Affittiamo da sabato a sabato durante le vacanze di primavera, metà maggio, stagioni da estate a metà ottobre. Alcuni noleggi 3-5 notti e Week End sono disponibili durante il tardo autunno e la tarda primavera o per prenotazioni occasionali dell'ultimo minuto. Nessun deposito di sicurezza in contanti richiesto per le famiglie.

UNITÀ FINE BASSO 3 ° PIANO 10 - 12 posti letto 2 o 3 famiglie possono godere della pianta molto insolita di questo appartamento con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. C'è una Master Suite privata separata che confina con il resto del condominio con un letto king size, angolo cottura completo bagno vasca / doccia e balcone privato con vista sull'oceano. La parte principale del condominio ha un'altra Master Suite e bagno privato in camera. La 3a camera da letto ha una serie di letti a castello queen size molto robusti. La grande sala ha un divano letto matrimoniale. Tutte le camere da letto e la grande sala hanno accesso al balcone con vista sull'oceano. Un materasso ad aria queen size può essere nel condominio ma non è garantito. Si prega di portare la propria biancheria e coperte per questo materasso ad aria, se necessario.

Splendidamente decorato con tutti i comfort di una casa vacanza di fascia alta. TV a schermo piatto HD e DVD in ogni camera, lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina completamente attrezzata con tutte le pentole e padelle necessarie per cucinare, caffettiera e altri piccoli elettrodomestici.

A Splash hai il posto più emozionante sulla spiaggia, pieno di divertimento per bambini e adulti. VICINO A GRANDI CORSI DI GOLF

Splash ha 3 enormi piscine, 2 riscaldate stagionalmente, un fiume lento, un'area giochi per bambini chiusa e un fantastico parco giochi acquatico per bambini con scivoli d'acqua, canoni d'acqua e secchio gigante.

Immergiti al cinema e al famoso ENUCE SPLASH BUCKET CHE GETTA CENTO DI GALLONI D'ACQUA SUI BAMBINI, si divertiranno un mondo mentre ti rilassi al sole o al bar della piscina e al grill.

Splash ha anche un Arcade con una pista da bowling e una palestra ben attrezzata. C'è un rifornimento spiaggia / negozio conveniente e gelateria al primo piano del ponte di parcheggio.

Splash è situato vicino a Pier Park. Pier Park offre negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti. Non importa quello che stai cercando, molto probabilmente lo troverai su SPLASH!

Splash resort itself was awesome. The only negative about the resort is the lack of enough elevators. The bar and pool area were awesome. The unit we stayed in was fine. It was lacking a lot of stuff in the kitchen. We tend to cook a lot at the beach and it just wasn’t stocked well with pans. The beds were ok. I would stay at splash again but probably not in 301 West.

The room was overall very well decorated and clean, with the exception of the severe mold in the front load washer. We made the host aware of the situation and it was handled as best as could and very promptly which was appreciated. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. That is preference of course. Overall it was a good stay, but we would probably choose another unit next trip.

Good location, condo needs improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Saturday shortly after the check in time. The condo was not clean and the code we were given was not correct. There was very poor communication from ECDI on this. I did email them with my concerns after the terrible arrival situation, and they did respond quickly and professionally. The condo needs regular maintenance for outlets, nonworking lamps, getting all of the junk out of the closets, the smelly washing machine, the squealing vacuum cleaner, the nondraining master sink, two of the showers trim plates around the handle are loose and spin when you try to turn on the shower, very poor water pressure in all of the showers, and the condo needs a deep cleaning. There were several things missing from the kitchen that I would have wanted for a “fully stocked kitchen” like a cookie sheet, larger frying pan to make eggs in, pot holders, more than 1 spatula, etc. The location was great, the view was great, and we liked the Splash resort. The resort itself always had someone cleaning when we walked around and all the staff were friendly. Access to the beach was great. We liked the condo room set up and enjoyed the 2 queen bunk beds in the 3rd room. The MIL room could use some furniture with drawers. The master bed squeaks terribly. All 3 rooms have a balcony with outdoor furniture. 3rd floor is great because elevators are slow. Overall the condo worked for my family, but I wouldn’t book it again without some improvements being made. They did offer to send maintenance out for a couple of the problems, but I did not feel like the improvements could or should be made during our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love PCB we love Splash. The condo was clean but needs a LOT of maintenance. It was nothing we couldn’t live with but wanted everyone to know. Shower doors in second bath almost impossible to open/close. Saw on review been problem over a year. Floors around sink in second bath big gaps. No towel racks or hooks in master No baking dishesVery few kitchen utensils-we cook alot. That’s why we get condos. Washer stinksDryer only works on timed cycle Only dressers in primary none in other bedrooms. Strobe light/electrical problem in primary bath No lightbulbs in primary lamp No pot holders Little silverware and bowls. Primary bed uncomfortable and made loud noiseDishwasher doesn’t cleanWe had small kids so note the table is bar hight. The start up supplies was adequate and the living furniture was comfy and easy to clean. We will stay at splash again.. just not in this unit unless fix problems.

Family Vacation at thw SPLASH

We had a great stay. The kitchen could use upgrades to the pots and pans, ect. Great location we could see the dolphins jump from our balcony. Great resort close to everything. Would definitely visit again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I typically try to see the positive in every place that I rent, but this place could definitely use some work. When you walk in, the aesthetics are very pleasing. However, once you start looking around, your view will change. First off, we had dirty pots and pans that looked like they had burnt crust in the bottom of one of them. The glass door in the hall bathroom shower did not close. We had to call maintenance once due to bugs in the lockout room that caused us to not be able to sleep in that room for a night. On our last two days, the hot water stopped working in every bathroom except the lockout room so all seven of us ended up sharing a bathroom for two nights and I had already wasted half a day waiting on maintenance to come spray for bugs the day before, so instead of calling maintenance again and wasting more of the trip, we just made do with the one shower for two nights. The beds were comfortable, but everything else was a bust unfortunately. I was really looking forward to staying here and was let down.

We had amazing time, the kids loved the splash pad and the pool! Close to the beach not a mile walk like we have had in past places we stayed in. Only thing we had a problem with some showers doors didn’t close all the way but we didn’t mind that, one thing I would suggest is a higher lock to put on the door out to the hallway and elevator.. we had a 2 year old who discovered how to opened that door and want to escape

Great place to stay with a family.Plenty of room and easy access to beach. Just needed a broom to keep the floor swept.Very clean except floors needed mopping but we are looking forward to returning next year,same place!!

Splash Fall 2020

We had a great stay! Having the lock in suite for the in laws was absolutely perfect. The bunk beds were great for the kids and all 3 balcony’s were perfect.

Spring break family trip

We enjoyed our stay every thing that you needed was in the condo the kids loved the pools. If I had anything bad to say is that the 1out of 3 showers needs some updating but it function as it should and got the job done. We will definitely look at this place again when we decide to take the grandkids back to the beach.

Beautiful views, elevator takes FOREVER so plan about an hour to wait when you're checking out. Hot tub overcrowded. Otherwise, decent stay.

Bad to Great!

After being located at another location thatbwas dangerous and filthy and unhealrhy...we were lucky enough to find this gem!!! Extremely happy with this property! Will highly recommend this unit!!

Family fun

Was very nice ,everything needed for a nice family vacation. We had so much fun and the guys running the beachchairs and umbrellas for this property were awesome. Hardest working people ive seen in a while. All on all a 10

Overall very good

We did not stay in the original reservation because of work needed to be done on the balcony and swimming pool. The other place we stayed was very good. The staff was very friendly and there was security all the time. Felt safe and enjoyed being there.
