Very clean- didn't realize amenities of the resort - club house pool- slide was not included- pool manager gave us family passes- the view from properhe beach was wonderful-

Thank you for your kind review. The same type of condo through the neighboring resort would have been about $1500 more for your stay including resort fees. My description states my condo is an adjoining property and that condo pool with my condo (shown in photos) is included as well as other resort amenities open to the public.

Property was very nice and comfortable. Home was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever you would need. Love that it has a washer/dryer in unit. Very nice beach view with close access. Pool on property is very well taken care of.

Great property. Beach views and very easy access to the beach. Storage locker on main floor had wagon, chairs and some sand toys to play with. The shells on the beach are insane. I found a horse conch over 12" long! Timing for shelling was just right with a storm the day before.

The condo was well kept and the view was beautiful. The provided beach items were awesome and there were fishing rods as well, we picked up another and a few tackle items to add to the collection and caught some nice fish from the surf.

Our entire stay was wonderful!

We had a fabulous five days staying here. The condo was cleaner than we could have imagined and had everything we needed for a wonderful beach getaway. Candy was available for anything we needed and it made our whole stay very enjoying. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Guest reviews are not revealed to host until after host rates guest. You also objected to house rules. Sorry you had so many complaints. This rating is not consistent with the other 100 reviews from other guests. I responded to all your complaints and sent my handyman the next morning to deal with ants. He reported open food in condo, which will attract ants.

Sanibel

Our family had a great time at Sanibel!! Everything was as advertised…the property was beautiful and so was the view. Candy was easy to communicate with and we would love to stay here again. The area is very pretty and the beaches were perfect.
