Nuova 6 camere da letto, 6 1/2 bagni, casa vacanza a San Giorgio, situata nel Paradise Village a Sion a Santa Clara, Utah.


Paradise Village è un villaggio per le vacanze unico nel suo genere e la sua posizione non potrebbe essere migliore! La nostra casa vacanza ha una posizione privilegiata nella comunità situata vicino al Gubler City Park con nuovissimi campi Pickle Ball e servizi infiniti. La nostra casa ha una vista meravigliosa sul vicino Snow Canyon - un paradiso di rocce rosse e deve visitare! Proprio fuori dal patio posteriore c'è una grande area erbosa comune e una piscina di tipo resort completa di un'area per bambini poco profonda, uno scivolo acquatico di roccia e un'enorme vasca idromassaggio. La club house adiacente è completamente arredata con una palestra di alta gamma e un'area camino esterna.

Goditi le attrazioni vicine: Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, St. George, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Entrada, Sand Hollow Golf Course e molto altro ancora! Ci sono anche molti festival ed eventi durante tutto l'anno.

Great place - great owner

We stayed at this property for a family reunion, including 7 adults and 5 children (ages 4-9). The property was clean and inviting. It’s ideally located within easy walking distance of pools, splash pad and lazy river. The beds were comfortable, and the grandkids loved the basement bunk room. When we had any issue, Jerry, the owner responded quickly, and, when needed, he had someone on-site to problem solve.We all loved the kitchen water fountain! Also the cupboard full of beach towels. I’d happily stay there again!5/5 stars

Awesome Place

We are a group of friends and family spent the holidays in Santa Clara.We had pleasant stay with this property. The community is really good. we were not to explore all the water park because of the weather. We would like to stay in summer to explore more on the water activities. we did used the hot swimming pool and kids enjoyed it. KR.

Lots of space right next to the smaller pool. Huge back yard. Quality furnishings

Even the garage was super clean. Really should have a third trash bin. They were full when we arrived (we put one of our bigger kids on them to tromp the trash down to make more space) and were full again as we ended our 8 day stay. Hope to stay in this place again in 2024.

Beautiful house!

Our group of 14 stayed for the week of Thanksgiving. We had plenty of room, and even had an empty bedroom/bathroom. The description of the house says 3 king size beds, but the 3rd master upstairs seemed like it was a queen. Kitchen was well stocked; we had plenty of pots, pans, and room to make a huge thanksgiving feast. The Harmon’s right down the road was very convenient, too. Kids had a great time at the pool. We hiked Snow Canyon, Zion, and Bryce. Guys golfed and said it was amazing. We would stay here again!

Tubs and showers are too slippery.

We loved our stay. Problems: 1) Shower floors slippery. One adult guest fell. He had a laceration on his arm & a concussion. 2) Tubs need a grab bar. One adult guest needed help to get out of tub. 3) One downstairs BR had broken leg on dresser and couch. 4) A man came to door saying he was the repairman. He didn't seem to fix anything. He had 1 screwdriver with him. Please notify guests if you have sent a repair man and his name. We would stay there again with overall good rating.

We thought it was over all very nice. It was clean and decorated very nice. Better than most.

We had a good experience. We think it was better the most of the VRBO units we have stayed in. The only problem we encountered was there was a problem with cockroaches in the basement of the property. Every night they seemed to come up through the tubs and in the bathrooms. There were also some in the bedrooms. Some were very large. Over 2". The only other complaint was we were not prepared to not have soap for showering. Also it seemed it was not stocked as well as some others have been. But once we knew it was fine. It is a beautiful property. It could be no-one had notified them of the roach problem. Thank you. It was great to have pool towels.

Great house, great location

We stayed at this property from July 15 to July 22. We had 8 adults and 10 kids. The house was very spacious and we never felt crowded. My wife commented on how well appointed the kitchen was. The kids had a great time playing at the two pools that were located very near the property. In the evening, after it cooled down a little, the large grassy area behind the house was great for games and activities for adults and kids. Jerry was very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Needs some cleaning/repairs

Great location in this community, a nice grass field right outside the backyard to run around and play games on. And very close to the pool, although the better pool in the complex with slides and lazy river is a 3 minute walk the other direction. Host was very attentive to our questions via text and check in/out was very simple/easy. We were however very disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. It appeared the maids cleaned this in ten minutes, right before we got there. Towels were hanging up in the backyard drying still, a plastic cup that said Uncle Alan was left on top of the fridge from the previous guests, all 3 garbage cans outside were full and overflowing and we checked in on Thursday, and overall just not cleaned very well. Food stains on some dishes, hand prints on the tv, crumbs in large proportions were noticed on the floor by the bed, some of the garbage cans had candy/garbage stuck to the bottom and there was no sack in them. Multiple dents and chips in the walls/baseboards, something that could easily be touched up with spackle and paint. A good deep clean, some touch-up work, and a better regular cleaning service would make this a great location. We've stayed at this community several times and this was by far a step down to what we're used to here.

Absolutely wonderful in every single way!

Our family stayed for a week together with ages between 8 months and 59 years old and EVERYONE had a wonderful time. With 3 floors of living space, everyone had their own area, yet plenty of room on the main floor for a gathering place. The beds were comfortable and we all felt like our home away from home was inviting. Our place was very clean, with minimal knick knacks (which we appreciate). Comfortable seating in the living room for the entire family. Lots of wonderful meals at the large table. Everyone LOVED the location--extra parking next to the home. Two washers and two driers! A back yard to play, and the swimming pool and hot tub a stones throw away! Even though it was the week after Christmas, we went swimming multiple times every day! It was cold, but the water was warm and with the quick walk to the pool, it was easy to do. Our favorite activity was just 6 minutes away--Snow Canyon and we went multiple times to explore. The colors are so beautiful and exploring was accessible to all ages. Jerry was VERY friendly and responded immediately to any question or request (even supplying a high chair)! He was extremely accommodating and just made the experience even more lovely. If we're in the area again, we know where we're staying.

It was all the room we needed and more. The kitchen was well laid out and equipped for Thanksgiving dinner. We swam,hiked played pickle ball and played games in the green space. Had a ball!

Family gathering

We loved the layout of the house, plenty of parking, and the proximity to the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of room for playing games, and eating together. Our grandchildren loved the bunk room. The house actually was bigger than it looked online. We enjoyed walking early in the morning around the neighborhood and soaking in the sunshine, clean air and beautiful red rocks. We'd love to come back sometime!

Great location and plenty of room.

We have stayed in other units in this complex but enjoyed the large shared grass area just behind the house. The great proximity to the pool is also a plus. Worked out perfect for our family get together.

Large family hot spot.

The Home is very nice with plenty of room for a large family. Love the location to the pool and outdoor green space. The fire pit and patio were a perfect spot for the family to gather.
