Great / private location, walkable to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and large bedrooms. The outdoor living space is amazing… lots of covered areas for shade, an amazing pool, large outdoor dining area, and a great driveway with lots of parking. Walkable to the beach and also the main square at Watercolor. Wonderful house for families.

Loved Campodibella

My family of 10 shared this lovely home and guesthouse for a week in July. Can’t say enough good things about the property. Beautifully decorated, pool and grounds were immaculate and within walking distance to the beach and Seaside. Debbie provided great info about restaurants, things to see and do as well as activities during our stay. Will definitely consider another family vacation at this beautiful property.

Dream house!!

This house couldn’t have been more perfect for my family’s week at the beach!! The house is beautifully maintained and stocked with anything you could want. The outdoor space is unbelievable! We spent just as much time outside as in. Quick walk to the beach! Close enough to Seaside to walk. Grocery store within minutes. If you’re traveling with younger kids (mine were 7,7, and 3y/o), this is THE house to rent! The owner was easy to work with and very quick to respond. Perfect vacation!! Will repeat!

Wonderful home and owners

This is a wonderful home with fantastic owners ready to help at a moments notice. Brand new construction, extremely clean as you would expect. Location was perfect to the beach and to seaside. We rented golf carts and recommend the same. Kids loved it with plenty of room upstairs and more than enough room for everyone downstairs. Very functional home and high quality furniture, appliances, etc. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Debbie’s house is beautiful … from the favorite porch swing to the pool area and outdoor grill with tv we couldn’t have asked for more. Seaside area was very busy but with golf cart it was pretty easy to get around and fun! Everything is pretty close. We had a great time. Debbie was always available if we had questions and she made sure we had everything. The house is very well equipped and is top notch!!

Great pool and fro t porch on quiet street

Loved the house. Debbie was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with all the doors and the alarms. Extremely loud and they didn’t allow enough time to get through the door without going off. I hope this has been fixed!

Thank-you Alison for your response. I'm glad that you and your family enjoyed Campodibella. The alarm on the doors are calibrated and regulated by the state. They are required for all doors leading to the pool area. They continue to work as reequired; you have seven minutes to get out of the door and the same to go back in. They are loud, but when checkout from the alarm company, they are exactly as they are required to be.

Amazing

This property was stunning. Every aspect of it was top notch. We had lots of room to cook, eat, sleep, play, and relax. Debbie was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions right away. The list of "rules" for the home made it so nice for us and for all those that will stay there in the future. I stay at many VRBOs and find that sometimes the photos do not accurately reflect beauty or size - this listing is absolutely "what you see is what you get." The pool is wonderful for all ages - babies to elderly. The Carriage House is a wonderful addition as well! Anytime our vacation takes us to 30A, this will be where we will stay!
