We have stayed many places within Palmetto Dunes and this has been our favorite so far, we loved the size for just my husband and myself,. It was comfortable and spotless and it overlooked the golf course and most mornings we saw deer. When I had a question with the host I received a timely response. We will definitely be staying here again. It felt like home!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. This is a very well equipped condo. Especially the kitchen! Excellent communication with the host provided for an exceptional stay. Great value for the money also. You will not be disappointed!

We have been coming to HH for 15 years and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The villa is gorgeous, private and serene with the best view in St Andrews Common. Hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative. Cannot wait to come back next year!

This villa is a great place to stay. Easy in and out of the property, lots of parking, very clean, and private. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of supplies and there’s lots of beach supplies provided too.

Your place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. Very well equipped and great location. My only complaint was there are big cobwebs or dust hanging from the ceiling in the loft area and in the dining room. I know they are high ceilings but I think you could reach them with a broom if you stand on a ladder.

This rental was fabulous. All the extras made our stay very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you like to eat in and the many thoughtful touches made us feel valued and welcomed. We loved watching the deer, the baby ducks, the alligator, birds, and turtles from the back deck. The golfers were especially entertaining. We appreciated the nice beach chairs provided and the plentiful assortment of beach and pool equipment. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. Although we prefer staying in Seapines, we were very pleased with our first visit to Palmetto Dunes and would definitely rent this unit again!

We have stayed in this Villa for the last 10 years and have already booked next year. We keep coming back because the Villa is in a perfect location for everything we want to do during our stay. Also the owners have been the greatest and the ameneties in this Villa are definitly the best. I would absolutely recommend this Villa to anyone.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Steve and Barbara's villa. The rental was well stocked, nicely decorated and the golf course view was amazing. The rental had everything we needed to enjoy time at the beach - chairs, floaties, and umbrella. We would definitely stay again!
