we loved the condo, only wish is that basic necessaties were left, extra trash bags, seasonings dish soap. We had to provide everything unlike when we have rented a house. Also the app we were informed to download that had all the necessary information was pointless none of the information in the app was accurate, We had to call the rental company and appropiate information was sent via email.

Compared to other condos in this same facility this condo was just ok. It seems that it may be owned by a rental company rather than an individual and there were details left unattended. For example, a lamp in the entryway had a broken switch and you couldn’t turn it on. The doorstops were rusty or missing the rubber head, One bedroom had 3 bulbs out! There was feces in the toilet and hairs in one bathroom. The patio furniture was sub par for sure - the patio lounge was broken, making it unusable. The king mattress in the guest room was horrible and needs to be replaced immediately. The threshold between the hallway and double queen room was torn off. And this is just aesthetics but the rug in the living room does not match the decor at all. Something as simple as changing that rug out would change the look of that whole room. Attention to detail is very important to me.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered in the bathroom, as finding an unflushed toilet and hair upon arrival is certainly unacceptable. We will address these concerns with our cleaning team. We also appreciate you bringing the broken lamp switch, missing light bulbs, damaged doorstops, broken balcony lounge chair, uncomfortable king mattress, and damaged flooring threshold to our attention. These items will be communicated to our maintenance team and the property owner for review and necessary improvements. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the living room rug and agree that even smaller decorative updates can make a noticeable difference in a property's overall appearance. Although we professionally manage this condo, it is individually owned, and we work closely with the owner regarding maintenance, furnishings, and updates. We truly appreciate your feedback and apologize that these details were overlooked. Wonderful view of the beach and other amenities. The condo had a bit of sand on the balcony and inside, but it really was to be expected. We had an issue with a smoke alarm that “chirped”. After calling to report it, someone showed up within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. Highly recommend the Oasis for a truly unique, desirable vacation.

My family & I (ages ranging from 62-6years old) were traveling back from a week in Florida & like to break up the trip by stopping in Orange Beach. When I looked into staying at the hotel we did last time, we realized it would be cheaper for the 9 of us to get a house/condo vs getting 3 rooms a the hotel. I booked 2807 at The Oasis mostly because it was beach front & it would accommodate all 9 of us very comfortably. We were very pleased with how easy it was to check in, receive our car tag, amenities bracelets & get up to the condo. There are 32 floors & like 8 elevators, we rarely waited for an elevator. The amenities alone could keep you busy without ever venturing down to the beach. The condo itself was located right by the elevators. The condo itself was surprisingly clean. Most places that are on the beach have a constant residual sand layer on the floors-this was not the case. All of the linens were very comfortable & clean. The living room had plenty of seating for all 9 of us to sit & watch tv together. There was a dining table that set 8 (I believe). The kitchen was full stocked with most things you would need. The ice maker at the wet bar was a big highlight-it made so much ice which would be convenient packing a cooler downstairs. The condo didn't allow any noise from surrounding guests to be heard. We will definitely be back to fully enjoy all there is offered!!

Excellent Property and Managers

I can’t say enough great things about the unit or the management company. Clean, cozy, great space. Excellent communication, caring staff. Would book through them again.

Fantastic

Super place, with great views. Very comfortable, with everything you'd expect to be there. Elevators can be slow, especially at the busy times (Move in day, end of beach time, etc.) But it's vacation, just relax.
