Questo condominio è tutto per le opinioni!
Il nostro condominio Yampa View si trova al di sopra del fondovalle con una vista spettacolare sulla valle e sulla catena montuosa Flattop innevata a sud. Il ponte ha una griglia Weber, tavolo e sedie in modo da poter grigliare e cenare, (nella stagione calda) mentre si gode la vista panoramica sulla valle e sulle montagne.
Gli stessi splendidi panorami dal ponte possono essere gustati anche in cucina. Il nuovo camino a gas crea un'atmosfera allegra e riscalda gran parte del condominio. Un tavolo in rovere massello può ospitare 10 persone.

Sebbene Steamboat sia famosa per la discesa libera da neve fresca in inverno, offre anche piste da fondo e racchette da neve ben segnalate su Rabbit Ears Pass e in altre aree. In primavera e in estate, la neve invernale diventa acqua per il kayak, il canottaggio, i tubi interni e la pesca.
Il Monte Werner è un paradiso per la mountain bike in estate. Un libro nel condominio elenca le varie piste ciclabili nel terreno circostante.
È anche possibile prendere la gondola per Ragnars, un ristorante situato a metà montagna con una vista spettacolare sulla Yampa Valley.
Per quelli in rodeo, possono vedere in alto in sella e roping durante l'estate. Per gli amanti della musica, Strings in the Mountains ha numerosi concerti per tutta l'estate e diversi in inverno, oltre a vari concerti estivi con tutti i tipi di musica.
Durante la stagione sciistica è disponibile un servizio navetta gratuito per l'area sciistica. Circa 200 metri dal condominio è l'anno libero intorno al servizio di autobus della città che copre le aree circostanti condominio e il centro a negozi di alimentari, Safeway e City Market, e lo shopping in generale tra cui un Wal-Mart. C'è anche un grocianti naturali situato in città, a pochi minuti di auto dal condominio.

Unità d'angolo (980 piedi quadrati) con ombra di pioppo in estate. Un letto matrimoniale, due letti singoli, divano trasformabile in letto. Cucina completa con tutti gli elettrodomestici e utensili da cucina.

Yampa View exceeded expectations

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat thanks to our wonderful host and the beautiful views. Having the Retreatia shuttle take us to the mountain each day was a bonus! We also loved the fireplace and the hot tub!

Great Accommodation

Our family of five stayed here for 3 nights. Very happy with our booking. The spa was nice, the apartment was well kept and the views are great. One of the best features is the shuttle service that is timely and easy to utilize both to and from the ski hill. Would book again in the future.

Amazing condo, great location, wonderful host!

We had a great vacation in Steamboat and our VRBO was the perfect homebase. The property was clean and super comfortable! After a fantastic day of skiing we loved coming home to the apres on the porch and take in the beautiful views! Craig, the host was awesome, super friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely suggest booking this VRBO, and we hope to return ourselves someday!

Perfect for our needs

The condo was spot-on. Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and utensils for the dinners we made. The views from the dining room / patio and also the hot tub terrace were stunning. Ski shuttle picked and dropped us right out front. And the host responded immediately. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Great view great shuttle service

We came for a ski trip. Condo was great. Beds were very comfortable. Best surprise was the private shuttle service. It seems to service only a couple buildings, and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes or so. Even at the base when everyone is crowded in line waiting for their respective shuttles at the end of the day, there was never more than a few of us waiting for our shuttle. We always got on the first shuttle, and never had to wait very long. Hot tubs were great too (there’s two of them, overlooking the town and resort - just like the view form the balcony of the condo) . All in all, great place to stay.

Great View - Private Shuttle

Condo is a as described. Has everything you need. Beds are comfy. View from the balcony is amazing. Best part is (and why we returned to this condo) is the private shuttle transportation steps from the door. It’s serves only a few buildings and runs a continuous loop during ski season. We have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a shuttle, and they are rarely full. When everyone else is trying to leave when slopes close and waiting in lines and getting on crowded buses, our shuttle will pull up and you can hop right on! This is our go to condo when visiting Steamboat.

Beautiful view but tired condo

We stayed for 6 nights. The condo is adequate but tired. The couches are very worn and very uncomfortable to sit on. The whole condo needs an update. Also, the master has a full-size bed. The good side is it's easy to get to the gondola with a short ride from the parking lot with the on-demand shuttle, beautiful view of the valley & hot tub. The owner was easy to get a hold of by text for questions. This would be a 5-star place with a few updates and bigger master bed.

For the 2017/18 season, we have added a brand new Queen size bed in the master br and added a brand new sofa/hide-a-bed with queen size memory foam mattress.

Unexpected heat wave

I should have reviewed listing closer as there was no air conditioning or fans in the unit and there was a record- setting heat wave that weekend. However, the owner assured me that was going to be in the next upgrade.

Property had all that we needed. Owner was responsive when contacted. Description indicates no cleaning fee for stays of 5 days or more but I believe we were charged the fee.

We have been skiing Steamboat since the very early 70's. Driving from Wyoming, skiing all day then driving back (after a soak in the hot springs and a big dinner), was becoming more difficult. With some very long time friends as co-owners initially, we decided that the ability to stay the night and drive home after being well rested was the way to go. The condo has hosted Christmases, birthdays, anniverseries, and other countless fun stays.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Two words, spectacular view. Specifically we wanted a unit that you could enjoy the view while being in the kitchen, as well as the dining area and deck. While the deck is a very nice place to enjoy the view, the same view can be enjoyed while preparing food and enjoying the dining table as well. Please enjoy the pictures and see the views for your self.
