BENVENUTO nel nostro condominio MAIN LEVEL 2 BR 2 BA nella rigogliosa comunità tropicale di Falling Waters. NESSUNA SCALA da scalare ed è una FACILE PASSEGGIATA di 5 minuti sotto le palme fino alla più grande piscina riscaldata a forma libera di Napoli! Il nostro condominio è pulito e luminoso, con una cucina completamente attrezzata completa di nuova caffettiera e frullatore, pentola per stoviglie, grill elettrico, tostapane, ecc. Puoi trovare un'enorme varietà di frutta e verdura fresca nel comodo supermercato Publix in fondo alla strada su Davis Boulevard, oppure provare i numerosi ristoranti eccezionali per i quali Napoli è conosciuta!

La spaziosa suite principale offre un letto matrimoniale, una grande cabina armadio, una nuova TV Samsung e un bagno padronale recentemente ristrutturato con ripiani in granito, vasca e doccia. Letti gemelli nel 2 ° piano di lavoro in BR e Corian e vasca / doccia nel 2 ° bagno. Pass-through bar con 3 sgabelli girevoli, tavolo da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere, divano-letto / divano per ospiti extra, un'altra nuova TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD (servizio TV via cavo incluso), una scrivania con Wi-Fi incluso e un nuovo lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Ci sono alcune racchette da tennis e sedie a sdraio nell'armadio della hall, insieme a un ombrellone per l'inaspettata doccia tropicale occasionale. Il posto auto coperto è situato attraverso un rigoglioso giardino a pochi passi dalla porta di casa.

Il mio posto preferito per rilassarsi è il lanai schermato che si affaccia su un lago privato, un'isola tropicale privata e una fontana ipnotizzante che si illumina dopo il tramonto per il tuo divertimento serale. Attraversa il ponte verso l'isola privata e troverai sentieri in mattoni e una panchina ombreggiata perfetta per leggere o semplicemente goderti la solitudine e l'aria fresca.

Situato in una posizione perfetta su Davis Blvd, questo paradiso privato si trova a pochi minuti in auto dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Napoli e da negozi di classe mondiale, ristoranti e vita notturna sulla Quinta Avenue nella Vecchia Napoli. Tuttavia, se non vuoi mai lasciare questa oasi serena di calma, e potresti non farlo, tutto è a pochi passi da questo condominio. Il cuore della comunità è una favolosa piscina a forma libera di 13.000 piedi quadrati, che si dice sia la più grande e la più bella del sud-ovest della Florida. Lì puoi immergerti nel caldo sole della Florida, fare un tuffo o conoscere i tuoi vicini e fare nuove amicizie con persone provenienti da tutto il mondo!

Ci sono due campi da tennis in terra battuta (racchette e palline riposte nell'armadio della hall per il vostro uso), campi da bocce ombreggiati / schermati, un putting green e un percorso pedonale / ciclabile. La spaziosa club house offre una biblioteca ben fornita, Wi-Fi, corsi di fitness in corso, giochi di carte, balli e attività sociali durante tutto l'anno. Ti divertirai ad incontrare i residenti e gli ospiti che sono disponibili e amichevoli tutto l'anno.

Una visita attraverso le porte sorvegliate in Falling Waters, e mi sono innamorato delle strade tortuose attraverso l'atmosfera selvaggiamente tropicale, ma immacolata, romantica. . . palme, piante fiorite, passerelle di mattoni, cascate, laghi nascosti e affascinanti condomini coperti di tegole nascosti.

Very nice apartment in typical Florida style. We felt very comfortable, the complex is very nice and everything is within walking distance.The pool is fantastic.

It is paradise

From the moment we walked in we were impressed. Very clean and great view of the island and waterfall. The weather could not have better. This was the 10th time we stayed at Falling Waters and by far this the nicest unit we have stayed at. Will highly recommend it to family and friends. Bill & Sue

Second time and even better

It was good, but it's even better. This is the second time we have rent this condo because the owners are very nice. This year, they made several renovations (mattress, interior and exterior furniture... No more carpets. This condo is on the first floor, which is rarely the case for a rental condo. Loved Falling Waters!

What a wonderful vacation we had staying in your condo in Falling Waters! We spent time at the beautiful white sand beaches, we attended some wonderful theater performances (The Odd Couple, Phantom of the Opera and Oklahoma), and hung out at the marvelous Falling Waters swimming pool where we soaked up some sunshine and met some interesting people from other parts of the country. Your condo was just as you described: clean, bright and user friendly. The kitchen was complete, the beds were comfortable, the laundry room came in handy and the new TV’s gave us a chance to catch up on the world news in-between our outings. We especially enjoyed the back lanai overlooking the lake and little Isabel couldn’t wait to go explore on the private island. We had a ball and can’t wait to return next year! Steer clear of this property

Condo was dirty, bedding and towels need replacing. Kitchen pans were dirty as was the stove. Electrical cables hanging down from tv were dangerous. Took 7 days to get tv reception. Had to get pest control in kitchen to get rid of roaches. Had cleaners in to clean floors and windows and ceiling fans. Mould in showers and on windows. Condo needs a thorough clean and make over before renting again. Glass top tables were dangerous for children as no anti slip pads on legs. After cleaners and pest control had been it was just acceptable or we would have demanded a refund and left.

The cleaning ladies had one day to clean after the former renter, and since they clean many condos in Falling Waters, they did not evidently take the time to do a good job on my condo. I had paid them $350.00 to power wash lanais and clean the interior of the condo. I have let them go and hired a new cleaning team who comes with references. Naples had just experienced a major hurricane, so the power was out for over a week, thus no TV reception for the first 7 days of their stay. Every year I order new bedding, (mattress pads, sheets, pillows and bedspreads) and new bath towels. The cleaning ladies had not evidently washed and changed the bedding. I will have a check list for the new cleaning team so this doesn't happen again. As soon as this renter called me, I hired a new cleaning person who went in and deep cleaned the condo --all under the renter's supervision so it would meet their standards. The former renter evidently brought roaches in with their luggage. I live in Wyoming for 9 months and stay at this condo for 3 months every year. I have never seen a roach. I immediately called Terminex who made 2 separate visits to the condo to treat any bugs. I have been here for over a week now and not seen a recurrence. If I do, we have a pest treatment company on call through our association. The newer carpets in the 2 bedrooms are being re-shampooed and re-stretched. Rather than re-caulk the tile shower, we are having it gutted and replaced at a cost of $11,000 with all new interior and frameless glass door. I am putting the TV cords under a protector attached to the wall. I have the condo rented in both April, and November and December of this year to REPEAT renters who are evidently satisfied with my responsiveness to problems. In 2022, I replaced ALL the older furniture with new furniture, mattresses, bedding, etc. Every year we make improvements as will fit our budget. In 2023 besides gutting the original tiled master shower, we are having the condo re-piped with all new plumbing and a new hot water heater, at an additional cost of $7,500. There are no problems with either at this time, but it is being recommended throughout south Florida. I will gladly share references of past renters if you request them.

Very nice community

Very quiet and nice community with easy access to downtown Naples and close to the beach. Back Lanai was a great place to have our morning coffee. Owner is very nice.

Cozy and comfortable

This condo was our home away from home. It has a nice view of the lake and fountain, an amazing community pool and the perfect amount of peace and quiet.

Good communication with the owner, friendly helpful exchange. Well kept subdivision with gate, wonderful pool. Comfortable interior. Beach 15 Min., shopping 5 min.,exterior fitness ctr. 5 min., restaurants close (breakfast, mex. tex.,peru and more). To be repeated. Thanks.

Falling Waters Condo with Great location

The condo we rented in March, 2018 was great. It had a lanai on each end of the unit, which was nice. The furniture was very comfortable. The condo was very close walking distance to the fabulous pool. The location of Falling Waters is very convenient to downtown Naples and great beaches. Jackie was very nice and very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We highly recommend this unit and would return.

Amazing!

Jackie is an amazing home owner...the home was as described. We had a great Christmas break! The pool was nice and relaxing, and very clean. Most of the gate guards were very friendly, my only real issue was with Melanie in the clubhouse. She triple charged me for a keycard, and gate sticker for my car. After literally explaining to her 12 times...literally, I am not exaggerating, my mom even tried to explain to her 5 times, she just didn't get it, and is really not pleasant to deal with, she finally issued a refund for the over charge. Highly recommend this property. Thank you so much Jackie!

Fantastic Falling Waters

We enjoyed our month at Falling Waters. It is a very friendly and beautifully landscaped community. Our condo was very clean, brightly decorated, and comfortably furnished. The master suite has a queen bed, lots of dresser and storage space, and a very nice master bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and a convenient bath just outside the bedroom door. The kitchen has a small dining table which was nice for the two of us. However, we appreciated the large diningroom table which was great for games and entertaining friends. The location of the condo is very convenient. It is within easy walking distance of the absolutely fantastic salt water pool and club house. There are also tennis courts nearby. Thank-you, Jackie, for sharing your home with us.

beautiful and relaxing place!

we stayed december 2016 for 3 weeks in this very clean and nice condo, from the first day we know that we made a good choice to stay our 3 weeks in Florida. the resort is nice and quiet and close to the center of Naples and shopping malls.. we hope to go back there once! and the owner is very Helpfull and friendly.

Water is gold...although all 4 seasons are beautiful, we can't wait for spring to get our hands in the dirt and grow whatever has a will to survive! We are semi-retired business people with backgrounds in construction, management, real estate and sales. We have strong roots in Montana/Wyoming, so owning a condo in Florida is a whole new adventure!

When I entered the gates, I thought I'd found Paradise! Water everywhere, beautiful tropical plants, towering palm trees, lush landscaping, winding roads , warm sunshine and an amazing swimming pool ...Are you kidding me?! To top it off, just a short drive and you can be sitting on a sandy beach watching the waves lap against the shore. . .Who could ask for anything more!

CONVENIENT & WORRY FREE! Just bring your toothbrush and a swimming suit --everything is provided for you! The pool is kept a just right temp--& there's always plenty of lounge chairs, the floors in the condo are tile so no worries there -- the kitchen is fully equipped with easy to wipe down Corian tops and stainless steel appliances. There are extra bath towels, sheets & blankets, a blow dryer and laundry soap.
Convenience! The supermarket, drugstore, filling station and beauty salon are close by, the pier and beaches are within 10 minutes and live entertainment and shopping galore are a straight shot down Davis Blvd to 5th Avenue South. You can enjoy the serenity of a nature lover's paradise one minute and drive through the gates to a bustling cosmopolitan city the next. With 90 golf courses in the Naples area, you can always find a different green to test your skills --not to mention the chartered fishing boats or the huge pickle ball complex 10 minutes away.
