The Perch is a gorgeous, well-maintained lakefront home with dock. The entire home is well stocked with all the amenities a family could need. Very spacious with multiple decks. The Perch is located in a lovely community with beautiful hiking trails nearby. Cashiers is close by for convenience, and Highlands is only 25 minutes away. Sarah was very communicative and friendly and had lots of great suggestions! I would happily rent from Sarah again. The Perch Lake Glenville is a dream!

Another excellent stay!

This property is fantastic. The access to Trillium amenities is also a big added bonus. The owners are very responsive and really care about the property and treat guests like family.

Great Getaway!

Our vacation at "The Perch" was perfect! The home was very clean and well stocked! The beautiful porches overlooking the lake were the best place to spend early mornings and evenings. We would highly recommend staying at here.

Very nice house in great location. Very well stocked/appointed kitchen to allow cooking. Nice all around.

Lovely Home in excellent location

We were very comfortable and the home had everything we could possibly need. The view is amazing , we enjoyed fishing off the dock and having drinks on the porch. I would recommend this home to anyone coming to the area.

Cool Summers on Lake Glenville

The Perch is a spacious lakefront home, well appointed and well located along the shores of Lake Glenville. We enjoyed access to the Trillium Club through our host (extra charge) including golf, boating, tennis and Pickleball. Great family getaway.

Lovely tree house on the lake

Beautiful house among the trees and right on the lake. Perfect location. Clean, very well stocked and upscale furnishings. Walked down to the dock every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic lake house experience!

I was there for a recent long weekend and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Beautiful hikes and great places to eat are right around the corner, and all the fun that Lake Glenville has to offer is quite literally right at your doorstep. The house itself is beautiful and it's clear that lots of work has gone into it. I would absolutely go back to the house again, and the owners were great!

Beautiful home and a terrific porch with view!

We enjoyed staying here very much. It's cozy and in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of amenities and a nice drive to Cashiers. We didn't get to play golf here because they had just aerated the course. Also, FYI, you can't get tee-times before 1 pm because of rental status. The pro was nice enough to set us up at another great course that we enjoyed.

Great Mountain Getaway!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful house. We had 4 adults (my husband and I, plus my parents). It was nice to have 2 king bed suites on different levels for more privacy, plus there were lots of places to congregate when we all wanted to be together, but also nooks and crannies to slip away to read a book or work. The lakefront location was perfect. My husband loved fishing on the dock, and we rented a pontoon boat from Signal Ridge Marina. The kitchen was very well-stocked. We went out, but also just enjoyed cooking and staying in and visiting. The owners were great to work with, too, when we had questions.

Gem on the lake

We've been renting in the Cashiers/Glenville area for over 20yrs but this was our 1st time staying at Trillium. The home is beautiful, cozy, nicely decorated, master bedroom at the entry level and 2 others downstairs with their own den/TV room. The view of lake Glenville from the house as well as the surrounding mountains is simply spectacular. The balconies alone are worth the stay. Although the home has a relatively small lot, and there are houses on each side, privacy is not an issue, and it feels secluded. The neighborhood has several nice trails and the house has direct water access and is an easy drive to Cashiers. The owner is quite accessible and a pleasure to work with. Truly a gem of a property.

A delightful haven that soothes and stimulates the heart, mind, soul, and body

The Perch is an absolutely delightful haven! Beautiful inside and outside...so very comfortable with every necessity for a stress free vacation at our finger tips...a gorgeous view of Lake Glenville from the porches and the rock terrace. We so enjoyed communing with nature on a variety of trails in the fabulous Trilium community and quaint local towns of Cashiers and Highlands. Trilium's Memorial Day Celebration was a special treat with great food, dancing to a live band, and a truly remarkable tribute to our veterans. We'll be going back to The Perch!!!The Perch is an absolutely delightful haven! Wonderful Family Memories Were Made....

We visited in late August 2016. The temperature never got above 80 degrees which is what we were looking for to escape the Florida summer heat. It was beautiful! Enjoyed our time on the lake on our rented pontoon boat exploring the lake and the waterfalls. Water was not cold, but refreshing. Hiking trails are everywhere to enjoy nature. Played a lot of golf on the magnificent course. They let us rent a cart to take the family out to see the course in the evening. Was a highlight! We did it twice... We fished from the dock and caught small fish that thrilled the grandbabies. House itself was very well maintained and spacious. Plenty of room for the six of us. Two large decks provided serene views of the lake and it was only a short walk down to the water. Very easy to get up and down the hill to the water with two and three year olds. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful lodge!

Confort and beauty all in one

Our family decided to head to the mountains instead of the beach which is our normal get away and what a great decision it was. The house was located right on the lake with a boat slip. We enjoyed eating all of our meals on the porch overlooking the water and my husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine out there at sunset. There is plenty of room for everyone to sit and read a book or be on their device with the wifi. The two sitting areas made it possible for our teenage girls to have some space of their own downstairs. We rented a boat at the local marina and enjoyed a day on the water, taking occasional breaks were possible because of the boat slip that was located almost directly in front of the house. Another day we took a hike that was located just down the road (walking distance) from the house. There are plenty of TV's but we were so busy that they didn't come on much. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had it's own connecting large bath. We cooked most of the time in the well stock kitchen or gas grill. The house was clean,comfortable,charming with an upscale cabin feel. We are already talking about returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Having access to the golf course was a great bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

This was our first time to visit the Cashiers area, and we could not have chosen a more beautiful home to stay in. We wanted to have access to the Trillium restaurants during our stay, and I’m glad we did. We walked to the Landings for several meals during our stay. The house is just as it looks in the photo, and the property owner is a pleasure to communicate with. No problems at all during our stay, and we would not hesitate to return to The Perch! 5 stars all the way.
