Beautiful view from the hills of Mobay! We enjoyed swimming in the pool and listening to nature in the evening. Mel was a great host and drove us into town for lunch and shopping. Outdoor covered seating was nice for midday shade and bedroom air conditioning made for very comfortable sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay at Mel's stunning ocean view property! Mel and Marsha are wonderful hosts, and by the end of our stay were more like family, including to our two young kids. The property is clean and spacious, with a lot of greenery and lovely views. Mel and Marsha were very responsive, and drove us around at reasonable costs, and had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay with them again if we return to Montego Bay!

We had a most wonderful stay in Jamaica at Windsong Villa on Montego Bay. The accommodations were simple, comfortable, and very relaxing. Our view was astounding!! Morning, evening, and all day long, the view was just beautiful! Mel, our host, took great care of us. He and Marsha were very helpful to answer our questions about the island, and life in the Jamaican culture. The transportation access was perfect, and we were always put first on their schedule.

This place is amazing. It is away from the typical crowds but close to beach and the main attractions. Loved the privacy. Host was perfect. Too many things to say thus place. The host was top-tier. I will recommend over and over again. First day I miss my flight and the other half of my family made it. Mel was so understanding easy-going. Let them check in without me there.From pickup time whatever you needed something or requested ride service they were there! Around the clock from grocery, restaurant ,street food, clubs, etc. They never made us feel rush at anytime wherever we went places. Marsha was the sweetest driver ever :) she kept a smile on her face and has a great sense of humor. The view was absolutely amazing so peaceful and calming access to the pool all day & night was a treat. We felt so welcomed. Already planning another trip there… Thanks for sharing the experience!!

Graduation trip

First time in Jamaica and a time was had! Mel was the perfect host. The property has the best view on the island in my opinion. Mangoes and soursop were an added bonus.

Fun in Jamaica

We loved the privacy; the view; the breeze; the fruit trees (the host harvested some fruit for us, from the property). Mel and Marsha were very personable and made us feel at home. We can’t wait to return.

Stay in Montego Bay

The view from the property is really beautiful. I went for my mom's 60th birthday with my family and we had a great time. I planned a very busy week and I'm really happy that we got to visit multiple parts of the island. Local fruits from the property was definitely an added bonus!

Such a nice stay at windfall Villas, Mel was great and always able to get us to anywhere at almost anytime we needed. It was beautiful and peaceful at the property. Would highly recommend to anyone checking out Montego Bay. Think twice begore trying drive here. In my opinion this is one dangerous place to drive unless you’ve driven here before. Mel made this part of our trip completely safe.

On the hill

Outside of Montego Bay and above the ocean. Views were spectacular. We even found a short walk past the cell tower into the jungle Place was Quiet clean beautiful room for whole family Mel and staff were super helpful Would go back

Beautiful place and excellent service

The house has character, and was spotless when we arrived. Mel really goes above and beyond in terms of communication and making his guests feel welcome. He lives close by, so was immediately on top of a couple minor questions we had. He knows the value of - and knows to create - a great experience for his guests. We'd love to come back again soon.

Great stay

The property was accurately described and looked like the pictures. Mel was an excellent host, very accommodating and patient. We used Mel’s transportation service almost every day, he provided suggestions as we asked and was able to get us a discount rate for a day pass at one of the resorts. Definitely check with him before you book excursions/activities as he can likely get cheaper. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book Mel’s place again.

Magnificent Mel

We couldn't have been more pleased with our vacation location. Our host Mel made this vacation great. He was attentive and took care of all of our wants and needs. The villa was spacious and far exceeded our expectations. Our view was fabulous. We were surrounded by beautiful foliage and Jamaica's cultural animals. We came as tourists and left as friends. The vibe of Jamaica will be in our hearts forever. We will be back very soon!

My friends and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Mel was an amazing host! Everything was as advertised. Mel was very knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. All of our needs were met and we will definitely come back again! 5/5 stars!!!!!

A fabulous spot with amazing views!

Mel took care of everything and was extremely quick with his correspondence prior to arrival. The villa was immaculate, the pool, the grounds, along with the super comfy beds, made our stay. We arranged for Monique to make us lunch and dinner on our first day and we were most impressed with the quality of food, not to mention, the amount! I would highly recommend Mel's place for groups, or families wanting a great place to chill out and enjoy the views! And thanks for taking us to see some live music Mel!

Family stay for one night

This private villa is on hill top full of beautiful foliage overlooking the ocean with a view of the city lights of Montego Bay. Million dollar view!! Mel was an absolute life saver. He made us feel safe and completely took care of me and my kids. I can't express how grateful we are to him or how beautiful the property is. Hopefully we'll be able visit him and the property again.

A REAL PARADIES!!

We had the honor to stay at Windfall Villas for our Honeymoon and it was the best decision we could’ve made. From the clean nice thoughtful well equipped house to the beautiful outdoor & Pool area there is nothing more you could ask for!! We were amazed by the huge wonderful garden with lots of flowers & plants that you can all fully enjoy to yourself we really felt like we landed right into Jamaican Paradise! Special thanks to Mel and Marsha who made us feel so welcome and help us out with every little detail and showed us around , places & trips that we will never forget. Thank you for making our visit to one of the most beautiful times we’ve ever had. Looking forward to come back to this paradise one day!

R&R At Its Best

Our recent 7-day trip to Windfall Villa was wonderful. Our group of four have stayed at a few private villas in Jamaica in the past and found this property to be the best. The villa is very clean and had everything we needed and desired. The property is very private and beautiful. Mel was attentive to our needs and made sure that we were well taken care of. A bonus was Monique, she prepared fabulous meals and kept us supplied with all the amenities. Her smile and friendly personality was infectious. Thank you both for a great time! If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, I highly recommend Windfall Villa.

Just what we needed

We were able to parlay a few extra days of vacation in Jamaica so we decided to stay in this villa and it was the best part of our trip. We stayed 4 days at the property and 4 days at a resort. We wished we would have stayed all 8 days at the property. The property was pristine, safe, and the view was AMAZING. The host Mel, took care of our every need. We ate delicious authentic Jamaican food that Mel personally delivered to us everyday. We were also able to eat the fruit that grew on the property. The Mangos, Coconuts, Star Fruit and Bananas were a true treat. Mel was an amazing host and we will definitely be back.

We will be back. Had a great time!

The property is beautiful. The view of Montego bay from the veranda, masterbedroom and pool were breathtaking. Mel is a full service host. We came as guests and left as friends. He made sure we knew all the nuances of the area. Also he would ask us where and what we wanted to do and made many a suggestion. He's more than half the price of a taxi and three times the comedian. He is easy to contact of you need him and responds even quicker. We will not stay anywhere else. The value you recieve for your money is exceptional. Mel thanks for everything and hope to see you soon!

This trip started with me picking up strangers at the airport and ended with me feeling sad that it was already time for my friends to leave... Great people. They took such good care of the property. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful, offering stunning views that made it the perfect place to unwind.We rented a car to explore the island, but driving in Jamaica can be challenging due to unpredictable road conditions, changing weather, over-confident local drivers, and plenty of potholes. In hindsight, we could have relied more on Mel and his team (especially Marsha!) for transportation, as they were incredibly accommodating.The location is ideal for exploring—quiet and serene, yet within easy reach of Montego Bay. It also allowed us to take day trips to Negril and Falmouth before heading to an all‑inclusive in Ocho Rios. Once we got there, we actually missed the privacy, calm atmosphere, and personalised service we had at Mel’s property.Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, with outstanding hospitality and breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

Best Vacation Ever

Exceptional!! Exceeded all of our expectations! It was spotless and so inviting. The total experience was a dream come true. The view was spectacular and hard to believe it was even real. The host Mel was undoubtedly the best host we had ever encountered. He was always there and knew what we needed or would like before we even knew. We had a driver, access to food, or whatever we wanted 24/7. Marsha and all of the staff were superb. Mel made you feel comfortable and safe in every aspect. Our honeymoon was spectacular and a trip we will never forget. We recommend this villa over any resort. We will definitely be going back. Thanks Mel for everything and for the friendship we all gained also!!
