Splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca situata proprio fuori dalla porta sul retro !! Piscina, campi da tennis e shuffle board sono a pochi passi dal vostro patio privato recintato. Niente più ascensori e corridoi con questo gioiello del 1 ° piano !!

Completamente ristrutturato, Holiday Surf 114 da 6 posti letto con un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto e 2 divani letto nei salotti. Con tutti i nuovi decori ti sentirai come a casa mentre sei in paradiso.

Una ristrutturazione completa della cucina con un bar e un grande tavolo da pranzo su 6 posti renderà piacevole la cena !! Il soggiorno vanta un grande HDTV da 65 "e un lettore DVD, perfetto per una serata al cinema da godersi su un divano in pelle con un divano letto queen-size aggiornato e un divanetto. Un'area bar appena fuori dalla cucina è la perfetta stazione di miscelazione per una bibita fresca da gustare nel patio o in piscina !!

La suite King dispone di un materasso aggiornato per il vostro comfort durante il sonno e l'intera unità è dotata di pavimenti piastrellati. Una vasca / doccia combo recentemente piastrellata con vanità personalizzata nel bagno completa questo condominio di lusso splendidamente aggiornato.

A Great Stay!

Give away to the beach

Spring Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and myself who are retired stayed at Holiday Surf and Raquet Club for one week in March. Our one bedroom unit was very spacious and clean which included a patio. The heated swimming pool was cleaned every morning and evening and there were enough patio furniture to gather. There was a very nice boardwalk to the beach. The Raquet club out up beach chairs and umbrellas every day and took down in the early evening.

Great time in Destin

We do have one suggestion. We always stay on the 1st floor. So many times when we went somewhere, we would return & have to park out in the lot. Our suggestion is that you assign 1 parking place to each 1st floor room. Anyone who stays on the upper floor’s probably come thru the lobby to the elevator. Thanks

Great location, lots of amenities - but condo not as advertised

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Holiday Surf & Racquet Club! Very quiet, convenient location, and so much to do! Our family of two adults and three teens barely left the property (except to walk along the beach) during our 4 night/5 day stay. However, we were disappointed with the condo for several reasons. The condo was advertised as having a king bed and two sofa beds, and being able to accommodate up to 6. We were very disappointed to find out there was one sofa bed (not two!) and one king bed. There was an air mattress stashed in a closet, but it did not work (the cap to hold the air in the mattress was completely missing ... nowhere in the box). My teenage daughter slept on the hard floor the first night. :( The second day, the Holiday Surf & Racquet Guest Relations got us a nice new air mattress to use, which made our stay more comfortable, but we feel gypped as we did not get what we paid for and what was advertised. Guest Relations told us it was the "owner's fault" and they said they would change the listing to show that only 4 could be accommodated. The other disappointment in the condo was that the living room TV did NOT work. Guest Relations sent someone to fix it, but it still only worked for some features. My husband is an engineer and my two teenage sons can fix just about anything tech-related, but this was beyond them as well. Our stay was during the 2024 Paris Olympics and we were VERY disapointed to not be able to watch the Olympics together as a family. I am a French teacher and not being able to watch the Paris Olympics on TV with my family was a huge deal for me. Everything else was great and we would enjoy a stay at the Holiday Surf & Racquet Club again. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We do feel we are owed at least a partial refund for the issues we had, especially regarding the misleading information on the bedding and number of guests that could be accommodated.

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club property was very clean and orderly. Staff were friendly. The condo we stayed in was clean and fully accommodated our needs. We loved being on the ground floor to be steps away from the pool and access to the beach. The property is gated and secured. Definitely a family oriented place to stay. I would recommend the property.

Perfect vacation getaway

The property was clean upon arrival and decorated very cute! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The air mattress was perfect as it came in handy for my kiddos. Would have loved a small washer and dryer to was things as needed, but we made do. I also loved that this property was on the bottom level and you could walk right out to the pool/beach. Very nice property, would stay here again.

Update decor

Has most kitchenware for cooking, blender, etc. spacious dining table for 6 and leather couches. Bed is comfy however couch bed has springs that you can feel. You won’t last a night sleeping on it; even kids. Had to borrow foam pad from family in other condo.

Review

Our stay was nice and location was great. The listing said it slept 6 but only for 4 maybe 5. The parking lot was under construction and we had to park down the street. Also, they sprayed for bugs all over the grass where we had to walk out to enter the pool and beach. Couldn't walk on it for 24hrs and smelled bad. Property management was good in helping come up with a solution but it shouldn't have been done during busy time and all the kids running around.

Awesome place!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was the best!!! Super clean and the decor is adorable.. Will definitely stay again.
