Splendida cabina in legno di lusso nella Svezia meridionale

In alta stagione, dal 29 giugno al 23 agosto, è possibile affittare la casa solo settimanalmente, giorno di cambio sabato.

La nostra bella casa di lusso in legno è costruita secondo le antiche tradizioni e con un moderno stile nordico. È spaziosa e arredata in modo molto accattivante. La grande cucina / sala da pranzo si collega con il soggiorno, che è lo spazio centrale della casa che invita al relax e alla socializzazione con la famiglia e gli amici, ad esempio, davanti a un fuoco scoppiettante nel camino in pietra.

Dal salone ci sono doppie porte finestre che lasciano entrare molta luce in casa. Queste porte conducono al grande patio parzialmente coperto.

La terrazza è arredata con gusto per mangiare all'aperto e rilassarsi. Qui puoi goderti il silenzio, lo splendido scenario, il sole della sera, la vista degli alpeggi e grigliare una bistecca sulla griglia Weber.

La casa dispone di quattro accoglienti camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, che possono essere separati in letti singoli. Inoltre, ci sono due bagni, uno con doccia doppia e servizi igienici. Il secondo con vasca idromassaggio, WC e lavatrice / asciugatrice.

Nella casa c'è ovviamente la TV, con C in più, il che significa molti buoni film e canali sportivi. La TV è una TV intelligente, quindi ricorda il tuo codice Netflix.

Magnificent house

The wooden construct of the house was impressive. Very nice and clean all over the rooms. Susanne and Kim are excellent hosts - very good at communicating before arrival. All 8 of us enjoyed a warm september-weekend on the terrace as well as visiting the wonderful surroundings.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in diesem wunderschönen Holzhaus untergebracht. Umgeben vom schwedischen Wald konnte man sehr gut entspannen und Ruhe finden, im Umland aber auch viel unternehmen.Das Haus ist top gepflegt und sauber, es ist alles und mehr für einen super Urlaub vorhanden. Ein großes Lob an die Vermieter Kim und Susanne, die diesen wunderschönen Urlaub ermöglicht haben, sie sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation lief super. Wir würden das Haus zu 100%weiter empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir und auch unser Hund haben uns bei Kim & Susanne sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das fertige Brennholz für den Kamin lag auch schon vor unserem Holzhaus. Perfekt. Eine kleine Anregung hätten wir noch für Kim und Susanne…da wir alle viel lesen und stricken, wären noch zwei bis drei Stehlampen bei den Sofas wunderbar…

Ein schöner, ruhiger Urlaub

Das Haus ist wirklich total schön und ruhig gelegen. Man ist sehr schnell in 20 Minuten am Strand, der ist ebenfalls wirklich schön! Ein Abenteuerpark mit Kletterwald und Sommerrodelbahn ist quasi nebenan, was grade für die Kinder toll war. Und hat es allen sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen! Es ist sauber und sehr groß und geräumig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Kinder fanden besonders den Whirlpool super! Auch der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern Kim und Susanne war immer sehr nett und unkompliziert und sie haben sich sofort gekümmert wenn eine Frage aufkam. Vielen lieben Dank!!

Dejligt ophold

Kan kun anbefale et ophold med Kim og Susanne som værter. Huset var rent og det lå privat ud til et fint naturområde. Det var lidt mørkere indenfor end på billederne.

Eher rustikal als Luxus

Das Haus ist eher Rustikal als Luxus. Schlichte Möbel, Grundausstattung an Geschirr. Die Besitzer waren bei Problemen gut zu erreichen. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus sauber. Leider musste der Abfluss der Dusche gesäubert werden, da dieser komplett verstopft war. Man kann in ca 20 Autominuten viele schöne Seen, Strände und Wanderwege erreichen. Positiv: -gemütliches Ambiente durch viel Holz -bequeme Betten -schöner Wald mit Blaubeeren und Pilzen -schöne Terasse -Internet lief gut -Fußbodenheizung negativ: -auch mit Raumbeleuchtung sehr dunkel -verstopfter Abfluss bei der Dusche -ein Klo war defekt (Spülung klemmte) -Staubsauger war defekt (wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgetauscht) -kein Stauraum im Wohnraum, dafür abgschlossene Kommoden -Feuerzeuge leer -keine Abtropfflächen neben der Spüle -fehlende Küchenwaage

The kitchen is already well equipped with kitchen utensils and plates and so on, that is what other guests tell us. If you neded something during your stay, you could have contacted us, and we would have brought you, what you were missing. We are so sorry that the drain was blocked on arrival, this is definitely not our level. Only thing we could do was to give you a nice discount. I think it is wrong of you not to mention, that you broke the vacuum cleaner, during your stay, and we brought a new one immediatly. Best regards Susanne

Fantastiskt hus i vacker miljö

En minnesvärd vecka för alla inblandade! Otrolig skog att promenera i! Väldigt fräsch stuga! Uppskattat med de kvalitativa möblerna, inte minst sängarna samt täcke och kudde! Fick väldigt bra hjälp av Kim Som var helt fantastik! Missa inte att titta in i den fina loppisen som bjöd på många fynd!

Schwedenurlaub in einer luxuriösen Blockholzhütte im Wald

Wir haben als Großfamilie den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Kim, der Vermieter, war immer sehr hilfsbereit, sehr sympathisch aber niemals aufdringlich. In der näheren Umgebung lässt sich sich viel unternehmen und es ist für jung und alt immer etwas dabei. Wir können das FeHa bestens weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Ferienhaus in erholsamer Umgebung

Es sind ca. 10 Ferienhäuser mit ausreichend Abstand zu den Nachbarhäusern in einem kleinen Waldstück gelegen. Das Haus war, wie auf den Bildern, wunderbar großzügig und schick ausgestattet. In unserem Haus gab es in allen Räumen Fußbodenheizung. Feuerholz für den Kamin stand Sackweise gegen Bezahlung bereit. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Zubereiten benötigt. Einzige Dinge, die uns "ein bisschen fehlten" waren eine Küchenwaage und im Badezimmer ein Fön (natürlich hätte man den einpacken können). Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, da die Türen etwa 1,5cm über dem Fußboden enden und das WLAN (was ansonsten super war) erreichte in unserem 10 Personen-Haus, ein hinteres Schlafzimmer nicht. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten wunderbar netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus und haben tageweise die Umgebung (Helsingborg - ca.30 min. / Göteborg - 1,5 Std. / Älmhult - 1 Std. / Mellbystrand - 20 min.) erkundet und uns mit unserem Hund am ländlichen Süd-West-Schweden erfreut. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenie-Mädels, 1 10jähriger, ein Kleinkind von 1,5 Jahren mit Hund und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Danke für den tollen, erholsamen Familienurlaub.

Mysigt men ont om varmvatten

Sammantaget var det en bra vistelse i en fin stuga som ligger vackert på en naturtomt. Det enda som vi var missnöjda med var varmvattnet som endast räckte till ett bad. På kvällen fick vi koka vatten för att kunna diska. I en stuga som kan hysa 10 pers borde värmeberedaren vara dimensionerad så att fler än två personer kan bada. Annars hade det varit bättre att inte ha något bubbelbad alls. Det är tveksamt om vattnet ens hade räckt om vi alla hade duschat istället. Det saknades också rengöringsmedel till städet. I övrigt var vi nöjda med stugan.

Kære Sofie, tak for den fine anmeldelse, det betyder meget for os. Til information, så er varmtvandsbeholderen på 300 ltr. så det er helt rigtigt at der er begrænsning. I langt de fleste tilfælde rækker det, og det er sjældent at vi hører at der ikke er varmt vand i huset. Men selvfølgelig tager jazuccien en del vand. rengøringsmiddel skal man selv medbringe til huset, men i langt de fleste tilfælde er der noget tilbage fra den tidligere gæst. Af hygiejne hensyn så efterlades ingen krydderier og lignende, men opvaskemiddel lader vi stå :-) Venlig hilsen Susanne

Heerlijk!

Heel ruime woning met alle comfort: alles voorhanden in de keuken, goede bedden, superdouche...! Wij hebben echt genoten van onze week in Våxtorp. Op een dik half uur ben je aan de kust in Båstad, Torekov (en dan de boot naar Hallands Väderö), Hovs Hallar... Veel natuurschoon, maar ook stranden en gezellige restaurantjes. Wat dichterbij ook veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen in de verschillende natuurreservaten. Een aanrader!

Das Objekt liegt, obwohl es in Südschweden ist, erstaunlicherweise ein wenig abseits, genau was wir gesucht haben. Auf 3 Seiten nur Wald, auf der Strassenseite sieht man die anderen Häuser ein wenig. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen…

Een prachtige woning, uniek gelegen in bosrijke omgeving, voorzien van alle luxe voor een ontspannen vakantie. Veel activiteiten te doen in de omgeving. Kortom een echte aanrader.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung

Das Ferienhaus ist recht neu und modern und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage am Waldrand. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bei Ausstattung haben wir ebenfalls nichts vermisst. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und zudem gut erreichbar. Persönlich würde ich noch empfehlen eine Endreinigung zu buchen. Durch die Größe des Hauses spart man sich viel Aufwand vor der Abreise :)

Kim and I are from Copenhagen, Denmark, so I would say we have the best from two worlds, the city life and the life close to beautiful nature in Sweden. We started our rental business, in 2007, when we built the first house. Today we have 75 beds in 9 houses.
The most important thing for us is to give our guests an unforgettable holiday where we and our team ensure that everything inside the house and outside, lives up to our high standards. We try to give our guests the feeling of beeing in a home away from home.
It means a lot to us, that we have the communikation with the guest, before, under and after the stay. We try to be invisible, but we can fix any problem for our guests during their stay, and if needed we can come by the house at short notice.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The scenerie just outside the house is stunning no matter the season. The forest that surrounds the houses and our area in the most enchanting way, is just a little part of what we love by Sweden, not to mention the birds singing, the smell of forest and the peace.
Within a short drive you can drive downhill biking, at Kungsbygget adventure park and Vallaasen too. If you love to go fishing from lake, from the coast or from the river, you come to the right place. The area is perfect for hiking and much more. Not to mention all the high quality golf courses you find close to. In the summertime we have ATP and WTA tennis tour in Båstad. Some of the best beaches in Sweden, you find only a short drive from the house too.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The house is a fantastic, delicious log house, with a great focus on interior design and comfort. The large fireplace is the heart of the house, and the open fire gives a very special atmosphere on a cold winter evening or just for the sake of coziness on a summerevening. Even if the days of summer is warm and the nights can be warm too, the log house is always fresh and the temperature is always comfortable inside, not to mention the natural materials the house is built from contribute to a healthy indoor climate. The large terrace is perfect for playing and barbecue.
We have our own well that draws drinking water from a debth of 140 meters, delivering the purest spring water that tastes fantastic and is completely free of limescale.
