As far as the seaweed goes, this has been an ongoing topic and many efforts have been implemented by residents and HOA. Unfortunately, mother nature cannot be contained but hopefully the barrier that will be installed this summer can help.

Hello Susan, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It is always our sincerest wish that our guests have an amazing vacation, which we feel is consistently reflected in the reviews. Our photos do show both bathrooms, including the showers, as we know potential renters prefer to see as many photos as possible prior to booking. We genuinely wish we had been made aware of any mobility issues at the time of the booking or prior to your arrival, so that we could have tailored your vacation to better suit your needs. If we had received such information beforehand, we would have gladly provided assistance and ensured a clear understanding of the condo layout or recommended other units. However, as we were only made aware of this upon arrival and it was Christmas and New Years, all of our other units were completely sold out so there were no other options available for the remainder of your stay. We were also in touch with the onsite manager and cleaning staff and they assured us that they were working hard to identify and rectify any mildew smells and ensure the unit was thoroughly cleaned prior to your return. We honestly care about our clients and want to ensure everyone has an amazing stay at our properties, which is why we were constantly in touch with you, trying to find a solution. As you know, we also reached out to other guests who booked the ground floor units, trying to find someone who would be willing to switch units with you, but due to their needs, this was unfortunately not possible. We sincerely apologize that your experience was anything less than positive but we will continue to work diligently to always improve so we thank you for your valued feedback!
