Perfect!

It was exactly what we were looking for! I love the fact that it was not on a busy road, which made coming and going so easy! It is literally minutes from the Disney Parks. The heated pools were perfect as were the hot tubs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was panicking a bit in the beginning of our trip as it was my first time using a VRBO but Stephen offered plenty of reassurance and guidance on the process. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

The space was great, exactly what we needed for our trip between Disney World and Universal Studios parks. The staff was helpful and provided what we needed and having a washer was very handy. There were some minor cleanliness issues, and there was an mis-advertisement on the bedroom arrangements. On the description it stated a room with 2 queen beds however this room had one king bed instead. While we were able to make this work for our family, I can see this might be an issue for other travelers so I would recommend fixing this detail on the listing. Very happy and would book again!

Great time

We stayed here for 7 weeks as my wife worked remotely. The property was as advertised. Only problem was we had no hot water for the last 5 days. Nobody's fault. Things happen. The staff let us use units that were not rented to shower. All was good. We plan on returning.

Thanks Mark. Glad Blue Tree was able to work around the broken boiler as much as possible. Mostly, glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Blue Tree and its location is favored by many who return including our extended family who have been annual visitors since the late 1990s.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Tree Resort! Our unit had everything we needed! Pools were great and the staff worked hard to keep the complex clean and safe. We had a noise issue late one night and security promptly handled it for us.

Great Time!

This was a perfect location for a family getaway! Once you are inside the resort it was so peaceful you don't even realize how busy the area is around you. Also there are plenty of resources close by for groceries and dinning. All of the included amenities were great and make for an inexpensive stay if you so desire. The grounds were very well maintained and the staff were all very friendly. We look forward to going back in the future! Dan

Just what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were in town for a softball tournament and the condo was centrally located between the ball fields and the location of the team. The property was well maintained. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Really came in handy for letting the softball girls just relax after a long day of softball!

Satisfied guest!

Great value, prompt service, nice variety of activities and very close to attractions, shops and airport. Only objection I had was that the resort’s grounds could have been maintained better (such as mowing and weeds). Otherwise, highly recommend!

It was OK

Original unit was small with queen size bed. Thought I specifically booked a unit with king size bed. Thank goodness for the friendly staff that accommodated my family with an upgrade to a slightly larger unit. Basic necessities provided but bring your own knives/cutting board. Wi-fi in the unit wasn’t very good but maybe they could’ve have fixed it. Toilets small. Everything in the unit and resort is at the basic standard level. The resort has 4 pools and enough activities to interest you and the kids for at least part of the day. Nothing fancy or special about this place but it was OK. Good value which is what we wanted and convenient location to Disney.

Nice property for the value

For the money, this resort was all we needed it to be. It had a variety of pools to choose from. The condo itself was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The location was great being central to all the parks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo is a little dated and the couch and beds are on their last legs. Overall, this was an affordable condo to lay our heads on our Disney vacation.

Very convenient

From the washer and dryer to the elevator outside. I absolutely loved staying here. So close to grocery stores and gift shops. About a 15min. drive to Disney. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to family's who are visiting Disney or Universal. About an hour away from cocoa beach and two hours from Clearwater beach. Resort also had three pools.

Costumer service was great, pools were clean and easy to access, and quality of rooms were great.

Location was great for accessing major roads, gas stations, fast food, grocery stores and nearby attractions. Overall a great place to stay!

Very easy to get to, close to the parks. Clean and comfortable beds.

The only cons, we were on the first floor and was woke up every morning with the people walking above us. ( Maybe they were just extra loud) and one night it rained and our rain gutters were gone and we heard dripping on metal electric boxes all night!! Otherwise was a very good place. Nice pools, played miniature golf with our granddaughter.

Evyonne ... thank you for your comments. I am happy that you were mostly happy with the resort. I have discussed your comments with the resort. I had you set to be on the top (3rd) floor of building 12 where noise wouldn't be an issue. Because there is an elevator in building 12, walking the 2 flights of stairs is not an issue. I haven't been able to determine how you ended up on the first floor of building 4, but this will ensure that I advise future guests to insist they not be moved from the pre-assigned locations, and that they understand why. Just what we needed

Planned a 7-day theme park extravaganza in Orlando and needed a home base for our vacation. Our needs were: 1) Convenient location to Disney and Universal 2) Comfortable beds 3) Kitchen for cooking meals 4) Clean and homey 5) Plenty of space for parents and children. All 5 of our needs were very well met at the Blue Tree resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful, facilities were great, pools were clean, and parking was easy. It's a 4 star resort with a 3 star price. Would not hesitate to rent at this resort again. Owner was also very responsive and helpful through the entire rental process. Excellent overall experience.

Wonderful Week

We had a great week at the Blue Tree. We had never used HomeAway before, so we were a little nervous, but everything went flawlessly. The owner was very helpful, the staff at the Blue Tree were great and the property was just what we hoped it would be. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the facilities were clean and lovely. We enjoyed being away from the crowds and everyone we met staying at the Blue Tree were nice too. We often had the whole pool to ourselves in the evening after leaving the parks. We rented a car and driving to Disney each day was a breeze.

Great resort and excellent trip

We had an amazing time. The resort is conveniently located in between Disney and universal. The condo was very clean and modern. There was a ton Of activities for the kids all week. I would recommend the resort to anyone who is looking at going to Disney area. We were a 3 minute drive to downtown Disney and we could hear and see some of the fireworks each night. wonderful vacation!
