Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato con 2 camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina, bagno e balcone. Soffitti alti 12 piedi, pavimenti in legno. Bagno in marmo con vasca e doccia. 50 pollici a schermo piatto 4k tv in salotto. LED da 40 pollici a parete nella camera da letto principale. Balcone con nuovi mobili da giardino. Parcheggio fuori strada disponibile. Il tram è a un isolato di distanza e conduce a Fairgrounds, a City Park o al French Quarter ea 1 miglio a piedi dal quartiere francese. A quattro isolati da ottimi bar come Bayou Beer Garden e Finn McCools. 5 isolati o giù di lì per Bayou Saint John. 15 minuti di tram per City Park e il quartiere francese. Ottima posizione centrale per tutto ciò che vuoi fare.

New Orleans get away

Accommodations very comfortable, location was perfect, walking distance to some great restaurants. Close to Canal Street and cable cars. Appreciated the owner who was very communicative with us. Would stay here again.

Excellent trip to NOLA

Excellent property, a short walk from the trolley and in a safe residential area. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Off-street parking and a great space. Loved our stay.

Great Spot in Mid City

Our family stayed over Mardi Gras and the property was great. Close to all areas of the city. Bonus was that it is only one block from Canal Street and the Krewe of Endymion, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Matt was a fantastic host, and his place was just right for us. Highly recommend.

The property was very centrally, located to everything. Right around the corner from the trolley. It met all of our needs while we were in New Orleans. The owner was very helpful with our questions and the recommendation for dinner was spot on.

Perfect Spot

Great location for NOLA visit

Great spot for a home base visiting New Orleans for the weekend. You are close to the Street Car and have great options for dining and drinking near the house in Mid-City. The property manager responds quickly and while we did not need anything while we were visiting we knew we could reach out if needed. The beds were comfy and the house is spacious. The area is well lit if you are walking back at night.

Incredible location and place with a great host

My daughter and I enjoyed this place. Close to things. Only downer and one that is evident in pictures, are the steep stairs.

Loved it!!

Loved staying here!! Bed very comfy!! Short walk to trolley, which is a great way to get around. Matt was a super great host!!! Easy to work with, very prompt on helping with anything!! Would most definitely stay here again!!!!

Quiet and convenient upstairs unit

House is just this side of historic, a super charming apartment w/ high ceilings, kitchen with full kit if you're staying a while, updated bathroom and comfortable beds. The balcony is also such a bonus! Really enjoyed being able to ride streetcar down to Bourbon St and then come home to sleep off the party in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved it!

It was exactly what we hoped, and in an excellent location! My mother was with us and said she slept better there than at home-the beds were that comfortable. It was clean and so nice. Our host gave clear instructions and was easy to communicate with our entire stay. We will definitely be back, and hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Unique Property in Mid-City

We enjoyed our stay in Mid-City New Orleans - convenient to so much that the city has to offer. Great restaurants and two Irish Pubs within walking distance. Areas along Norman C. Francis Parkway and Lafitte Greenway to exercise and walk our two dogs as well. A quiet part of town to use as home base for exploring the city!

Comfy and Close to Everything

This was a comfortable property. Dog friendly with a great dog walking loop and within fifteen minutes from almost everywhere. Nice to come home at the end of a hot day touring the city. Local dining options and grocers are nearby. Spacious rooms separated by a shared great room made for nice privacy for both couples. Way more amenities than you can get at a hotel.

Awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay with our dogs. We were allowed to park in the driveway our whole stay. The house is so close to the trolly (grab a jazzy pass if you are going to be using it frequently) there is also a great brunch location down the street as well as the creole Cafe. Check in process was super easy and the owner was very good with communicating with us. Property was very clean and was full of new orleans style. Can't wait to come back!

Our first night the driver side window of our rental car was smashed in. Spent our first morning filling police report and dealing with our rental car company. The property was clean and the manager very responsive. We enjoyed a ghost tour and the WWII museum very much. The property is very close to street car for easy transportation through the city. Overall okay trip

Perfect location! Great property host!

This house is old but is as exactly as the photos depict. The location is great! The streetcar, and several bars and restaurants were all within walking distance. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. Matt is an excellent property manager/owner! He was very quick to respond with questions we had. Be aware that the steps are not for the faint of heart and to get to the balcony you must crawl through a window. We however had no issues with either. Thanks Matt for a great week!
