Absolute perfect stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just spent a week in this fabulous unit and everything was perfect and as described. Spotlessly clean large apartment for myself, my husband a 2 daughters. Loved having the 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of 4. The view amazing! With the most beautiful sunsets and patio to enjoy them from. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Loved the beach chairs and location. A 12th floor beautiful spacious apartment with everything that you need. Communication fabulous too! Lots to do around the area too. We hired a car and loved that the unit came with parking. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the most special week for our family vacation.

Ilikai 1239 stay is great we would stay here again. Property views were beyond described marina view, sunset view, beach view and airplanes flying from the airport. Located away from the city congestion. Host is great helping me in the room, not familiar with new technology locks. Empire steak house is great go for happy hour and bar menus good portions, Daves ice cream is the best. Abc store and Mcdonalds have special menus. Room is clean, has separate AC each room. A floor tile in the master is a bit loose, wobbly informed Vincent. Water shut off notice for pipe maintenance on our last day good thing we are checking out. Bed in the guest bedroom moves. Elevators can be crowded take bather’s elevator.

Everything was superbApartment is on 12th floor with perfect marina view. Rooms were clean and well organized.Kitchen was equipped with everything that you need if you want to cook inside.very long balcony to accommodate group of 6 We celebrated 3 birthdays during our stay and we couldn’t be happier. Room With A View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a decent place but beds could have been bigger and more comfortable.Kitchen with full fridge/freezer/icemaker and glass top stove/oven was great! Nice having two bathrooms. The lanai to spread out to was great! Way down hall from elevator. Owner should put belongings in back closet instead of front closet to allow guest's clutter space to exist in entry-way. Overall comfy place but not real spacious for more than 4 guests. Nice clean decor. Easy check in and check out. Parking included a plus. Quiet floor. Too much furniture that could be room for bigger beds.

Location is great - better than other condo locations we've stayed at previously in Waikiki area. The restaurant and bar downstairs were great and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. Parking was a breeze. The unit itself was clean and spacious and we had no issues with anything - A/C worked as expected, appliances are all in good repair - furnishings flooring, etc. all generally well maintained. The only things we would have liked were some basic items that would have been helpful/appreciated, like salt and pepper and glass cleaner. We would have loved to have been able to regularly clean the dining room and living room coffee table glass, but there was no glass cleaner anywhere in the unit.

Family vacation

Great property. We stayed here with 4 people and it was great for our family. Plenty of space and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and beautiful place to stay easy access to everything

Beautiful property ,very clean ,ocean view which we enjoyed everyday .very relaxing .we also enjoyed cooking our meals .We really had fun .We’ll definitely come back to this place again.

Property is nice and a plus with parking included. Would recommend to others.

Highly recommend this place!

Loved the ocean view and watching the sunset each night from the balcony. Location was good- within walking distance of beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant downstairs had live music each night. Jean gave us all the info we needed to make check in easy and responded immediately to our texts.
