Good place to stay good location for golfing.

Stay was good, manager and owner well communicative and provides good input on complications and was generous to heat the pool given complications with one of the washroom.

Great place for a family

This was a great place for my family plenty of bedrooms plenty of room babies toddlers. Everyone had a great time Lily. The host was absolutely a dream to deal with will be back.

Great setup for golf buddies

The house had everything needed for 8 guys traveling to play golf for 4 days. Safe location, hot tub was wonderful. Check in/out process was easy.The back 3 rooms of the addition would have been a little awkward if we weren’t such great friends, but for families it’s a great addition for teens/kids

Terrific golf stay for 8!

Terrific experience. Great communication with the owner/property manager. House was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The backyard was spectacular and also spacious. Kitchen was very well stocked and all amenities worked well. I would return!

Great house for 13 adults!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was central for our needs and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Very nice house with awesome amenities. Tons of space for our large group. Spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. Good location for Scottsdale. Would recommend.

Wonderful indoor and outdoor amenities

We swam! We sauna'd. We hot tubbed! We played basketball! We played croquet! We bbq'd! We had a wonderful time - the second fridge in the large laundry room was so helpful. Great contact with managers and quick responses when needed. Can't wait to return.

Long weekend for family wedding

Enough private bedrooms and cozy gathering spaces indoors and outside, including beautiful pool and hot tub area, for two families with 14 adults for a long weekend. Convenient location for local sightseeing and weekend events!

Family reunion

This house is next door to another large home managed by the same person. We rented both for a family reunion that included 22 adults. The two houses were perfect for our group and at a reasonable cost. See my review on the house next door for more details.

Family Gathering

We were happy with our accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked. Fed 16 people for a week. Water toys and children games we all provided. Every family had their own bathrooms. Washers and dryers were great. Towels were dried often because the pool and hot tube were used every day and most evenings. We had a couple clinches that were dealt with well.

Should have been longer

Enjoyed the house and hot tub. A bit cool for the pool. Beds a bit too firm for us. Garage door usage awckward. But very well stocked, great for large groups but fine for a few people as well. Would book again, absolutely.

This was our Fourth Year

For the past four years our Bicycle Club has came to Scottsdale and this home to conduct our Winter Training for the following Racing Season. This home is perfect for our large group (13). The location in a quite low traffic area allows for warming up before heading off to the the hills North and East of Scottsdale. After a 50 to 100 mile bike ride the Pool, Spa, and Sauna are perfect for a relaxed recovery. This home nicely provides some private space for each team member. It works best for a large group or several families, with or without kids. We will be back.

Accurately described

All-in-all, the house was as shown in the photos and described. It had plenty of space, was clean, and well appointed for a large group. Good communication with property manager/owner. The booking and check-in process were both smooth. One important thing to note is that three of the bedrooms are not directly connected to the main house. They are attached to the back of the garage with their own individual entrance and bathroom. The bedrooms are nice enough but they are all in a row and you have to walk through 2 bedrooms to get to the third bedroom and walk through 1 bedroom to get to the middle bedroom. A little uncomfortable for some folks but OK for family. All said, a good experience and very much as expected without any negative surprises.

All the Room and Amenities We Needed!

This was a great house for our baseball tournament as we had several different families staying together. The bedrooms were well configured (right types and sizes of beds) and we added a couple of air mattresses to make it all work. The kitchen and living areas worked well to watch football and World Series games, and the covered back patio was perfect for those who wanted conversation. The pool was awesome and the hot tub (new) was a great way to unwind after a day of baseball. The house was clean and well maintained. The area is quiet but in a central location that is easy to get to, and restaurants and grocery store are a little over a mile away. All of the appliances worked well and it had all of the kitchen gadgets and extra towels and linens. I may sound like I'm writing a promotional brochure, but it was exactly what we needed. In fact, one person in our group said that the photos on the website didn't do it justice - he was very pleasantly surprised! If we come back to the Phoenix area again as a group, we will definitely try to stay here again!
