Splendida posizione sul fiume Colorado, gode di tramonti, fauna selvatica, sentieri nel deserto e gite in barca. Una destinazione ideale per gli "uccelli della neve" che vogliono sfuggire al freddo. Godetevi il "carnevale" di Quartsite da gennaio a marzo, i palloncini a febbraio al lago Havasu e sentieri, escursioni e acqua per tutto il resto dell'anno. July 4th on the river

Nice place on the river, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Comfortable home, well stocked kitchen, bbq, a/c, w/d. We enjoyed the river and use of the golf cart! Thank You for a great stay!

Great Water Front Location

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Great location for fishing & floating down river on tubes. Location is best for Jet Skies or Shallow V boats due to the daily fluctuating water levels you do not want to launch or keep anything else at the dock. We ended up taking our boat to the other side of the dam to Parker Strip one day and then to Lake Havasu another day. Home is also close to Casino if you like to gamble.

What a peaceful place w/ a water view

My husband & I were so fortunate to get to rent this place. There was plenty of space, all of the modern features one could need & a backyard on the river w/ Beautiful views. It was nice to have the AC to cool off in after a long day in the water. The kitchen is set up perfectly so cooking was easy. The hosts were super amazing & helpful. The neighbors were awesome. We can't wait to go back & enjoy it again.

Beautiful view of the river

Great location on the river. The Bluewater Lagoon community is mainly double wide trailers and some are very old. The house is very big and does have everything you need. The furniture is on the old and dated side but comfy. The furnace is not working so they provided plug in heaters. We had some very cool nights and early mornings during our stay.The one in the living room squeals so we moved the second one into that area to have two. We blew a breaker and the owner was very unhappy with us as he does not want you to move anything. There is a huge binder of things to do and not and apparently we missed the do not move the heaters. We needed it in the main living area not the bedroom. Towels and dish cloths could be replaced as somewhat musty. Having the use of the golf cart was great and the main bedroom bed is super comfortable. If you have a boat it would be super handy. Lots of seating outside.

Very pleasant and peaceful

Very comfortable, had everything we needed for meals. Beautiful sunsets overlooking the river. TV and stereo amazing with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Comfortable couches and beds.

Family Summer River Vacation 2021

Great private river access in gated community! Including dock, multiple levels for outdoor relaxing with amazing views and natural shade from two large trees right out your back door! So quiet and peaceful and practically had the river to ourselves. Sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking. House has open concept and everything you need to make you feel at home. Take the golf cart to the private beach area or neighborhood store for ice, drinks, snacks or other supplies conveniently a couple blocks away. BBQ if you like or head out to a variety of local restaurants in nearby downtown Parker. John and Lisa are GREAT hosts, responsive and accommodating, you won’t be disappointed! We were blessed to have this opportunity and plan to go back as soon as we can. Thank you for everything and sharing your home with our family!

John's place on the river

John's house is large, comfortable and spacious. It was spotless. We enjoyed cooking, relaxing and kicking back by the River. It is not easy to find the first time as there are two "Riverfront," streets in the area.

Lovely house lovely spot along the river

We had a beautiful time. Kitchen was more than fully equipped, communication was great when we had questions. and sitting out above the dock watching the river flow was a real treat.

Rolling on the river

Very nice property. Really like the shower in master bedroom. View of river peaceful. Everything you could possibly need is there. Very pleasant stay. Looking forward to next time.

Our family has enjoyed the "river of the Viking" for over twenty years. We've had many a wonderful time just sitting around our large kitchen table, playing games and sharing. The river has so many fond memories for us, we would like to share our home with our guests, so they can have some of those same experiences.
