Molti ospiti che ritornano prenotano il Dune 1 Townhomes anno dopo anno - è una tradizione per alcuni che è iniziata molti anni fa. Con viste incomparabili sul golfo, una piscina sulla spiaggia e una passerella privata sulla spiaggia, non c'è da meravigliarsi se gli ospiti considerano questo posto speciale sulla spiaggia la loro seconda casa. Nidificato sulla spiaggia di Dune Allen, Dune 1 ha 14 case a schiera sul golfo. Le caratteristiche del primo piano includono la cucina, il soggiorno, la zona pranzo e il portico schermato. Tutte le camere sono al secondo piano con master suite fronte golfo e un balcone completo. Great visit, beautiful area, and the sand is so soft! Right across the street from Stinky's which is perfect. We all had a blast!

Time for a Change

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Dune Townhomes every year for the past 6 years. This unit BY FAR will NOT be an option again. We always stay for 10 nights, and if another unit is not available next time, we will look elsewhere. Several of the doors do not even open all the way due to settling, which happens, but fix the doors!, and roaches..huge roaches. Again, its Florida, and we know what to expect, but this was over the top. Due to limited space here, there are numerous other issues, but it boils down to the lack of maintenance on the unit.

Perfect for our family vaca

We had an amazing time. The ocean, sand, views were the prettiest we have experienced. We loved the option of the pool and it was a great location. It was peaceful and private. We plan on booking a return trip!

Relaxing Townhome on the Sand

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loves this place!!! Easiest access to the beach that we've ever had. Beautiful close-up views of the gulf. Very spacious for our family of 4. Pool is an added bonus. Easy 10 minute drive to Sandestin. We look forward to staying here in the future! A+ experience.

Great but a little tired.

Location, floor plan, pool, porch management were all wonderful! The only negative is that it needs updating. The carpet is old and stained in places. New mattresses are needed and couch is a little rump sprung. But, I would definitely stay there again. Beach is beautiful!

Great location. Needs updating

The condo was ok. But location was amazing. I would recommend some updating. The ceiling and floors especially need some help. The foundation is very uneven. And the stains on ceiling should be painted. The carpet is very dirty as well. The blinds in master bedroom need replacing too. They are half broken. There is no shade in the master bedroom either. Make sure to bring eye mask to block out the sun at 5 am. But the location was our favorite part of it and made up for all of it. I love having the chairs on beach as well. That makes it so easy for families. I would recommend to family and friends.

Nice location, coming back next year. We had several small problems the Dune Allen people took care of. Refrigerator was replaced with another very small unit, pretty marginal. Carpet in unit pretty bad, needs replaced. Location is ideal, like a private beach, close to Destin, but on 30A!!
