Questa proprietà contemporanea progettata architettonicamente nel 1991 si trova a 50 metri dalla spiaggia, con vista parziale sull'oceano dal soggiorno. BBQ fuori dal balcone del soggiorno e guardare l'oceano, e dispone di nuovi pavimenti in legno, completamente arredati, moquette nuova nelle camere da letto, soffitti alti, camino ardesia, nuovi rivestimenti delle finestre, illuminazione ad incasso, mobile bar, elettrodomestici cucina in acciaio inox aggiornato hugh, lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice, 2 ampi balconi, 1 ha vista sull'oceano e nuovo weber barbecue per godere, ampio soggiorno luminoso / arioso con vetrate, sicuro e costruzione di accesso citofono, ampie camere da letto con 2 nuovi letti king pillow top in ogni camera da letto E letto matrimoniale nella terza camera da letto. 3 TV - 60 'TV LED in soggiorno e 40 "in camera da letto matrimoniale e 36" in camera da letto 2 HBO incluso, doccia doppia hugh e vasca romana per due in bagno padronale grande, grande cabina armadio in 2 camere da letto e alzarsi in piedi nuovo Ikea armadio in 3a camera da letto, 2 auto allegato garage recintato con telecomando. Bamboo privato cortile chiuso con funzione di Zen. Sentire le onde dell'oceano che si infrangono dalla vostra camera da letto durante la notte. 1 isolato dalle splendide canali di Venezia ea 5 minuti a piedi a Venezia Pier e Washington Blvd. Molti ristoranti / bar per divertirsi in. Questa struttura è situata in posizione centrale, a 3 minuti da Santa Monica, a 45 minuti da Disneyland e a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Los Angeles. I canali di Venezia sono a un isolato di distanza e a 50 metri dalla spiaggia +500 SF Ocean deck con vista da Malibu alle Hollywood Hills e Catalina, barbecue, mobili da giardino. 1 minuto a piedi da ottimi ristoranti: James Beach, Canal Club e Abbott Kinney Blvd sono a 5 minuti. Accetta anche PayPal con la stessa politica di cancellazione.

The location of the apartment was perfect for our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen set-up--we made a brunch for Sunday morning--was more than adequate.The home was clean and as reported previously, the beds are comfortable.The host was attentive to our later arrival time and getting access to the property was easy due to his instructions and communication.We rented a car, so to have a garage for our vehicle was awesome.

The property was perfect for us. It’s very spacious and clean. We didn’t use the garage but I can see how that is a huge plus if you have a car. The ACs in both rooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet at night and the beach is a short walk. There is a front and back balcony (we were in unit 1) and the roof top balcony is pretty cool too. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great location, near everything in Venice

It’s a fairly modern property The rooftop is very cool & there’s an ocean view.There are 2 other balconies off the apt ( we were in the middle unit) & plenty of large windows that open for a breeze. The kitchen is well equipped, but remember to turn off the coffee maker , it will stay hot otherwise.Beds were all good, as were the linens & towels.The owner is quite attentive to messages & questions. Warning on the garage- our first SUV was a tight fit & we exchanged it for something smaller to make access easier. Good neighborhood, walkable to lots of great locations.

Short family trip to LA area

Location is perfect for access to a variety of food choices and activities. The place was nice and all needed amenities were supplied. Also having air conditioning in the bedrooms was a plus! It was also great having beach supplies with the access being so close, within a block.

A great get Away

This home was just so perfect. It was very spacious and clean. It’s an older building, but that just gave it more character. The rooftop patio was a dream and Donald was an excellent host!

Family Vacation

This property was great in the heart of Venice Beach. Very thankful for having a parking garage. Make sure to spend time on the 3rd floor balcony where you have the ocean to the left and the Hollywood sign to the right.

Stunning condo in perfect location!

This is a wonderful condo in Venice Beach, so close to beach, boardwalk, restaurants but still quiet and very safe. Don and Stephanie take great care if their guests and respond quite quickly to any of your concerns. They have 3 condos in this complex and all are great. The best part is the rooftop terrace!!!!

Great location. Large and very close to the beach.

We had a great time visiting my daughter in LA for 10 days. The apartment is 1 block from the beach and a nice walk to most of the attractions in Venice. The unit was bright and clean with plenty of room for all of us. Parking in the garage for the two cars was an added bonus. Donald was very accommodating and communicated with us to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay there again.

An awesome and relaxing stay!

I stayed at this awesome apartment for 5 nights in mid-July, with my husband, our 3 1/2 month year old daughter, and my parents (who're from Switzerland). We all had a super great time!! The pad is huge and is perfectly located, just a block and a half from the Venice Beach boardwalk and the beach! The layout of the crib is perfect and we never felt crowded at all! The living room gets wonderful light, with the floor to very high ceiling windows (with the main wall being completely of windows!). The roof deck is huge and awesome with amazing 360 degree views, including of the ocean!! The decor is very sleek, the kitchen is fully equipped, the washer and dryer are a great plus, the 2 bathrooms are totally super, and the garage parking is a huge plus, as well! Don was so nice and friendly. We met the upstairs neighbor and he was very friendly, as well. Downstairs, there's a nice studio, which is also available on Homeaway/VRBO. It was so fun (especially for my parents, who'd never been to Venice before!) to be in this part of Venice Beach, especially since one of our very favorite coffee places in the country- Menotti's, is just a 5 minute walk away!!! Not to be missed, as well, is the new, healthy, organic Mexican restaurant- Tocaya Organica, which is also just a 5 minute walk away. We obviously didn't use the 3rd bedroom but a party of 6 adults could easily make great use of the apartment, without anyone getting in anyone's way! We sure had a wonderful stay and we sure miss being there! Thank you, Don!

Deep inside LA!!

The apartment is settled in an excellent position, at no more than 100 mt from Venice Beach promenade, with a wonderful view on its sundeck. We (3 couples) stayed there for 3 nights. It's all very confortable, cleaned and modern, as you can see in the photos, with a full fitted kitchen and a wonderful living room. The tre bedrooms are confortable too, with the bigger one which offers also a big led tv and a private bathroom if you want more privacy. Donald (the owner) is very kind and fast in responding at any doubts or questions. In addiction, the box is big and very safety. In the end, there's nothing we'll change about it!

If you want beach access in Venice, can’t do any better. Place needs a little TLC, but still worked well. Great response from owner on couple issues not fault of of owner, super responsive.
