This property was as amazing as advertised, but doesn’t give enough credit to the views, the peace and quiet, or how relaxing the pool and patio are. The kitchen is well stocked and the pool toys provided were thoroughly enjoyed. The property was clean and check in was smooth. We would definitely rent again.

Great property! Our kids loved having their own pool to swim in! Beautiful view of the sound! We enjoyed Taylor Beach down the road and it was easy to drive around Provo in the rental car. It was quiet and had everything we needed to be able to dine in.

Great property, with nice host! Right by the beach with a nice view. This home is equipped with everything and more, which it helped because it’s a little further out from everything. I suggest getting a rental car.

We come to Turks & Caicos every year, and this house is now our absolute favorite to stay in. We have two young boys (2 & 4) so the proximity to the calm Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilly makes this location ideal.

Honestly, the views were better than expected from the house. They could use additional photos of the views on the listing. The street it is on does not have a street sign. If you use Google Maps it will take you to the street behind the house. Drop a pin at the front of the driveway or click the name of the house on Google Maps and it will take you right to it. We loved how this house was so private. You don’t have neighbors on top of you. The location was very good to get to Sapadilla or Taylor Bay Beach which was our favorite beaches. The house itself was clean and modern. Appliances all worked great. Snorkel gear was like brand new. We highly recommend this house for a 2 bedroom option. We would stay here again.

Ample, clean, bright house in Chalk Sound residential area. Quiet private street and walking distance to Taylor Bay beach via some trails off Chalk Sound Rd. 4 adults and plenty of room to spread out. Pool was a very nice addition. Views are spectacular from this vantage point.

Host was welcoming, great location, house and pool were clean, amenities were ok overall. The couch (pullout) was not in great condition as a bed but everything else was nice. Overall we had a great stay.

Our stay was amazing! Perfect for our family of 4. Views were amazing! Listing was just as described. Location is a quiet area outside of town. Great beaches nearby. Taylor's Bay Beach was our favorite! Adele was a fantastic host. When we arrived there was a issue with cleaners and turnover from the guests before us, but Adele was quick to resolve, cleaners came within the hour cleaned the place spotless and Adele took care of us well! Such an awesome stay for us! Highly recommend!

This is a great villa in a quiet area on Chalk Sound with beautiful views. The property is very clean and well maintained, and is close to two beautiful beaches, Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay. The kitchen is well equipped, even though we ate out for most of our dinners. Adele, the host, was very responsive in answering our questions and providing helpful information. You will need a rental car if you stay here, especially if you are going to spend any time in the Grace Bay area. There are a couple of restaurants close by, Las Brisas and Omar’s Hut, but the majority of the restaurants and shops are a 25-30 minute drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property.

The property was beautiful and location was great! Only thing is there is construction next door so might not be the best if you’re looking to just be by the pool bc of the noise. We were out most of the time so no issues for us. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Great view and everything one would need for a beach vacation. Adele responded immediately to all needs and questions. Be warned- the street that the house is on, does not have a sign and the turn is easily missed if your Google Maps stop working as mine did. Taylor Bay Beach was our favorite as it was only a 3 minute drive and not crowded. Los Brisas is only a 5 minute drive. We ate there for brunch & dinner (delicious!) and rented kayaks.

Wonderful property with amazing 360 views of the water/islands… great house for all guests and extremely enjoyable. Well set up for a super vacation. Very clean and well taken care of. Pool is perfect with an abundance of furniture while enjoying the views or going to the several fantastic beach’s very close and walking distance away. Host was AAA 5 STAR on all including their staff. Very thoughtful, kind and helpful! Incredible people. We will be back

We loved staying on Chalk Sound, very close to both Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beach. Quiet area with great views of Silly Creek and the sound. Adele was very responsive and easy to work with. We would confidently recommend this property.

Amazing Stay!

Absolutely incredible stay! My daughter, her friends, and I rented this villa for two days, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, the pool was perfect, and the atmosphere was peaceful yet luxurious. The host was responsive and made sure we felt right at home. We made unforgettable memories here and would definitely return without hesitation!

Beautiful stay

The stay was amazing the only issue is it was hard to find and the host was hard to reach and also delayed our check in time 3 hours. The host accommodated us for the inconvenience so Overall the stay was amazing very beautiful home.

Loved the house, nice being away from high rises, drive seemed long at first but went quick once used to it. Great communication w/ Manager and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Very quick drive to Taylor Bay Beach.
