Completamente rinnovato tre camere da letto, due bagni condominio di fronte all'oceano al primo piano in Sea Colony East. Cucina completamente attrezzata con pentole, utensili, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici. TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD in tutte le camere. Le porte interne a nucleo solido aumentano la privacy in ciascuna camera da letto e bagno. Pavimenti in legno duro in tutte le stanze principali. Il soggiorno dispone di un ampio divano letto componibile aggiornato e di una TV da 60 pollici. Tavolo da pranzo con sei posti a sedere e due posti aggiuntivi al bar. L'unità si trova alla fine della collezione di edifici Sea Colony, con conseguente scarso traffico pedonale nei corridoi o sul ponte che conduce all'oceano. Molto tranquillo!

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno padronale adiacente con doccia / vasca, ampio spazio per riporre e mobili.

La seconda camera da letto (frontale) ha un letto matrimoniale. 3a (retro) camera da letto arredata con un letto a castello doppio sopra doppio. La sala da bagno ha una doccia di dimensioni generose con soffione a pioggia e doccetta manuale. Nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice impilata di dimensioni appartamento.

Sono forniti trapunte, coperte extra e cuscini.

Patio con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone per mangiare all'aperto. Sedie a sdraio e ombrellone, carrello e vari giochi da spiaggia sono a disposizione degli ospiti.

Ascensori e scale per il parcheggio al piano terra sono a pochi passi. L'unità è dotata di un sistema di accesso senza chiave.

Sea Colony ha 2 grandi palestre con attrezzature cardio e pesi. Le lezioni di fitness sono disponibili a un costo aggiuntivo per classe. Piscine coperte / vasca idromassaggio aperte tutto l'anno. Piscine all'aperto disponibili durante la stagione estiva.

Great beach getaway!

Perfect location at sea colony DE. Modern renovated unit which was very spacious for our family of 4 (with space for more) as we used only 2 of the 3 befrooms. Unit opens up to a quiet corner of sea colony high rises then right into beach. Well furnished kitchen with new dishes, cookware and utensils and with washer dryer. Attentive owner with helpful guidance listed around in unit . We parked our bikes in designated area next to garage . Great location overall . We’ll come again.

Wonderful beach getaway.

We have been staying at the Sea Colony for several years now, the last few at this property. The location can’t be beat, with kids the first floor location is ideal. The condo is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. The beach locker with chairs and umbrella is very convenient as well. Great place to stay!

Unit is situated on the ground level which makes it so easy to get to the pool and beach. The only issue is you don’t get that entire ocean view that being higher might achieve. However, the convenience for me outweighs it. The unit was very clean and the owner was amazing at getting back to you if you had any concerns . Overall it was a great experience in her unit and I would recommend renting from her .she takes a lot of pride in her unit and keeping her guests comfortable.

Perfect Family Getaway at Sea Colony

We recently stayed at this fantastic condo at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach, Delaware, and it was an exceptional experience! This is our second year vacationing at Sea Colony and in this unit. Once again the well-appointed kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals. The comfortable beds and furniture made our stay so relaxing; we felt right at home again from the moment we walked in. The condo’s location is ideal, just steps away from the beach and pools, including a kiddie pool which our little ones absolutely loved. Being on the 1st floor of the end building was a huge plus—minimal waits for the elevator and easy access to the stairs. This made getting in and out with our young children a breeze. The wide open space outside our unit is perfect for enjoying a meal or for the kids to hang out. We loved our evening walks around the promenade and along the beach. The owner was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, ensuring our stay was seamless. Additionally, the reserved parking spot right outside the building is so convenient, as is the nearby tram spot that took us to the west side amenities, including the kid's splash pad. Overall, this unit is perfect for families with small children, offering both comfort and convenience. We highly recommend Bethany Beach, Sea Colony and this unit for a family fun filled beach vacation and are already planning our next trip!

Summer 2024

This is our second year in a row staying at Mary’s property. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of the property. We have three young children and haul a lot of stuff to the beach so the first floor is great for us. Being on an end unit means a lot less traffic and noise, as well. We had a light out when we arrived and Mary immediately had the maintenance man there to take care of it. Overall, we had a great vacation! Thanks again Mary!

Nice Spot!

Clean, great spot, close to beach, end of sea colony so some privacy, close drive to bethany boardwalk which we liked, water runs good, ac and heat work great, everything works, bed is comfy, and Mary is a great host who answered all our questions and was very helpful. We made some fun memories as a family here. Thank you Mary!

Absolutely wonderful second stay!

This was our second stay at Mary’s beautiful condo, and we had the best time! The condo is very tastefully decorated, clean, cool, and comfortable. As I mentioned in my previous review last year, Mary thought through and fully anticipated all guest needs. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with clean, new appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc., which makes it very easy to cook a meal at home rather than going out. The walkout patio to the beach and pool is such a nice amenity (no need to wait for the elevator!) The beds were also super comfortable, which is a stark contrast to most rentals. Lastly, the Sea Colony amenities can’t be beat. It’s wonderful to be right up on the beach and have the swimming pool so close by as well, and if you go during the “in season,” you can use all of them across the resort. We truly enjoyed our stay, made so many wonderful memories, and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful beachside escape!

Mary’s apartment was beautiful, clean, well-kept, and well-appointed. The prettiest and cleanest Sea Colony flat we’ve stayed at in our 8 years of coming here. Being at walk-out level is great and convenient, as was our keypad access. The apartment is sparkling and everything feels new and in great condition. Communication with Mary was easy. Would absolutely recommend!

I grew up in the Philadelphia area and my husband Vince is from Northern Virginia. We met while working and studying in NYC. We have always loved the beach and spent many vacation weeks at various beaches up and down the East Coast and in California.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Visiting a friend at Sea Colony with my then grade school age children, I fell in love with Bethany Beach. The immaculate beach, the quiet town, the excellent restaurants and the oceanfront family environment provided by the Sea Colony complex all beckoned to me. When I told Vince I wanted to buy a condo that had just come on the market, he happily agreed. We completed a gut renovation to our condo that year and have spent many relaxing weeks in it, both during the summer and in the off season. We hope your family finds it as comfortable and beautiful as we do, and comes back to enjoy the summer pleasures that Bethany offers again and again.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love the privacy of our unit. It is the last of the 9 Sea Colony buildings and far enough away from the center of the complex that there is a sense of privacy. Because we step directly from our unit onto the promenade, we rarely use the elevator and have easy access from the beach to our unit when we need a break from the sun. We are also steps away from the outdoor pool shared by Island and Harbor Houses and a few more minutes walk from the larger indoor/outdoor pools and fitness area in the Edgewater complex. Edgewater also has a small convenience store for those mornings when we run out of half-and-half for our coffee!
