Completata nel 2015, questa nuovissima casa a un solo livello è stata progettata su misura per le vacanze. Tutti gli arredi, elettrodomestici, letti, biancheria da letto, stoviglie - tutto è nuovissimo e di alta qualità. Il layout è ideale: 3 camere da letto (nessuna condivide un muro) e 3 bagni completi. La grande disposizione della stanza è perfetta per la vita interna / esterna, completa di una lussuosa porta scorrevole a scomparsa. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 8 persone e l'isola cucina ha 3 sgabelli. Il cortile privato ha un tavolo da pranzo, un tavolo da picnic per bambini e una nuova griglia. Pavimenti in legno, travi in legno, opere d'arte originali, perline, banconi in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile: questa casa è stata pensata per essere una vacanza confortevole nella destinazione più panoramica: Sedona!

La camera da letto principale è grande, con un LETTO KING, una scrivania, una sedia a dondolo, una TV da 48 pollici e un'uscita privata sul cortile. La cabina armadio è grande può ospitare una culla packNplay (l'armadio è cablato con prese extra per macchine audio e monitor). Il bagno principale ha due lavandini e una doccia di grandi dimensioni.

La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale, TV da 40 pollici e uscita privata sul cortile anteriore. Il bagno (combinazione doccia / vasca) è ad un passo dalla camera da letto nel corridoio.

La terza camera ha un letto completo e un mini bagno collegato con doccia, lavabo a parete e servizi igienici. Questa camera dispone di TV da 40 pollici, armadietti vintage che ospitano molti giocattoli, giochi da tavolo, DVD e un tavolo a misura di bambino per attività / ristorazione.

LETTO EXTRA - un letto aero QUEEN (fascia alta, gonfiabile)

La grande sala ha una TV da 48 pollici, un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare fino a 8 persone (con foglia), un divano in pelle WestElm e un sacco di decorazioni affascinanti.

La CUCINA e LA LAVANDERIA sono dotate di nuovi elettrodomestici e hanno tutto ciò che si può pensare ben oltre un tostapane e un frullatore: non abbiamo solo bicchieri da vino ma bicchieri da martini e flauti champagne! Abbiamo degli asciugamani da prendere in prestito per portarli a Oak Creek!

Great trip to Sedona

Very comfortable house in a great location. Prefer to stay in oak creek over Sedona. Less crowded and still has great restaurants and closer to golf.

The Perfect Property to Enjoy the Area

This is a lovely, well-maintained and well-appointed home. And it is perfectly located with easy access south and west (shopping in Jerome!). It is south of traffic congestion coming and going through Sedona, but a pleasant walk to excellent cafes and shops.

So clean and ease of booking and all information emailed for entry and exit. Only wish Sedona Mountain View’s! Just a yard tall wall and a Juniper tree. All house accommodations were fantastic

Perfect place.

This house was perfect for our family of five and our two Frenchies. The house was super clean and had everything you need: cookware, cleaning supplies, towels, dish soap, laundry soap, napkins, and more, all in abundance. This was much appreciated, as we have stayed at other places where we had to chase down toilet paper or napkins—annoying! Not in this house. We loved everything about it and the location. Thank you!

Book It!!! Outstanding Family Spot!

Stayed in Sedona many times. Definitely renting this one again. Family of 5, w/ 2 teens and a tween, plus a our choc lab (Kona) joined us too. Great floor plan, bathroom space, private outdoor patio, comfortable beds and pillows, clean and useful appliances (especially the coffee set up!). There’s a quaint creek nearby, and several excellent restaurants and shops you can walk to. Owner lets you park in the 2-car garage and even provides a remote opener. Nice touch. Hiking at Bell Rock trailhead in less than 10 minutes! Pro Tip: if you’re a foodie, and can’t get a reservation at Elote Cafe (typically booked 60 days out), call day of around 4pm. They say they don’t take walk-ins but they do. :-) You won’t be disappointed! Stay here!

Pleasant home great location.

Overall the house (a condo, really) was quite nice. We only needed two of the three bedrooms, so we didn’t need to use the really tiny bathroom off bedroom 3 which is even smaller than it appears in the photo. Check out was very 2005-ish,with requirements to strip the beds, gather all towels, etc which I haven’t seen in about 10 years but was quite common before the STR boom. That added to te stress of leaving, and I would suggest the PM change their procedures. What is added work for the guest right when they’re packing and trying to make sure everyone has all devices, clothes, and bags would take housekeeping an extra 5 minutes and vastly improve the overall experience

Great stay!

Three friends in town for a week to hike and see the surrounding sites. Key property attributes: Location - Oak Creek is on the south end of the Sedona area and away from the traffic chaos that can happen near the "Y" in Sedona. Grocery store and restaurants are nearby. ( Colt BBQ has the best briscitt!). Close access to Highway 17 is also helpful to be able to bypass Sedona and 89A if needed when heading to the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, etc. Rooms: 3BR with 3 Bathrooms! Bedrooms are all separated nicely for some privacy. Bungalow: After hiking during the day it's nice to not have any stairs to climb. Garage: Don't underestimate the convenience of pulling directly into a garage, entering the home from the garage. No carrying stuff from a parking lot and up stairs or elevators. Very easy to pack up and get organized for the day. Well equipped Kitchen: Pretty well had everything we needed. BBQ: After discovering Colt's up the road on day one, we didn't use the BBQ, but it is nice to have that option. TVs: in every room if needed. Apparently, the Hilton across the road is will sell daily access to their pool if desired. The lack of a community pool use may be the only negative, but that would be the case for many home rentals.

Great property, clean, spacious!

My wife and 17 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Staying in Oak Creek is an excellent alternative to actual Sedona as it is much quieter, close to Sedona, and has all the options for restaurants and groceries that you need. This property was laid out nicely with 3 separate bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms for all the privacy and separation a family would need. The furniture was nice and there was nothing that we needed that wasn’t present. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Sedona area. Check in, check out was easy, and the owner followed up periodically to ensure everything was going well.

Excellent Place for Sedona Visit

Very nice clean house, well stocked for a comfortable stay. Convenient to Sedona, located 7 miles south of Sedona. Village of Oaks has basic restaurants, gas stations, etc. but drove into Sedona several times for shopping and Safeway for groceries. Would definitely stay there again!

The property would be perfect for 2 couples, may be with some children. The owner is responsive to the requests. The main problem for me was, that the bedroom next to the kitchen is actually a closet with the morene sink with nothing for your clothes, bathroom stuff.

My husband and I are both Arizona Natives and call Flagstaff our hometown. We grew up coming to Sedona and now live in Gilbert, AZ with our daughter and son.

We built this home for family reunions - it was a family effort! We wanted our city kids to throw rocks in the creek, experience the natural beauty of Sedona and be closer to our family members near and far. So few new-build opportunities come about in Sedona, so when we saw this small neighborhood development, we were so excited to create a semi-custom home with a great layout and location. We've had many good experiences staying in other vacation rentals by owner for our family trips. When not using the home ourselves, we would love to share it with you.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We loved that we could walk to our favorite restaurant, Cucina Rustica. We had daytripped a 4 hour car-ride to eat here, so it was fitting that our next house be close to that.
