Rilassati e lascia che tutti i giorni scivoli via con la marea mentre ti concedi una vista pacifica di Braddock Cove da questa incantevole casa di soggiorno costiera rinnovata. Questa isola è una delle sole sei case in una piccola comunità esclusiva adiacente al South Beach Marina. È dotato di un portico schermato e di una terrazza che si affaccia su un ampio retro con querce coperte di muschio, ampie vedute della baia e delimita il porto turistico. Nel 2015 la casa è stata sottoposta a una ristrutturazione straordinaria che comprende banconi in pietra, mobili personalizzati, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuovi mobili e pavimenti in legno nelle zone soggiorno e pranzo. Lo spazio abitativo principale è completamente aperto sul soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina con una magnifica vista sulla baia.

Vicino a tutto c'è l'area di South Beach dei pini marittimi, tra cui la piscina condominiale e il tennis, la tua casa vacanza da sogno ti aspetta!

Gorgeous and immaculate home. We have stayed in several Sea Pines rentals but this was by far the best! The glassed in Carolina room overlooking the water and stunning live oak trees was our favorite place to sit. Beds and all the furniture were comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautifully updated and clean. It was really nice to have two living areas so we could spread out a bit. We loved that linens were included, even beach towels! We also took advantage of the free court time at south beach racquet club, and the free bikes included with our stay. The location was perfect, right next to the tennis club and marina. The walk to the beach was quick and easy along a flat path. The community pool was heated which was a huge bonus. My only complaint is that the pots and pans should be replaced. They are nice calphalon non stick pans, but the non stick coating is extremely scratched up which is toxic to cook with. Overall though, 10/10 and we hope to visit again in the future.

Fall break

This is the best house we have stayed in Hilton head. The location is perfect! In the heart of quaint south Beach and next to the salty dog. I thought it might be a hike to the beach but just a few minutes across the street. We spent most of our evenings on the back screened porch listening to music from the salty dog. My son enjoyed fishing on the dock and both boys loved riding bikes, playing tennis and walking to the salty dog for ice cream The house has everything you could need for a multigenerational family. It was beautiful and comfortable. Have I mentioned the back deck! The beds were sooo comfortable. The kitchen was large with plenty of counter space for cooking meals. The first day the bike lock code didn't work so I called the vacation company and they had someone at the house in minutes to open it. There is literally nothing to complain about in this house!

Great Space and Location

Had a great week staying at Portside! Enjoyed the easy access to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Also loved being so close to the Salty Dog and having a great backyard for activities.

We rented this property 3 years ago and again this year . We have a family get together every year at this time. This rental is perfect as it provides privacy for three families as well as all accommodations to cook and enjoy!,

family vacation

It was the perfect home for 4 teenagers a 14yo & 16 yo , a grandmother 71yo and my husband and I. Having the great space to entertain on the balconies, screened porch, large kitchen living space and yard made it easy for our friends who were vacationing in Harbor Town to spend time with us in the evening. The easy access to the Salty Dog made a memorable trip for all the teens and adults. The amount of freedom was a great break from our urban home in Saint Louis. The décor and 2 levels made it easy for everyone to have personal space. My son loved fishing from the boat dock at his leisure and easy charter fishing from the marina steps away. It exceeded all of our expectations for a first time trip to Hilton Head. We have never traveled to the same place twice and my son is already asking to make a 2nd trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely vacation home with all of us!

Lovely Spring Break

We've been coming to HHI for years and have always stayed at Port Villas. We LOVE this area. This year we came with the cousins, so needed a bigger place. Your home was perfect!!! Thank you for sharing it with us! The decorations were gorgeous and as always, we loved being so close to South Beach and having our own private dock!!!! What a beautiful home!
