This house worked perfectly for our annual girls trip! Beautifully remodeled - had everything we needed! Great pool/hot tub! We enjoyed ourselves!!

Great Location - Great House

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The house was in a great, quiet location. The size of the house was much bigger than we had anticipated. The interior was essentially new construction with new appliances. Wonderful pool and hot tub with LOTS of outdoor space including a TV under the patio. One great bonus was having beach chairs, an umbrella, and numerous toys and floats that we didn’t have to worry about traveling with. Will definitely be back

The remodel post hurricane is clean and well appointed. The beds are a little stiff, but manageable.

Fabulous location!

Our family had a wonderful time here for spring break. The pool was especially nice because the wading area was perfect for our 2 year old to play with water toys. And we had a very short walk to the beach at Bean Point, which was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We rented an electric golf cart, which was easily charged at the outdoor outlet. Also, we appreciated the pack and play, the beach wagon, beach chairs, and pool toys. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

WONDERFUL!!

Amazing time. Wonderful set up, CLEAN, GREAT pool and hot tub. Great host to communicate with as well. 3 min walk to the beach. Sand toys plenty of pool towels and linens. Very accommodating, would recommend anyone to stay here!

We loved the property, the location was the best, and the property owner was fantastic! If you’re looking for a place to kick back in the pool or hot tub and a short 2 min walk to the beach this is it.

Out stay was wonderful. Comfy beds, great pool and hot tub! Location was excellent, quiet neighborhood close to everything you could ever need! Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Property

House was spacious, plenty of room for larger families! Beds was comfy! House was clean, owner very nice to work with! House super close to beach and so many other cute shops and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay here! Looking forward to coming back!

Great vacation rental

Perfect location and very clean home

We throughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have stayed in. The location was just a block away from a gorgeous beach where we enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins. After spending time at the beach, we were able to relax in the pool, cook on the grill, and relax in one of the two living spaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Old Florida Charm

Easy checkin. Even an early checkin. Comfy beds. Cold a/c. Stainless appliances. Cool pool. Lots of outdoor space. Everything clean. For those of you wanting a modern fancy beach house, this is an old Floridian style home like the beach houses in Key West. All you need. The comfort scored big! Close to bean point too!

Location can’t be beat

We are north island lovers, and this place checked all of those boxes. 2 minute walk to bean point, 1 minute walk to rod and reel pier. This isn’t a flashy place, it’s a place to relax and enjoy the old charm of Florida the pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the 2 minor issues we had were met with quick responses.

excellent; clean, spacious and a great location. The pool was large and the hot tub worked fine. The two family rooms were a good idea and would have been perfect for a multi generational family.

Perfect walk to the sunset each night

Property was in a perfect location to walk to the rod and reel pier and sunsets every night on bean point. Couple issues with the pool, and I only mention this because the owner took care of the issue while we were at breakfast so it did not affect our time. Overall we would rent again.

We love the peaceful setting on the north tip of Anna Maria Island. It feels like Key West in the 1960's. Walking distance to everything!

We wanted a place across the street from the beach. We found this house and fell in love with the potential. We remodeled it and put in the heated pool! The pool has a large spa and a water sun deck!
