Casa luminosa e ariosa con arredi moderni. Grande cucina con tutti i comfort di casa. Il modanatura a corona recentemente installato in tutto e nuovi dispositivi come i ventilatori del soffitto e le prese a prova di bambino installate nel 2015.

Posti a sedere nella sala da pranzo completa 6. Confortevole soggiorno con camino durante i mesi più freddi. I lucernari offrono molta luce naturale.

La casa si apre su un grande ponte con piscina e griglia propano a 3 fuochi con più piani di cottura disponibili. Sedie a sdraio, divani e amaca offrono molte opportunità per rilassarsi e godersi la vita all'aria aperta.

TV via cavo in soggiorno e tutte le camere. Internet wireless ad alta velocità in tutta la casa. Aria centrale e riscaldamento.

Lavatrice e asciugatrice disponibili.

Avrai accesso a tutta la nostra casa tra cui la piscina sul cortile, il patio e il barbecue. Accesso alle bici incluso! I servizi standard includono asciugamani, lenzuola e prodotti in carta. Gli ospiti sono invitati a utilizzare eventuali servizi aggiuntivi o articoli da toeletta presenti.

Situato a Springs of East Hampton, la nostra casa è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Maidstone (1 miglio). Three Mile Harbour si trova alla fine del blocco ed è perfetto per il kayak e la nautica. Ci sono diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze e un mercato a soli 3 isolati.

A 10 minuti di auto dai ristoranti, negozi, mercati e campi da gioco del villaggio di East Hampton. Nelle vicinanze si trovano le cantine South Fork, i mercati di più agricoltori, i teatri e i musei d'arte.

Ci sono innumerevoli opportunità per godersi le spiagge, l'acqua e l'esterno!

La stazione ferroviaria East Hampton è a 10 minuti di auto.

Si prega di avvisare se ci saranno più di 2 auto nel vialetto. Nessun parcheggio in strada consentito.

Siamo adatti alle famiglie! Abbiamo una culla pieghevole, un seggiolino auto per bambini Graco (acquistato nel 2013), un seggiolone, un seggiolino e una varietà di galleggianti da piscina, sedie da spiaggia e altri giocattoli / libri per bambini disponibili per l'uso.

La cucina è ricca di pentole, padelle, utensili, griglia interna, stoviglie e bicchieri. Offriamo anche elettrodomestici da cucina di base, come una caffettiera, tostapane, piastra per waffle, piastra e frullatore.

Asciugamani (spiaggia e bagno), lenzuola e asciugacapelli sono forniti. Sono inoltre disponibili due mountain bike per il tuo divertimento.

A dream family getaway. The Home was spacious, well equipped and most of all FUN! The pool and hot tub were amazing as well as the plentiful beach equipment available for guest use. Highly recommended!

We loved the house. It was very well-appointed and well cared for. The pool was great as were the outdoor grounds. David was also very easy to communicate with and everything ran smoothly. We would love to come back again next summer!

Beautiful property, amazing pool, great week!

The property was beautiful and the pool was amazing. We loved all the pool toys for kids and adults and the rooms were nicely sized. Everyone on the vacation enjoyed their stay at the house and we would definitely rent again. The owners were very fast to respond to our questions and gave us lots of recommendations for beaches and places to eat.

Great stay

We were in the area for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Great communication with our hosts. Wish we had more time to use the outdoor area, beautiful pool and hot tub. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this home. The house was clean and cozy and the pool and large porch were a great spot to enjoy a relaxing evening. The house was in a central location but on a quiet street off the main road so it was easy to get everywhere. Abby and David were great hosts and easy to get in touch with when we had any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

The house and amenities are spectacular. They provide everything that you need, including games and activities for children. Every corner is clean and immaculate. Early visit to East Hampton

We were the first of the season this year- and this property was perfect. The home was exactly as listed, and well equipped for all of our needs. Open layout of the home but with enough private spaces for all. Perfect sunset viewing at the end of the block, short drive to East Hampton. Perfect for family or a girls vacation. This property has it all.

Bliss!

Pictures did not do justice. The home was comfortable and spacious. Stocked kitchen even had spices. The expansive deck, hot tub and pool will make you not want to go anywhere. We enjoyed local vineyards and restaurants. David was attentive and made sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely recommend, return.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at Abby and David’s home, and they could not be any more accommodating. Communication with the owners was effortless and they provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. No pool use for us as was not the season to swim, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. I also spent more time than anticipated reading on the hammock. Neighborhood was quiet, and house was down the block from the harbor. It was also great having use of the 2 bicycles. Would certainly recommend this home!

Our family had a wonderful stay at David's home. From the moment we arrived, it felt much more like staying at a friend's house than a typical vacation rental. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in the Hamptons.David was an exceptional host. His communication was excellent before and during our stay, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. He was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit.One of our favorite features was the beautiful pool area. The gorgeous hydrangea hedge surrounding the pool created such a stunning backdrop and truly captured the charm of the Hamptons. The pool itself was fantastic, and we loved all of the pool amenities and floats. It made relaxing and spending time together even more enjoyable.As a family with young children, we especially appreciated how kid-friendly the home was. It made traveling so much easier and allowed everyone to feel comfortable from the start.We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to staying here again in the future. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay in the Hamptons. Thank you, David, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

10/10 - A Must

We stayed a few days at this property for a family getaway to The Hamptons. My son loved hanging out on the deck with his cars and playing with all of the toys available in the house. Everything was immaculate and communication with the hosts was fantastic if we needed anything. Everything is so clean and kept nicely. We LOVED having a pool that mom & dad could use during nap time. The house was also well-stocked so we were able to cook and grill. Everything is close and the coffee shop 2 streets over is a major plus. All around fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Perfect house for our Family

We absolutely loved celebrating our 40th anniversary with our family in this lovely East Hampton home. The location is within a short walk to the bay. The pool is stunning with hydrangeas lining the pool deck. The yard and everything about David and Abby's home was perfect and organized. They responded with any questions quickly and we loved their open hospitality which made it seem like our own home for the week. We especially loved taking a short walk in the morning and using their conveniently located kayaks. Thank you Abby and David....you both were gracious and helpful and we will certainly return to your home.

Delightful Weekend

We had a great weekend at this house. The hosts were extremely responsive, and helpful with directions for things like the grill and the pool heater. The pool heated up quickly, even on a chilly weekend. Our 21-month-old had a great time floating on the inflatable pool stuff! Our dogs also went crazy running around in the fenced-in back yard, and there were more than enough pillows for me and my wife to be comfortable. Very convenient having laundry in the house, and the kitchen had every tool we could have hoped for. Convenient to an excellent fish place (chowder house), and easy to get around. short hop to a sound-side beach, not too far to the ocean side beaches. Really great choice for our weekend away.

This is our Fourth time staying at this home. We are 3 couples that are very close friends. We now call this house our getaway home! The house is spotless, love the outside. We used both the pool and hot tub which are kept very clean. It has everything you need! The owners are so nice and accommodating. They get back to you very quickly even for the simplest question. We are hoping they will let us stay there again next year!
