Super clean! Well stocked! Comfy beds!Plenty plenty of room! Great backyard and patio! Main Street has great bakeries and local markets all close by. We enjoyed walking the bike path into town.Ocean catch seafood is right around the corner and has wonderful seafood!Robin is very responsive!

House was as described. Clean, with lots of bedrooms. Convenient location to beaches and Newport. Less than a mile away there is an amazing World War II museum on Main St. in Wakefield.

I was traveling in a group of 6 women and the house was perfect for us. There’s plenty of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and the first floor is designed to be able to host really large groups with two huge dining room tables and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and bars (just FYI there aren’t sidewalks on the easy route we took & we had some trouble getting Ubers on Friday night). The house was very clean, communication was great, and we loved sitting outside

The property was beautiful and fit our party of 12 perfectly! The kitchen was spacious and we loved the two large dining room tables. The outdoor patio was the perfect spot for morning coffee. We would go back in a heartbeat! Our host, Robyn, was super communicative and very helpful.

Great rental. Nice quiet house. Very clean. We thought with the proximity of the hospital we’d hear sirens but we never did. Central air was perfect. Looking forward to coming back next year!

The house was immaculate, it’s lovely. The yard is not huge, but enough for the kids and some adults to kick around the soccer ball and play tag. The house was very well stocked. The kitchen had both informal and more formal dishes as well as plenty of serving and cookware. Everything was clearly well maintained andin great order. Additionally,communication was fabulous. Thank you to the host so very much for opening your house.

This is a fabulous house. Immaculately clean, well kept and comfortable furniture including the beds, well appointed kitchen. The air conditioning worked well considering the days we spent there were over 90 degrees with added humidity concerns.Robin was very responsive and even though two issues occurred including damage to the house, she responded promptly and was not one to pass on blame as some might. The Wakefield area is ideal. Quiet, safe, and close to everything. The town is like a resort town with excellent restaurants, boutique stores, parks, the of course the ocean nearby.Looking for a place to take your extended family or friends, look no further than this property and Wakefield, Newport, and the rest of Rhode Island.

Awesome summer stay!

Beautiful property with everything we needed for our family stay. Great for all ages and our dog! Awesome backyard and close to everything - beaches, shops, and more! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Bachelorette Get Away!

This house was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Had a great experience and would definitely stay at this property again! The host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The house has a lot of space with great sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Perfect for a going to the beach because the house comes with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.
