a perfect stay. Pillows were not the best and a small mirror in the non master guest rooms would be great. Other than that, house was well cared for, had everything you would need for a beach, shopping and relaxing getaway. Very responsive and sweet hosts!! Thanks for everything. We will be back!!
