Sweet apartment with amazing ocean view

Nice studio apartment walking distance to the Village of Laguna Beach. Quiet street, great ocean view. Bob was a nice host. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the ocean view. While the property is very close to the all the downtown amenities, I've have always appreciated how quiet the location is. Perfect location.

Comfortable and Accessible

Great location as it is short walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants as well as the beach itself. Beautiful view of ocean from patio deck and comfortable exterior living room for relaxing/ or entertaining while enjoying the cool ocean breeze. Looking forward in returning and spending more time here.

Great stay

Enjoyed the clean and well-located apartment. Great communication with the host. Would recommend to others for a short or medium term stay. Apartment came with lots of towels, pots, extra sheets, soap, etc needed for a couple weeks. Washing machine and dryer behind unit was very convenient

View and location could not be better

I loved my stay at Laguna Beach because I could walk to everything! It’s always so crowded and I hated driving into LB and trying to park somewhere. The ocean view makes everything fabulous, from waking up at sunrise to late afternoon tea during sunset. The studio is modern and the induction cooking system is so fast it was great. I would definitely come back.

Fabulous view, great location

Loved staying at Bob's studio in Laguna Beach! You can't beat the location--walking distance to restaurants, shops, Whole Foods, beach, etc. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and exploring the area. The unit was very comfortable, with plenty of kitchen utensils, coffee, bath/kitchen towels, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, bath toiletries, as well as a BBQ grill. There were also a couple of boogie boards, but we didn't use them. The best part was the view from the private deck--can't beat it! So refreshing to relax on the deck for breakfast or after dinner, enjoying the ocean view and sunset. I highly recommend this place, and hope to stay again! Thank you, Bob; it was a pleasure meeting you!

Thank you for the review and I look forward to having you back. The ocean views are very enchanting and the sunsets continue to amaze me so I'm happy you enjoyed them also. I try to provide all the items necessary to make it very easy and convenient for guests so it's great to hear that everything that is provided made for a great experience for you. I love the location also and find it to be the best combination of convenient access to all the downtown village amenities, restaurants and beaches while at the same time providing you with a quiet and peaceful environment. Great view. Very walkable

Owner very accommodating. Place was clean. Bed was comfortable. We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The view was amazing

Incredible stay!

Cozy and charming, this studio is well appointed with a balcony view of the ocean. Gentle breezes and hummingbirds greet you in this studio oasis near the center of Laguna Beach. Easy proximity to the town center and beach. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities included that one would need for a relaxing and easy stay. The size of the apartment is very ample, a sunroom for additional seating and relaxation beckons with a ceiling fan and cozy furniture. It is surrounded by a garden in full bloom with Hydrangea and flowering vines, butterflies to entertain. We will most certainly be back to check on this hidden jewel, gaze at the surf and await another gorgeous Laguna day.
