Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, plenty of parking, amazing location, communicative hosts, easy checkin/out. Loved all the available beach gear, too! We wish we could have stayed a few more nights to really enjoy the area and community more; so I guess we’ll have to go back! :)

Lovely family vacay

Beautiful property with all you need for a family vacation! We were 6 adults and 5 kids under 13. All beach supplies and games and entertainment facilities were available!

We had a wonderful time at this property!! Loved all the family friendly amenities like games, beach items, ping pong, and bikes! House was wonderfully stocked and well kept. And the owners were amazing during the tsunami advisory, sending all the Santa Cruz and Pajaro Dunes messages to keep us informed and giving alternative activity ideas while the beach was closed. I highly recommend this rental!!

Great visit!

Love this vacation spot. Great location and nice parking was available in the driveway and next to property. The layout was perfect for our group. Very clean. Easy booking and check-in process. Strongly recommend.

Great location and view

Can’t beat the location of this house. The access to the beach is so easy and you feel like you have your own private beach. The owners were very responsive to any issues that came up or questions that we had. I feel like we had everything that we needed at this house.

Great Location!

This is our second time staying at this location! We enjoy being close to the beach and the number of bedrooms/baths were great! However we were a little surprised at the overall wear and tear of the place since our last stay 15 months ago! A little refresh might be needed soon :)

Amazing view with abundant space!

What a great and relaxing stay! Kitchen, linens and beach items were abundant and well organized. Owner was very responsive to questions, and check in an out was easy. The protected beach of Pajaro Dunes means you feel very secluded and comfortable in sheltering in place. We would have stayed longer if it was available!

Family reunion

The Beach House worked out well for our reunion. Plenty of room for everyone. The layout of the main floor is a little odd, with the only bathroom on that level only accessible through the master bedroom.

Regarding the location of the upstairs bathroom, most of our renters (especially guests with limited mobility) are happy to know that once they get upstairs they have the view plus every amenity they need to maximize their enjoyment of the location. Great place for a family to get together

We loved the house, beach, and the tennis/pickleball courts. The kids and adults enjoyed the entire weekend (except getting the kids to bed!). No time for TV with all there was to do-games, views, walks, sand and waves, even a great climbing tree for little ones. Thanks so much!

Family gathering

The home was an ideal size for our family with easy access to the beach. We were fortunate to have glorious weather and a lovely view. The sports fans had access to several televised games off the main room. That was a nice touch.

Beautiful Spacious Home

We had the best time. The home was big with lots of space. Rooms were big. Beautiful kitchen which was fully stocked. Beach entry way right avross the street. I highly recommend this home to anyone with big family. Just a beautiful stay. A vacation thats relaxing.

This property was fantastic. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 teenage kids. The house fit everyone perfectly. Lots of light in the main living area. Good size kitchen. Comfortable beds and 3 spacious bathrooms. A fire ring was available for us to have a beach bonfire. Lots of boogie boards and a ping pong table My only suggestion is that they need to put pads on the cupboards so they don't bang everytime they close. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
