Le foto non rendono giustizia alle indimenticabili viste sulle montagne dell'Oceano Pacifico, alle sette sorelle (vulcani spenti), alle dolci colline, alle montagne, alle valli e alle luci tremolanti di San Luis Obispo.

L'eccezionale proprietà in cima a una montagna di 8 acri (a metà strada tra San Francisco e Los Angeles) ha due camere da letto, la cucina dello chef e un ampio bagno elegantemente arredato. Le aree interne passano senza soluzione di continuità negli spazi abitativi e pranzo all'aperto attraverso portefinestre e grandi finestre. L'enorme terrazza privata di 500 piedi quadrati offre un luogo confortevole per leggere, rilassarsi (onore vino e champagne bar) o cenare (barbecue attrezzato) mentre ammirate le viste mozzafiato.

Nominato con nuovi infissi premium, mobili, servizi e Wi-Fi ad alta velocità in tutto. Stazione di ricarica per auto elettriche in loco (Tesla, ecc.) Gratuita. Questa casa vacanza dedicata viene pulita professionalmente (lenzuola, asciugamani, ecc.) E un'esperienza di qualità alberghiera attende il tuo arrivo. Può ospitare fino a sei persone, di cui quattro sono l'ideale.

I motivi includono uova fresche in omaggio dal pollaio e verdure di stagione dai nostri letti rialzati, giardini, laghetto koi, habitat di tartarughe "Walter" e un'incredibile vista della fauna selvatica, in particolare gli uccelli che frequentano i nostri alimentatori e il popolare albero posatoio.

Everything was wonderful for our overnight stay! The rental was immaculately clean and well stocked. The beds were so comfortable and the grounds were perfect for walking around with our two dogs. Ryan was a great host! We would highly recommend his rental and hope to stay there again in the future :-)

My stay here was amazing! It was exactly as described in the listing and more. Ryan and his fur baby hosts could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The house has everything you need--the kitchen is beyond well-equipped and has all needed to prepare whatever food you bring with you. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I stayed for two nights with a girlfriend and we never left the property; there was plenty of space inside and out for us to enjoy time together or 'together or alone' solitude. We cannot wait to go back either together again or with our own families. I've been to SLO many times and it's one of this LA girl's favorite places to relax and recharge, but now I have a new favorite spot to add to my list. :))))

Comfortable beds, clean, large single bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet area. View was beautiful and the property was very special. The drive up the hill does take some focus and is best tackled during daylight hours if you are not familiar with the road. We enjoyed hearing the Rooster and the Cattle in the distance.

Incredible view expanse from comfortable property with deck. Pet friendly, functional kitchen, chickens with fresh eggs and tortoise who likes to be scratched. Host Ryan and dogs Bourbon and Cider friendly and welcoming. Access to local beaches and restaurants easy. We will come again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Vista House! Bourbon, Cider & Ryan were the most gracious hosts and the property was so beautiful! Everything you could think of was provided, and the home was impeccably clean and cared for. We so enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the view. Our two dogs loved it, too. We will definitely be back!

What a relaxing visit my family enjoyed! Our stay was brief, but Vista House checked all the boxes for a getaway in San Luis Obispo. We enjoyed the calm and quiet vibe high above the city, which is about a 20-minute drive into Downtown. We were glad it was daytime when we took the first drive up the road to the property, but it was no big deal conquering it at night after that. Overcast skies? Cool, moody view. Clear skies? Cool, California view. Never a disappointment!Ryan made check-in really easy and we were so excited to meet Bourbon, Cider and Walter the (HUGE) tortoise! We really felt comfortable on the property, which isn't always the case when it's shared (in different units) with the owner. Privacy was never an issue. And this was absolutely the easiest check-out ever - sometimes staying in a rental can make you feel like you work for the owner after you complete the check-out process, but this was anything but.Check it out for a chill experience. And thank you, Ryan and animal friends, for a great visit!

Vista House delivered a fantastic view. Our host, Ryan (along with Cider and Bourban) was very welcoming and gave us a quick introduction to the place when we arrived. But even before we arrived, he sent email that was informative and fun: excellent directions and a thoughtful and cheerful tone. In person, the vibe was warm and his presence was reassuring. Sure enough, later when we had some difficulty with one of the TVs, he came right over and corrected the problem. Throughout the visit and even as we said our farewell, he was fun and kind. He was an important contributor to making our holiday fun and memorable.Also, the house and its furnishings were wonderful. Really good labels, especially in the kitchen. That kitchen was especially nice and full of useful equipment. Beautiful decor and so many nice touches. Wow!

Property was as expected. The views are beautiful. Location was truly convenient for visiting all surrounding cities. Host Ryan was a pleasure to meet along with Cider, Bourbon and Walter. Ryan provided us with fresh eggs which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Ryan is a fantastic host. We loved the experience including the absolutely stunning view. Highly recommend a stay at Vista House if you are looking for enjoying a unique slice of SLO.

The host was very welcoming, we had a great stay! Views were amazing, the spacious private deck was a great relaxing space. The house was spacious and had many amenities. However, the interior seating could be much more comfortable and conducive to watching movies, etc..

The view and hospitality was amazing! We really enjoyed it! Ryan (and of course Cider and Bourbon) was a great host and gave us great tips on what to do while we were there! If we comeback to the area we would definitely stay here again!

Magical place. Vista House is well-named with panoramic views of the Nine Sisters and ocean from the deck. It’s in a group of 3 properties with the host, Ryan, in one of them, but private and quiet. Ryan is the perfect host, there when you need something but out of sight when you don’t!; and a charming and interesting guy. Kitchen is well-equipped and there’s a top quality grill on the deck so one can enjoy local fish, meat and produce. Comfortable beds. Bathroom a little tired. The road to San Luis is steep but you are only 15 minutes from downtown and a world away in quiet and relaxation.

Favorite things are our home and friends, especially Bourbon and Cider who are rescued Goldens and the sweetest dogs! We love visiting the local beaches, preparing meals and enjoying the other animals including Walter the Tortoise, Chickens and Koi.

Favorite place is Big Sur, movies at the Sunset Drive-In in SLO, when friends visit and preparing meals with vegetables from the gardens, local farm stands and farmer's markets.

We love to visit off the beaten path places, meet the locals and blend in. Favorite fancy place is Ventana in Big Sur.

We get excited when we get good reviews and positive comments at our VRBO's. We truly love the serenity and views here and are very happy to have the opportunity to share this place with travelers from around the world. We appreciate and do not take for granted that guests chose us, stay with us and like the experience.

We love serving guests, maintaining and improving the vacation rentals every day, helping others create, plan and execute new ideas, planning trips and getaways and purchasing unnecessary products, services and anything else they sell on Amazon Prime.

We are grateful for the gift of life Ryan received on November 2, 2015 when he was given a heart transplant. We enjoy the wonderful people who visit us.

Best all round vacation rental in SLO based on reviews (experience and rating). This is a countryside luxury escape with outstanding views on top of a mountain half way between LA and SF at the gates of the Pacific Highway through Big Sur and 10 minutes from SLO (Whole Foods, Costco, Bevmo, etc. Downtown, Farmer's Markets, Cal Poly, etc.) - Secluded and peaceful, close to SLO, unforgettable views, new luxury everything - Perfect.
